801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa Conference League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: May 01, 2022, 02:34:48 PM
These teams that are now left in the Conference league are not much different from the teams that are left in the Europa League. I think the winners of both tournaments are about equal in strength. Only the Champions League is of a different level. I have seen Feyenoord play football in a summary against Marseille, I have rarely seen such a nice match. There could have been just 10 goals. That is what you as a football fan would like to see.

Yes, I noticed it too. A rather strange pattern is that if a strong club flies out of the Champions League and ends up in the Europa League (or initially ends up there), then instead of taking the title, it rather flies out of there. This is probably due to the fact that the Europa League has almost zero attractiveness for top clubs, so they don't try there. And I also heard that the income from playing in the Europa League is about 5 times less than the income from participating in the Champions League.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2021/2022 on: May 01, 2022, 02:22:11 PM
Everything chance can happen, We know Liverpool is a favorite but when Chelsea is the underdog, they will play with relaxing without pressure. Seems like they don't have a target after chaotic at the club because the owner was banned to handle the company. H2H Liverpool is better, they have 77 wins while Chelsea has 61 and 43 draws throughout the match history. We still waiting for Lukaku, I don't know what he does. He will be the worst signing in the history of Chelsea if didn't create a significant achievement. all noise about him now, can he change the situation?

On the one hand, this game will take place more than two weeks before the decisive game in the Champions League (where Liverpool already has a good advantage) and thus one cup competition will not interfere with another. But the regular season hasn't gone away, and given that any point loss there will cost Liverpool a chance at the championship, Liverpool is unlikely to give 100% in this final. If Chelsea have the motivation to win the FA Cup, then I think they will be able to do it because Liverpool will not have enough strength to fight on three fronts.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia to ban Pokies on: April 30, 2022, 07:59:50 AM
I am not an expert in Australian politics, but judging by the initiative and the fact that the name of the party contains the word "greens", these are just another leftist idiots who "invented" how people should live and will now try to force people to conform to their fictions.

Well, with so many socialists on the forum, I'm glad to find someone who thinks like me, as there aren't many around here.

Leftists tend quite a bit to ban and force, as in this case. I particularly, although I'm not a big supporter of regulations, I do believe that the gambling industry has to be regulated, but in this case it's silly. Are they going to ban slot machines in bars and pubs when today everyone has unlimited access to slot machines from the mobile? Lol. Idiots.

To be honest, I rarely read the Politics section and the like, so I didn’t notice that there are a lot of socialists here, it’s sad if so.

As for the stupidity of the leftists and the fact that their prohibitions are easy to get around - yes it is. But I believe that bypassing the ban is a losing path, because by trying to get around the ban you recognize that someone has the right to restrict you. It is unacceptable.
Plus, it should be borne in mind that they never stop (until they get a rebuff), for example, in the case under discussion, their next step will be to ban access to online casinos (as has already been implemented in many countries). This can be bypassed with the help of VPN, but they will again come up with the "next" ban. This is a road to nowhere, it is better not to start it.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best online sportsbooks this 2022 on: April 30, 2022, 07:52:09 AM
All large and reputable projects have approximately the same line, the odds of sporting events are almost the same for them. But there are certain differences in the bonuses that they provide - somewhere they are cumulative, somewhere one-time. For example, sportsbet once a day provides an opportunity to take an booster for a bet, which significantly improves the chances, by about 2%. I think that taking into account these differences, the bettor should choose from these available (not only those that you have listed) bookmakers of the one that is most beneficial to him.
Most of them have almost the same odds but most of the time Stake give good odds and Betja (Depends on the game) but sometimes you are just going to take a look at what they can offer just like what you sad @Boristhecat most of them are both reputable, trusted but they offer something that the other gambling site doesn't so sometimes I also based on those promotions and features like odds boost for instance.

