Alright, I tried your casino thanks for the free 0.01. Now the review:
I couldn't really wager any slots since .01 isn't enough to do a single roll on any slot machine except one (which I actually lowered the lines to 9 so I could play). I have no idea how the slots payout since I lost my only roll. I can say that I have seen all these games before and they are all over the shady, quick to close casinos, and that doesn't look to good for OP.

This one is self explanatory. Why require true personal data while using a medium of anonymous payment? So that they have a reason to not pay out later if for some reason one of their (presumably rigged) games messes up. They will say that it is there for their own security, but it's not really.
4) The Casino reserves the right to request documentation confirming the identity of the player’s personal data, for example, when player withdraws the money from his casino If you want to initiate any withdraw from this casino they have a right to request documentation. Also see point 3. Again these same measures and wording were in place with coinbet.cc
5) Player’s personal data may be disclosed in case of an official fraud investigation including fraud in payment systems.
Players personal data may be disclosed. End of story.
*EDIT: The password field when you fill it out on the site is open for anyone to see, they also send your password to you in plain text via email which is hilarious.
