81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How can a new exchange, assure investors that it is not a scammer? on: July 03, 2019, 02:42:01 AM
I someone starts an exchange, or if someone wants to use a new exchange, the fear is that it is an exit scam.
Well, one way to prove it is not is to have collateral in escrow.
Or some government assurance, or some insurance company assurance.

But, that is way too expensive and difficult.
And in the cryptomarket, KYC is not that attractive.

So how can an exchange demonstrate the fact that it is trustworthy?
This cannot be have overnight mate, you first need to gain trust from the community to vouch for your legitimacy and this will take long time.there are lots of exchange here that tried to make it fast and not they are dead.another thing is the support in which you must be very gentle and attractive to the investors and must be there whenever they need answers,if you can have a 24/7 accuracy then maybe success will be in hours soon
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought some crypto on: July 03, 2019, 02:23:39 AM
Hello Everyone,
I’m a female in my 30’s and when I first heard about bitcoin from Max Keiser on RT in 2009 instead of trying to figure out how to mine the bitcoin, I listened to his advice about gold and bought some coins.
Biggest mistake ever lol!
For the next 9 years I focused on my career and got married. Now I’m divorced and started picking up interests that I had before I was with my awful ex husband. Which include bitcoin. It’s come a long way since 2009.

I feel like this community will give me something bigger to be a part of and I sure hope that cryptocurrency will be around for a long time and I can prove warren buffet wrong!

Here’s my question, my coins are currently on binance. How important is it to put them on the ledger?
Am just curious !! Since the 2019 your coins sits on binance?i don’t think it’s possible because binance is just created not that long though I might missing something though you’ve mentioned the word “currently”

i dont advice crypto enthusiast to leave their coins on exchange, not even for a day, I dont care what the witdrawal fee may cost, i always pull my coin from exchange to my secure wallet, and i strongly advice and recommend the same for all crypto enthusiast, secure your token in a secure ledger to avoid loss in unforeseen circumstances.
Actually no one does because we already knew that hackers targeting exchangers since then and specially in this occasions when the market is growing high again we can expect more series of hacking soon
83  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: July 03, 2019, 01:58:56 AM
Some Chinese whale is going crazy again on EOSBet! Dividends yesterday were 77k USD  Cheesy Cheesy

For long term history of dividends per day:

This is only the EOS chart, while you also receive BTC and LTC (soon ETH and XRP will be added and also BNB).
So the highest payout happens month ago in June 1?The biggest ever and that’s nice to see since July also having good dividends for holder

But just like what the above poster ask,how did you know that Chinese is the biggest bettor these days?sorry but I was only curious about how gambling sites knew the location of their players
84  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♠ Fair.Poker | Provably Fair Bitcoin Texas Hold’em | HTML5 | Play Now! on: July 02, 2019, 03:11:28 PM
There are no free coins or faucet but we're currently preparing some really nice promotions for our first users. Details will be out soon!
I am not sure which kinds of promotions you will run, but if you need a manager for such stuffs, you should consider Hhampuz, whom is one of the most famous, and reliable managers. He also has lots of experience in managing campaigns of gambling sites; and has his own thread on casinos. Please check it there: Overview of Active Casino/Dice Sites Accepting BTC
But what they choose is also the best manager in town in which @Yahoo get the chance to mange the campaign,so this means another Good project for Yahoo to bring promotion and will surely find success in future.

Congrats Yahoo for this another project that would be run by you.wish to have a long running campaign
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The ugly side of Bitcoin on: July 02, 2019, 03:02:52 PM
We all know how beneficial it is for us to have a currency like Bitcoin , something that we can use without any interference and without any middle man, but there is always a problem with things that we usually unsee because of the huge benefits it earns to us and this time it's environmental pollution.
Bitcoin as we know it requires mining to continue it's supply , but the thing is mining consumes Tons of energy and thus makes it harder for us to cope up with the stress it is putting up on the environment.
Pollution, global warming  Bitcoin is causing all this , one might argue that it won't be necessary after a while but what about right now ? It's hurting the environment and we have no stable solution for this.
Shouldn't we focus on this too ? Rather than other things ?
Everything that beneficial has also a bad area and just like what you all mentioned those are the negative effect but we must also know that the benefits covers the negative in this face of situation, many miners now uses Renewable energy and also they are paying for each amount of energy the uses so with this it means let us look at the brighter side and not on the dark one
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will there be an altseason this year? on: July 02, 2019, 02:46:36 PM
Bitcoin seems to be having a jolly ride this year, and the alts aren't following suit, just a little gains here and there. And with the increasing percentage of bitcoin dominance which is now over 60%, do we see the alts pulling massive gains this year?
There’s no need to expect for such altseason because all of us knew that they will only follow bitcoins journey,we can see the good movement of Bitcoin while altcoins leaves behind but this is jut effect of the long waiting of the bitcoin investors so they are putting their investments towards this number 1 coin and leaving the altcoin for a while, but when everything turns fine already and the market stabilizes like what 2017 then all the Cryptocurrency will grow together with the rank number one bitcoin
87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Newest Slot Games Released This June 2019 on: July 02, 2019, 02:36:11 PM
Free trials or absolutely free? Are they normal games or  combination of gambling and gaming?
The first and third look nice. could be a right choice for kids.
I Don't play that much.

