82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cash out or wait till the end on: November 14, 2022, 01:24:44 PM

So what would you would advise as a gambler? is it better to collect the cash out or wait for the full cash
There should be an expectation on every bet you make because unexpected things happen so if you don't want to have this dilemma before placing a bet, think of what you want to achieve and when you want to stop so you can decide right away when faced with this kind of scenario, stop or go on until you win that prize, always be ready to lose everything or win huge.
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinion on casinos that don't have ANN threads in the forum? on: November 13, 2022, 12:04:11 AM
Hey guys! Lately I have noticed a trend on one or two occasions and I am curious to ask for your opinion on this particular issue of casinos that do not have an ANN thread in this forum, where discussion on the progress and development of the casinos and also serve as a feedback mechanism to handle issues resulting from members' activities on their site

It's their loss, the gambling industry is a stiff business and casinos should find all the available platforms and venues where they can promote themselves, it's free to promote here all they need to be transparent and ready to engage.

Quote
Some of those casinos are already hard a running signature campaigns in the forum but yet doesn't have an active ANN thread or a representative in the forum, so how do players deal with issues from the site, should we contact the campaign managers each time there is a problem from those casinos?

I don't know of casinos with no active announcement here but with a signature campaign but I used to be on a signature campaign where they have an announcement but no updates on their representative here for a long time, I don't know why they prefer to just launch a campaign here with no announcement but they are losing potential players, because many players opted to play on casinos with announcements here.

85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: We Feel All The Emotions When We Gamble on: November 10, 2022, 10:31:54 PM
That's what makes gambling so addictive because you can feel all your emotions here, we love our adrenaline pumping out of excitement, and we feel our lowest emotions here, that is why go back over and over here, and for people, this is an escape to their reality, if they are in a bad situation it's their escape and their chance to win the jackpot, so gamblers are hoping to experience all feeling and at the same time hoping to win the jackpot.
86  Economy / Gambling / Re: I won 1500 dollars on a ufc fight + quit gambling on: November 08, 2022, 08:34:52 PM
But he also claims that martingale works and that he found a way to beat the house using martingale.
Martingale works short-term unless you are unlucky enough to get into a losing streak where you no longer have the money to place the next bet or there is a betting restriction that doesn't allow you to wager above a certain amount.

I agree with you. My point, though, is that someone who claims that "There is no way you will fail 7 times and if you do just increase the bet and you will get it back eventually even if you wait 12 times" obviously either hasn't gambled much or is a compulsive liar.

It sounds good and back with logic but in practice that's not going to work the losing streak could go high and even if you have a big bankroll some casinos are imposing a limit on bets, so in the end, you will eventually lose chasing your losses, so many newbies are doing that because it sometimes works on physical casinos but don't in online casinos.
87  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best thing to do if this happens on: November 04, 2022, 01:56:04 PM
And yeah, many scammers, or frustrated gambling addicts are coming here and accusing various sites in something that hasn't happened, but they are easily spotted by the community.
True!

When someone feels innocent and thought of that he's been refused to get paid by the casino with his assumed "winnings". On the other side, he's just a frustrated gambler that wants to take back his loses.

But eventually, everyone from the community finds out that he's in no position to accused the casino because everything went well and according to the process and the thing is that, he just lost.

If he can show proof that he is clean and he is unjustly accused of cheating then he has a case, there are instances or cases where the accused is innocent its the casino's fault, everything depends on the proof, but if you have a good case it's better that you have it against a casino with a good reputation because they are more than willing to correct their mistakes, gives the money back and even compensate the complainant.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling house responisbilty to protect people data on: November 03, 2022, 02:15:33 AM
Ideally, gambling houses should not disclose the identity of the person who won big without first asking him. Unfortunately, this is not respected always.

I'm playing in casinos and the winners they published on casinos are all usernames there are no real names and country of origin this thing is not existing in Crypto casinos because they adhere to anonymity and privacy

Quote
Those gamblers who do not want their information to be public, but the gambling houses make their names public, can go to the court of law as this is a serious offense. Gamblers can claim damages to the gambling site on this basis. Do you think gamblers should take the help of courts in this case ?