It is a pity that it is difficult to use all the bonuses offered (they greatly reduce the advantage of the casino/bookmaker) due to the fact that it is impossible to keep a deposit in 5-6 casinos at once and withdrawals usually cost substantial fees. Perhaps this is just due to the fact that otherwise gamblers would run from one casino to another to collect bonuses.
805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: April 30, 2022, 07:46:28 AM
Sad to hear. Although the idea was initially bad (trying to win money given that you have debt to service). I could be wrong, but judging by the amount of the bet, not everything is so bad and you can recover even just by keeping earnings from your signature.
In any case, thanks for your thread. Many gamblers brag about their winnings and the fact that you shared a loss will be useful for those who might think that everything is so simple and easy here.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making e-sports more affordable on: April 29, 2022, 03:13:24 PM
If we're talking specifically about sports, then PC users will always beat mobile users, simply because on a PC your control is much higher than when playing on a smartphone. If we are talking about making money, then companies, of course, climb into all niches, and if I remember correctly, casual games for smartphones that have nothing to do with sports bring much more profit than any eSports games.
Not wont really be that precise because if we do compare Mobile Legend type of esports compared to Dota 2 in pc then in just seeing in overall users and prize pools then mobile based type of games wont
really able to compete out in terms of numbers.

If you're talking about how quantity becomes quality and PC users play better than mobile users simply because there are more of them, then I don't agree. Firstly, this contradicts what was written above - the number of mobile device users is constantly growing (and there may already be more of them than PC users). Secondly, just for reasons of common sense, I cannot imagine how a player with a mouse and keyboard will be inferior in control to a player who plays using a touchscreen.

Hi, I see you have been running this thread for three years, but nowhere are there any statistics on the success of your predictions (paid or free) and no reviews. Do you think this approach is normal? It seems to me that a potential buyer of your product must see at least something attractive in order to make a purchase.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa Conference League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: April 29, 2022, 02:47:21 PM
I would bet on Leicester City simply because it is a team from the Premier League which for me is the best league in Europe if not in the world for football and although Leicester City is not in top form they still have better players than Roma and the other teams listed for betting who will win the Conference League.

But you are missing two points, the first one is that Roma is in 5th place in Serie A and they are close (mentally) to the leaders, while Leicester is in 10th place in the EPL and it definitely does not have a winning mood in this position. Secondly, Roma's coach is Mourinho, who is undoubtedly a great specialist in English teams and the likelihood that Roma will be able to realize the advantage that it has already received is very high.

Now, is that fair ?
Abolish the machines altogether?
Why isn't regulation and monitoring not taken into account?
What do you think ?

I am not an expert in Australian politics, but judging by the initiative and the fact that the name of the party contains the word "greens", these are just another leftist idiots who "invented" how people should live and will now try to force people to conform to their fictions. I hope that in Australia there is a conscious population and a strong gaming lobby and they will not allow idiots to tell adults how they should live and where to spend their honestly earned money.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Paradox of Gambling behavior on: April 28, 2022, 03:52:46 PM
Nassim Taleb used a certain psychological nuance.  People perceive unlikely events as an event that will never happen (this is how human psychology works).  But it's not.  An event with low probability is a probable event.  Such events happen quite often.

Bets on events with a low probability involve the use of high odds when paying out winnings.  A big win can pay off all previously made bets.

Psychologically, people prefer to avoid losing. They are more afraid of losing than they want to win.

In his books, Nassim Taleb suggested actively looking for Black Swans.  This game strategy is not a passive strategy - it is an active game strategy.

If Taleb's theories had anything to do with reality, then he would probably have shown in practice their effectiveness in earning a lot of money in any of the markets - be it the usual financial market or sports betting. But for some reason I have not heard anything about his success in this area. Instead, he prefers to publish books (which, by their volume, hint at the fact that he is a storyteller) and lecture, suspicious, isn't it?
811  Other / Politics & Society / Re: FIFA and UEFA has suspended Russian Football teams. on: April 28, 2022, 03:45:27 PM
Russia is going to a be like a second North Korea with what is doing and banning every single Russian civilian seems not right for me although they can't divide who is innocent and who is not.I know there are a lot of innocent Russians but I believe the majority there for real supports Putin invasion of Ukraine after being brainwashed badly by the state media which they believe more than a free source like the Internet. It is only the Russian civilians who can stop the war yet they are suffering enormous consequences like being able to only use ruble as a currency.Athletes are not safe from this too as they are Russians. The football teams also so there is nothing that will change the command of the FIFA and UEFA if the war doesn't stop immediately.

There is no free internet in Russia. There is no complete information blockade yet, but most free resources (like twitter) are blocked and local resources are filled with paid bots that glorify the war around the clock and spread hatred against Ukraine. In fact, for ordinary users who initially do not have broad views and critical thinking (plus a good paid VPN), the Internet in Russia is not much different from a TV.