So you think gambling games could be the right choice for kids? Shocked
I know that crypto gambling is not very well regulated, but crypto gambling sites shouldn't allow kids to signup.
Anyway, the designs of those websites look like they are intended for a younger audience, which is disturbing.
Maybe he was just being sarcastic lol 😂 because he is not a fun of such kind of game that’s why he treated to be for kids since I think He knew that gambling wasn’t allow for kids specially now that many regulations about gambling is happening in every country

But is there any news about their experience in this newly opened gambling site?and what about the freebies does anyone find it enjoyable and winnable?maybe it’s good that someone shares their experiences
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: July 02, 2019, 02:22:32 PM
I never get that experience because I never go to the real casino. Maybe I am too afraid to go to that casino besides that I don't like to see many people yelling on every side.
Really?you never come to go in any casino your entire life?thats sad man because life in casino is overwhelming and so outstanding specially when you’re winning, and this cases are isolated because thousand of securities are rounding casino 24/7
Quote
Maybe he is not addicted to gambling and gets angry because that person got so many losses and he cannot accept his losses. It could happen to every people including you.
That’s the most probably cause or maybe he’s drunk enough to behave like that because in casino drinks are free and you can have as my as you can

90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 01, 2019, 03:24:47 PM
One official announcement for today is that Iguodala found a new home, Memphis Grizzlies. Have read that announcement on the facebook page named 'Dubnation'. And another surprising announcement is that they've welcomed D'Angelo Russell as their new player.

Sources on the web:
Warriors Reportedly Trade Andre Iguodala and Draft Pick to Grizzlies
Sources: GSW closing on Russell, Iguodala deals

This is needed to free up some cap space for Russell.
Lakers is silent with all of the messy trades that are happening. Anyone noticed that?

Looks like they are really aiming for Kawhi or a group of defensive players. That is all I got.

Iguodala trade was sad but we have to get over it.
Al Horford to Sixers is quite some trade. I didnt thought they will still get a big man although it might be a good strategy. Looks like they are going for big plays.

Durant at Nets. Whew. Good thing is some team still gave him some huge contract despite missing a year of game.

The lakers netting anthony davis can be a big boost in drawing other high profile players in search of a championship. I doubt if kawhi will leave toronto though. I don't see any reason why Cheesy it can only get better from here for them. And KD has already gotten what he came for when he went to goldenstate, which is to win a championship. His options were wide open after he became a free agent.
Yeah right KD’s dream is only to have a championship title when he decide to go for GS and now that he’d got what he wanted maybe he consider exploring the whole NBA for more opportunities and not only to gather crowns but also to team up with other greatest NBA players atleast before he retires and gone for rest

Having some Most Valuable Player modals ,I guess that’s enough for him to hold those title for good and not just being in champion team but also to the losing one
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: June 30, 2019, 07:13:03 AM
So after all this conversation, are we ready for the fight?since it’s near 20 days before this big event become reality..can someone share how much did they gather to put for betting in favor to their idols?

I will be the first to answer since for 3 months now I have saving 10% of my wages and I still have 20 days to go so more or less I will be having at least 300$ for the fight that I will be dealing with some friends also since here in our local community there are some financier that deals with bettors like me in this once in a lifetime event.

What about yours?only for those willing and not compulsory lol 😂
92  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Warning: Another Electrum phishing site on: June 30, 2019, 06:53:07 AM
I'm glad that they give early warning about this, those who plan to plan to use this wallet provider has to be careful all the time.
Hackers really targeting electrum as they know lots of crypto users are using this wallet, me, don't have to worry bout this as I have already bookmarked the legit website.
Yeah and I am one of those who turns out safe since I planned to use electrum for the first time but lucky to read this before having one.
At least now I can create my electrum wallet safer than others

<...>
Although I don’t use Electrum, the puny code article link in the OP is interesting to view, and I’ve gone ahead and made the suggested changes found there to my Chrome explorer. I can now view puny codes which were camouflaged before, which is an additional precaution.
Or maybe I don’t use electrum also?Since I have no reason so far to use this but I have read in service about the importance of electrum specially when the transaction is slower and need to be accelerated
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Investment better or saving? on: June 29, 2019, 04:33:37 PM
Investment is better if you know what you are investing than saving since your money won't move if you will just gonna save it. Investment may be risky but if you know how to handle the risk, the outcome would be great in no time.
Thats it!!but the problem is if you mismanaged the investments? Then for sure you're done not like in saving atleast you still have your amount that can be withdrawn in future.

