OMG is a good option. But look at waves. great platform and has its own exchange. more and more icos start projects on waves. have a look.
for next 3 years i recommend iota. its now very cheap and undervalued. uses tangle instead of blockchain. global players jump on it.
I strongly agree with this one OMG is really good for long term holding because for me it's the next altcoin in Ethereum which is really good also for long term hold. Right now is the perfect time to accumulate those coins because soon most of the altcoins with strong fundamentals will go to the moon for sure. OmiseGO is one of the coolest platforms. Additionally, I will pick Ethereum, NEO, and Cardano, probably, EOS. These will be the best altcoins in future. IMHO. we can hold altcoin for 2-3 years but it is better to hold Ethereum,NEO because holding with a long time can get the result by holding the altcoin let alone Ethereum very promising and can survive in a long time hence I believe with Ethereum |

Looks like Ripple development team will introduce it's own smart contract system called Codius.
That system will give Ripple (XRP) Ethereum-like functionality, providing users smart contracts secured by the Ripple blockchain.
Now XRP seriously targeting to take Ethereum's place.
ripple can not be compared to decentralised trustless projects. I dont know why people do still pursue to replace ETH into its current place specially mentioning about Ripple. Quite interesting that ETH would have its sharding which we can presume network would even more better as of the current state and as mentioned above it might not happen on this year or on next year which means it would still takes time but good to know this news after all. If you think you get what is the value you desire and capable of exchanging or selling them then go for it. As of now bitcoin value increases and if you want to get it. You can. There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.
No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

I personally it is impossible because the parent Bitcoin of all altcoin and thus nothing can replace bitcoin but for its growth or popularity it may be because the bitcoin is still not up and can not recover then I am sure no one can replace bitcoin with any altcoin |

For now i would prefer Ethereum because of the stability of price and the demand on the market. Ethereum offers a fast transaction with lesser fees. But i doubt bitcoin will again rise after the Lightning Network will be fully implemented and working.
I am sure Ethereum will reach the peak because what I see from Sunday yesterday the price of altcoin keeps going up and so I still hope for bitcoin can go up in the future even though this year is not bitcoin year but I am sure in the coming year bitcoin will come back skyrocketing as it was in the year 2017 ago |

As I have noticed these days, when the ICO hasnt finished yet and the sale was still on going, the bounty tokens has already been distributed and also unlocked they sell it immediately on forkdelta or etherdelta for a much lower that ICO price, in which it could greatly disturb the sales in tokens. As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
I do not panic because now the price of altcoin is in the recovery period and so we can get a good profit and why I do not panic because I now hold altcoin and by holding I can wait for altcoin prices back stable |
