Nice to see a raffle for a higher valued item. I am thinking about buying a slow, 0.002 seems like an affordable gamble every once in a while. With Bitcoin starting its moon-engines I am a little hesitant.

I just tried to check real quick but couldn't come up with an answer - where there also coins produced/released in 2017 with 1 BTC denomination or only the 0.1s? How about the gold ones?

Nein ist noch nicht vorbei. Unser Run ist zu 75% durch und wenn sie die anderen ausgesponnen haben und die Preise wieder etwas runter kommen, läuft unser Run automatisch weiter.
Also noch alles möglich weite Daumen drücken.

Ich glaube wir akkumulieren momentan das nötige Glück um es dann in einer (der nächsten?) Runde zu verpulvern und endlich das Blöckchen zu schießen.
Hoffentlich dann direkt im nächsten Run. Das würde sich momentan nämlich extrem lohnen. Wenn man sich nämlich aktuell die Blöcke, die zuletzt gemined worden sind anschaut, fällt einem die sofort die Größe auf. Durch den krassen Anstieg & Hype der Ordinals ist der mempool momentan nämlich so dermaßen voll, dass wir wahnsinnig hohe Fees haben. Das spielt den Minern natürlich in die Karten und aktuell gibt es teilweise Fees von 1,5-2 BTC pro Block.Schon wieder ein Ordinal-Hype? Hatte mich letztens auch gewundert, als mir meine Wallet über 50 sat/byte für das zeitige verschicken einer Transaktion vorgeschlagen hatte. Na, schauen wir mal, vielleicht ist uns das Glück ja noch in diesem Run hold, sind wohl gerade bei um die 1 PH/s, theoretisch kann da auch mal was gehen. |

Ja, sehe ich auf jeden Fall auch so, nur weil es jemand anders für gegeben hält viel Extra zu zahlen für die Hashrate sollten wir das noch lange nicht.

Unsere Hashrate ist ja signifikant unter den angestrebten 20 PH - heißt das, der Run wird noch etwas länger andauern?

In the article it says "up to 110 years". Why do they need another 4 months to decide on the actualy time of his sentence?
I'll be suprised if he will stay in jail for more than 5 years, if even. But let's see.

However not being able to answer any single one of these questions really goes to show Alex Jones most likely has no knowledge what-so-ever about cryptocurrencies in general and Bitcoin specifically. That is kind of strange, because which-ever conspiracy theory side you are on (Bitcoin is CIA vs Bitcoin is the end of traditional banks) - shouldn't that be part of his field of "expertise"?