Rules number 1: Never ever invest in something that you don't understand even if it's too good to be true. Understanding the basics is important because when things get ugly you know how to deal with it.
But ths problem is they are being attractes of what people says and sometimes become greedy so instead of gaining.gaining . losses ks what they've got
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have any strategic way in playing poker? on: June 29, 2019, 04:17:04 PM
Playing poker is about luck, getting a good card but a card that is held will be useless if you are afraid to heat up the game by raising or all in. Sometimes people who have good cards will lose to people who dare to risk their money by not retreating until the opponents fold or stand up.

Playing poker and getting win is based upon luck too. Many people think that dice games are luck based while poker games are strategic based, but that is not the real case. Poker games are also dependent upon luck because there is no way to control which card we get in poker game.
If We're lucky enough to get good cards, only then we can win in poker.

Unlike dice where you can't do any bluffing strategy as it will bring the results after the roll, inside poker you can do something that can possibly change the pace of the game, since it's a game where knowledge is more use than hoping for luck to come, experienced will help you to analyze when to use some bluff and take the risk.
I believe in playing poker bluffing can only use if you are playing with another players and can have  eye to eye contact so you can distract the opponent and their motivation will be ruined
So I guess this is harder to  predict
95  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: June 28, 2019, 09:42:51 AM
Hello,

Where do you use bitcoins? First i buy food, medicine, bills
I prefer holding mine now since it was more than a year. That price dumps and I am in a big lose if I spend them paying my bills and buying stuff online.

But in past?i use to pay my bills using my bitcoins it saves me a lot specially when the Bubble happens in December of 2017?i come to pay five months of my bills from my profit on holding bitcoin
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins are worth buying NOW on: June 28, 2019, 09:30:28 AM
Do you have any coin suggestions?
You should have bought top 10 currency from the moment you created this thread because today the value of each coins multiplied by 3 or 4 since the bull market is on the road now

A promising coin: Webchain. Why? Because it uses the same blockchain solution as MintMe is based and MintMe aims at becoming the referring platform for token creation and trading. Once you have some WEB (Webchain coins) and get several tokens from MintMe platform, it is just a matter of time to see them pay off.
This post created almost a Year ago and for sure Op had already set his folio and just having a dealing now from the currency he holds now
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance hits 60%, alts lagging behind on: June 27, 2019, 05:49:56 PM
Yeah and even in dumping bitcoin still dominate the altcoin, dumping 19% now and still dropping?

Yeah bitcoin really dominating 😂

Let’s hope that this is only correction and we will back on track again soon, today bitcoin falls more than $2,000 in just 12 hours
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: June 26, 2019, 12:37:58 PM
I personally do. I gamble for fun, use risk management and never use funds I can't afford to lose. So far I have made a lot of profit.

There's only few members here that are saying they are profitable, congratulations mate, you maybe one of the few gamblers who are successfully making themselves profitable in the gambling world.  I  do the same, gamble for fun, do risk management and spend what I can afford to lose, but I don't have a lot of profit like you.
Or maybe we can say that it’s a once In a million case?that a gambler finds gambling profitable while enjoying for fun?lol maybe right 😂

Actually I admires people like you both guys for letting people see the positivity of gambling more than the negative side while almost the whole crypto community are suffering from losing while the gambling sites bags the profit for how many years now
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns. on: June 25, 2019, 04:53:29 PM
Ever since the market went red, have you guys received any tokens from the bounty campaigns you have joined? In my case, I haven't received any and I've asked the devs of the projects that I have participated in and they told me that they are following their roadmap and focusing on their product. Are you in the same situation as me?
I have received twice mate, but the stupid thing is the first was being freezes for 6 months for assumptions and evaluation, and the other one is sitting in my wallet and waiting for the integration for almost a year now

This is how crazy my Bounty hunting since the market drastically drop from 2018 until this March before the pump of April.but yet not enough for the teams to release the coins and let us sell to exit
100  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I GOT BURNT TODAY on: June 25, 2019, 03:48:02 PM
Surely. i entered the market at its peak.  Cry Cry Cry Cry. i doubt if i will survived this epic move of mine. btc was at 11,000K. i never checked TAs and just entered. i pray i recovered my money back. actually, it was FOMO. to be honest.
You still have the bitcoin in your wallet right?so it means that you are not at loss

Remember that our coins stays the volume and the value is the one who’s changing then with that you can be assure of a chance to profit as long as you hold that coins

And besides in just a short period of time we hit $11,000 so what more the $15k to $20k?

Just keep the trust, never panicked and stay chilling mate