So far I don't know of any and you have not come out of the name of these casinos, if they do that many gamblers will stop playing on these casinos and that's their downfall, in the first place they sign up for anonymity not to get exposed.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGECOIN AND ITS EFFECT ON SOCIAL MEDIA on: October 31, 2022, 10:52:01 PM
The title must be elon and its effect in social media. Doge coin was nothing without elon and it will not be pump so high like this time if it doesn't even got support by elon musk. This is quite clear that if you're talking about imagination which was about the speculation yet elon said to accept doge coin as micropayment for twitter but this gonna be a big question whether elon will do that for real or not. Just waiting what's gonna coming in the next months. Im not sure elon will do that. it's unlikely to happen.

Will you pay a monthly subscription just to retain being verified, I'm not, if this happens Twitter will be the first popular social media site that implements monthly subscriptions, he loves challenges but instead of building Twitter and moving it further, people will just leave Twitter and look for a free one like Facebook or instagram, his loss will other social media gains.
90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question to players: what does really drive you crazy in an online casino? on: October 31, 2022, 09:39:22 PM
Hey guys. Casinos and its players often talk about juicy promos and giveaways but
today I'm thinking about what really annoys players when it comes to casino platforms...
For example, I wonder if a longer withdrawal would be a big issue for some of you OR maybe it is poor visial appeal that first comes into your mind?
Share your opinions and we pick most crazy things about gambling in an online casino Smiley

Like all the others here I also find delayed withdrawal and poor support as the two main reasons why will you feel annoyed and drive you crazy, you have won a big amount and you cannot withdraw and the support is ignoring your messages you are left in limbo, you have left no reason but to post in the scam section worse thing is the casino you've played with has no support or representative in Bitcointalk.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin - History repeating itself on: October 30, 2022, 03:42:55 AM

I believe Musk is an egomaniac who only cares about the attention he gets from doing things like buying Twitter, making unsustainable cars or half-baked self landing rockets. He is just a bored multi-billionaire who wants more attention. Do people really believe DOGE can survive without Elon Musk backing it?

I for one will not be wasting my time or money just because some useless memecoin did what all cryptocurrencies do every now and then by pumping a decent 50+%.

Absolutely power corrupts absolutely and Elon Musk's mind is corrupted he is now taking us for a ride with how he hype meme coins who would have thought that only Elon can hype a coin like Dogecoin after 8 years of existence some people believe before the hype that Dogecoin is on its way to oblivion but Elon test his influential on a coin that the community unlikely to hype and get a spot in the top standing, I would have praise Elon if he hypes coins or tokens that have proven their worth in the market for a long time, like Bitcoin.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to earn aside from bounty campaign and airdrop on: October 28, 2022, 01:33:47 PM
Thanks for sharing the information, most times I come across on the testnet project where you're wallet will be connected to the site, which the private key has been link up, but I have the fear to connect my wallet because of scam project, not to loose the little I have, instead, I prefer buying when it comes to public sales.
You don't have to connect your main wallet to these testnets, they are testnets you can create a new wallet or if you have a disposable wallet, you can use that, never connect your wallet to a project that has not yet established its reputation and testnets are projects that you don't have to trust yet, I did testnet on two projects and use a new wallet and have no issue at all, but unfortunately not all testnets are promising.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vote To Earn (V2E) on: October 27, 2022, 11:57:20 PM
We have the play to earn then earn to walk and run now we have this vote to earn this is just another hype by developers who wants to fool investors into thinking that this kind of project is worth it, so much talk about revolutionary the same hype other developers from getting paid to be talking about how revolutionary their projects are, this kind of projects are good in papers only but when it comes to actual model and mainnet the developers cannot come out with a good one.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A disheartening true life winning story on: October 27, 2022, 11:58:56 AM
If it’s already with the court, I’m sure they will handle this properly and address the issue. Not paying because of the system problem of the company is not a good excuse, most probably there is something more behind that and they have to provide more documents to the court to prove it. I’m also wondering if this story is true.
Of course, the story is true. How I wish you know me, I will never share an untrue story. Also, the company is complacent and liable to the criminal charges filed against them, and there is no way they would be exonerated because no company would operate at that large scale without having a backup. So they are lying.

The reason is because of the company's poor system.

Can you share the link to that news here so we can know more details?
There is no poor system here as Green lotto is not a small company, they only want to steal his money. Green lotto is the name of the company and the link to the story has been updated on the first page.