This is becoming subjective and of course, I preferred the most reliable and trusted Sportsbet gambling platform already here in the community.

  • Sportsbet.io
  • Duelbits
  • Roobet
  • Stake.com

These are my own preferences because I like their marketing, RTP, bonuses, events, security and etc. It is still ideal to make a Do your own research which platform is suitable for your needs and safety.

All large and reputable projects have approximately the same line, the odds of sporting events are almost the same for them. 815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: April 27, 2022, 05:42:51 PM
Not all of them will adopt. It was like a centralized exchange and decentralized exchange. Crypto is more than 10 years now and we have more cex but dex still remains and there are still people that uses it because there are features that can only be found on one it but not on the other.

Web 3 are more convenient because it was like a plug and play. No need for sign ups or deposits but you only need to connect your wallet to the gambling site and experience anonymous betting but like a dex, I think there was also a similar problem that can be experienced in a web 3 type of gambling. This is why many are going to stick on the cex type gambling.

Centralized exchanges undoubtedly still dominate, but this does not mean that it will always be so. People's awareness of various possibilities is already high, and when certain circumstances occur (for example, more stringent government regulation), rapid qualitative changes can occur. WEB 3.0 is an important piece of infrastructure for such a transition and it will play its role (if it will be truly decentralized).
816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making e-sports more affordable on: April 27, 2022, 05:23:20 PM
E-Sports is actually became a new career path for many youngsters and many got success as well but the gaming companies still targetting the PC games? I think its better to concentrate on the smartphone based games so they should atleast get 100 times more active players because now smartphone become a part of everyone so its in our hands all the time.

If we're talking specifically about sports, then PC users will always beat mobile users, simply because on a PC your control is much higher than when playing on a smartphone. 817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: April 27, 2022, 05:14:10 PM
Bivol's problem is that he has a relatively weak knockout punch, so it can be assumed that if Canelo doesn't knock him out, the fight will last the full 12 rounds. It will be quite difficult for Bivol to win on points even if the scoring is absolutely fair, but we know that the challenger must be clearly stronger than the champion in order to be awarded the victory.
Should it be understood from your words that  Canelo's chances of winning will be higher? Although Canelo has more fights and victories (there is also 1 defeat), but Bivol's statistics look better (but there are 3 times fewer fights). Also, Bivol has an advantage in height, and hence the length of his arms. To be honest, I can't even imagine a possible winner and I see the only way to find out is to wait for the scheduled fight, which will determine the strongest.

Yes, bookmakers allow you to bet on Canello with odds of 1.3, while on Bivol as much as 4.7. This suggests that Canelo is a clear favorite and some advantage in physical data does not mean anything. As you rightly noted, the challenger has three times fewer fights, and the champion has already beaten everyone he can, and for him it will be a fight with another average fighter.
818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: April 27, 2022, 05:04:37 PM
I was sitting and wondering which countries might have the highest gambling rates and for me I thought it could be UK or the US but despite this I went on the web to do a rescarch on which countries gamble the most. Let's have a look at this, since this information might be interesting to you guys as well !

1. Australia
2. Singapore ( they only opened their first casino in 2010!)
3. Ireland
4. Canada
5. Finland
6. Italy
7. Hong Kong
8. Norway
9. Greece
10. Spain !!

I was just as surprised as you guys since I did expect other countries to show up here as well instead of the ones that already did but you can recheck the same on the source : https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.worldatlas.com/amp/articles/countries-that-gamble-the-most.html
Other than that US , Canada,. Japan , UK are few of the countries known for their absolute support of the crypto casinos as well.
What about your country as well ??

Singapore lol! Late entry into the industry plus many restrictions (even paid admission to the casino) but still a solid second place. Very interesting statistics, but I see a real problem - this rating is based on nominal indicators and not on percentage ratios of lost money to people's "budget". Obviously, with this approach, no poor country has a chance to get into this rating, which we see - only rich countries with a high per capita income are in the table. I think that other more objective ways of compiling such a rating would completely change the picture, since I heard that gambling is much more common in poor countries than in rich ones.

Добавим к дерьмовому активу настоящий ETH и получим "хороший" актив.
Гениальная идея. Следующий этап "инновации" будет убрать дерьмовый актив чтобы получить "чистый" хороший актив?

Quote

-skip-