1) Were the words in understandable English, or were they incomprehensible letters and words? 2) What is the date that file was created/modified? 3) What is the file extension? Is it txt or did you open the file using Notepad and it worked for you? 4) Are there any additional files, names of wallets, or any additional information? I think you opened an encrypted/encoded file, so your answers to these questions may help us a little. If the words are in English, make sure they are in this list https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/bip-0039-wordlists.md1. These are not words it is @77911F37HC........@ 2. File created in 2012 and last modified in 2013 3. It is a .txt file 4. There is no other information there. Except if this is somehow password-encrypted, his wife might know the password as he always used the same password for everything It is kids' names with dates. At first, I thought is was AES encryption, but my best guess it would require IV and 32b keys, but there is no key in a text file. I really doubt that he could do some advanced encryption as he was not a computer geek. Wow, if it's from 2012 and there really ARE still Bitcoin stored back from that date, it could be worth a lot. Given last modified 2013 it could also be mostly sold at the first massive surge back then. I will not be able to help much in recovering it (but you will most likely find the right folks here or in the tech section). Just wanted to say BE SUPER CAUTIOUS with whom you share any information with. Never share your private info or any of the data stored in said files with anyone and most importantly don't fall for people trying to take the convo to telegram or similar other platforms. Wieder ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Das kann man jetzt natürlich sehen wie man will, denn im Grunde wird dieser Trend genau dazu führen, dass das Rent-Seeking- und Gatekeeper-System so erhalten bleibt wie wir es jetzt haben. Das wird langsam aber sicher voranschreiten, die etwas rebellischeren Börsen werden durch Regulierung Stück für Stück zerstört und die regulierten Börsen werden Marionetten des Bankensystems. Ziemlich einfach und der Artikel " On Bitcoin White Paper's 15th Anniversary, Wall Street Threatens to Swallow Its One-Time Challenger" beschreibt das auch. Sobald also nun Banken und staatlich vollkommen durchregulierte Finanzinstitute die Hoheit im Transaktionsverkehr über Bitcoin haben, geht es dann nur darum, die Innovationen, die von außen noch kommen können, so klein wie möglich zu halten. Damit wäre dann weiteres Rent-Seeking gesichert, man unterwirft sich sämtlichen Regulierungsbehörden und hält die Lizenzierungsstandards so hoch, dass neue Player keine Chance haben in den Markt zu kommen und für Unruhe zu sorgen. Damit wäre dann auch das Gatekeeping safe. Die Banken waren vor Jahren noch überrumpelt und haben ihre Lobby genutzt, um sich Zeit zu verschaffen. Und jetzt wird man in den nächsten Jahren sehen, dass sie die Barrieren so scheinbar niedrig halten, dass die meisten tatsächlich zum Handel auf ihre Banken zurückgreifen. Durch diese zentralen Knotenpunkte entstehen Datensammlungen, die Teile von Bitcoin in eine Art digitalen Euro/Währung X verwandeln. Das Problem ist nämlich, dass Anonymität innerhalb des Netzwerks exponentiell mit jedem Nutzer sinkt, der seine Daten bei einer Bank hinterlegt. Selbst wenn einige großen Wert auf Anonymität legen, kann das sehr schnell auf wacklige Beine geraten, wenn plötzlich die Mehrheit im eigenen Netzwerk dann nicht mehr so viel Wert darauf legt. Ich glaube deshalb immer noch, dass XMR oder überhaupt Anonymisierungs-Technologien nochmal eine gewichtige Rolle spielen werden in wenigen Jahren. Denn die Finanzbranche kommt erst jetzt so richtig ins Rollen. In Kürze kann man vermutlich sogar bei Volksbanken und Sparkassen Kryptos handeln. Stimme Dir in deinem Fazit bezüglich Anonymität sowie in den Kernpunkten zu - gut zusammengefasst! Allerdings würde ich die Gefahr, dass vor allem sowas Selbst wenn einige großen Wert auf Anonymität legen, kann das sehr schnell auf wacklige Beine geraten, wenn plötzlich die Mehrheit im eigenen Netzwerk dann nicht mehr so viel Wert darauf legt. in absehbarer Zeit eintritt, als eher gering einschätzen. Es gibt dafür nach wie vor genug Staaten, die bei diesem "Fortschritt" nicht mitfahren und ganz allgemein gesprochen weltweit nicht genug Konsens, um den Großteil von Krypto (allen voran Bitcoin) komplett zu transparentisieren. Mit Sicherheit gibt es diese Bestrebungen von verschiedenen Seiten, ich meine nur, dass es zumindest momentan noch nicht ganz so dramatisch aussieht für Bitcoin. Trotzdem muss über Kurz oder Lang mimblewimble oder ähnliches her. |

Der Nervenkitzel hat schon was, die dahinschmelzenden Satoshis eher nicht so.
Ich bin jetzt wieder einmal raus bei dem Nervenkitzel, ich habe von meiner letzten Kampagne schon meine ganzen wertvollen BTC verpulvert, und bei der jetzigen spare ich da eisern, da mein Ziel einen bestimmten BTC Betrag zu halten und das für länger schon sehr nahe komme. Aber eventuell werde ich später wieder einmal mitmachen und euch drücke ich natürlich fest die Daumen, irgendwann müssen die Würfel zu euren Gunsten fallen 🤞. Schon verständlich. Ist halt am Ende des Tages Glücksspiel. Gerade jetzt wo Bitcoin in den nächsten Bullmarkt hoppelt sind die .005 BTC schnell 200 Euro oder mehr wert. Kannst es ja eventuell wie ich machen und mit nur 0.0025 mitspielen. Klar wenn der Block geschossen wird, ist der Gewinnanteil auch geringer, aber es redutziert die Varianz doch etwas, in mehreren Runden und dafür mit geringerem Einsatz mitzuspielen. Danke für's Daumen drücken jedenfalls. |