How bad it is when you finally get what you want and suddenly you won't get it due to those scammers that are not fair to their players. These kinds of people should be punish and make them pay twice or multiple times the money they planning to steal from this man who might be losing the game all this time and finally won the best time of his life.
But that can be difficult to do, especially if the casino has a relationship with the local regulator, so the regulator will not take the case seriously and will not even allow the person to withdraw the winnings in full. Maybe the regulators will advise the person to take the money the casino has suggested and leave the case, but I don't know. Anything can happen regarding money. Maybe only the people in the regulators can pressure the casino to pay out the winnings in full and for that, these people have to have the integrity to uphold justice.
You have a very good point there, politics is everywhere, so I don't trust regulators and police in some countries. My country is a good example of that, the police and the gambling board that made the company offer the guy some amount knew that he won the bet but tried to cover it up. And if it were to be a good country, the gambling board must have helped the guy get his money and even sanction the gambling company.

Even if the regulator side with the lottery people will lose their trust in that company, and the court will eventually prevail and make that company pay, gambling establishments and sites thrive on trust if they lose the trust of the betting public they will cease to exist, so if they refuse to pay they get the wrath of the betting public and that's the end of their company.
95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Best gambling Token 2022? on: October 26, 2022, 02:43:16 PM
For those that don't want to read the article, they've listed these coins:

  • Lucky Roo Token
  • Squid Moon
  • CASINOCOIN
  • Mazimatic
  • MBET

Honestly, I don't know most of them. Squid moon token's name is even scary, if you know what I mean. I'm only familiar with lucky roo and mbet.

But, you didn't really give any reason why you have chosen them to be part of your article list.

I only know Owltoken and BFG tokens because these two casinos are very visible here they have an ongoing signature campaign here and their respective announcement thread is very active both are reputable and their holders are still making money from staking these tokens I am not aware of these tokens their respective admins should create an announcement here if they want to market their casino.
96  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to monetize a cryptocurrency website? on: October 23, 2022, 02:50:26 PM
Good morning, afternoon or evening everyone. I have a website about cryptocurrencies which is this: https://cryptodev.tech/ and I would like how I could monetize it. adsense? Affiliates? Thanks in advance

Although you have very good content it will take some time before you become an authority in your chosen niche, hence it's too early for you to think of monetizing your site it's only two months old and advertising networks only accept sites that are over 6 months old, continue doing what you already doing you are on your way to monetizing your site, you just need to be very patient.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terence Crawford vs David Avanesyan December 10 on: October 22, 2022, 01:21:28 PM
This is very disappointing and not only because Spence vs. Crawford will not happen. It is very disappointing that Crawford is not fighting someone who is ranked higher than Avanesyan like Boots Ennis or Vergil Ortiz. This is only another boxing event that is promoted very much similar to ICO scamcoins. Paying to watch this fight will certainly be a waste of money.

This is a very huge opportunity for Avanesyan but a cherry-picked fight for Crawford, this fight is chosen for Crawford because of the urgency, he has been off the ring for a very long time, and he needs a fighter like Avanesyan who has a good record but beatable, I don't Avanesyan has a chance against Crawford, but whenever know, Crawford has ben out o the ring for a long time, but I still bet that Crawford is going to beat Avanesyan.
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Want KYC at Crypto Casinos During Registration? on: October 21, 2022, 11:46:43 AM
Now that Cryptocurrency is already in the gambling industry, and the gambling industry has adopted anonymity its time that we adhere to anonymity, the casinos also have a responsibility to their license issuer and the countries where they accept members, so I prefer to do KYC when withdrawing a considerable amount, the casinos have an obligation that they only accept players at the right age and that their players can show that their location is not in the restricted countries.

100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: October 16, 2022, 11:46:14 PM
I came across a post where an advise was ditch out
for newbies like myself not to get involved in new projects,
due to the risk that follows.

That's because the chances of new projects scamming you more than old projects are high I don't have the data but I have seen so many new projects turning into scams, but it's big news when big projects become scams like what happened to Luna.

Quote
But with all honestly, Some project with 3 to 7 months old have one time becomes Scam, Good  example is OKS CHAIN. The project was over 2 years old, yet end up being scam, as the CEO and other dev cart away with so much money. And abandoned the project.

That is why you need to invest what you can afford to lose whether its an old or new project, you have to follow the development so you can make a quick decision to sell your shares, investors should not trust 100% of even old projects until they got into the level of the top 5 Cryptocurrency in the market, of course, there's always exception like what happened to Luna a top coin that loses its value because of the developer's negligence.
