EDIT: To celebrate this launch and the first match of the EPL Season, I've given random users random amounts of free bets!! Check your accounts for the free bets shortly and good luck all!! Thanks for the free bets, i couldn't wait for the weekend to use mine. Lucky me, i was able to land a decent bet builder on the Arsenal game. The Gunners looked sharp in the opening 30-35 mins, not so convincing the rest of the match but Palace away is always a tough fixture. Good start to the season!!!

If you added Zinchenko to your team while he was still with City (or around the time he changed teams and before FPL changed his status/new team), your team may have ended up with four players from the same team in GW1. https://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/534491/event/1 (Zinchenko, White, Saka and Jesus) Those accounts with 4 Arsenal players should automatically be forced to move one of the players out before GW2.

<...>Vikingur won 1:0 against Lech (@4.20) <...> This one didn't surprise me because i've seen Vikingur's stadium before, and it's not a pretty place to play. They have an artificial pitch, and it's quite windy out there. I can only imagine how challenging it must be for a team like Lech to play in such conditions. It reminds me a little of where Cluj had to play last week in Andorra, in an actual wind turbine. Speaking of Polish teams, i'm a little disappointed that i didn't take Rakow to win, they now have 9 wins in 10 matches in all competitions to start the season (including some friendly/preseason matches)...it was decent odds also. Anyways, i was lucky to land this little 4-team parlay on a last-minute winner. Feels good, ngl! Now that is a great goal, serious Alvaro Recoba vibes!

Offensive/defensive scoring and roster positions all look good.
So it begins, the Hall of Fame game in less than two hours, hell yeah! I couldn't help myself and placed a couple of bets: Jags +2.5 and U30.5. The Jags surely would like to move on from their disastrous season under Urban Meyer, and a couple of preseason wins could help. Someone mentioned Doug Pederson's positive preseason record in his first year with the Eagles on a podcast i caught the other day. I mean i didn't bother checking to see whether it was correct, but i do believe they have a little more to play for today. As for the U30.5 points, defenses dominate in preseason games, and we won't see many of either team's starters...so yeah!

I've locked Fenerbahce -1AH...i think they are the favorites to advance, and they should consider themselves unlucky not to be playing in the Champions League right now. I watched the reverse fixture with Dynamo Kyiv, they dominated despite playing the second half with a man down, missed quite a lot of chances, including a penalty. I'm not sure why they went back into their own half in extra time, played a lot more defensively in an attempt to force penalty shootouts i guess...and eventually, they got punished. According to my scouting report on Slovacko, the team is mostly made up of local players, with only one or two international guys. They finished fourth last season, about 20 points behind Plzen, nothing really that impressive in their preseason matches, with the exception of the aforementioned tie with Trabzonspor. Btw, Fenerbahce's team market value is more than 20x that of Slovacko...

Southampton has revealed their 22/23 third kit: source: https://twitter.com/SouthamptonFC/status/1555103764654194689 If you are wondering about the photos with Lyanco, well, he accidentally leaked the third kit on his Instagram account the previous day. This is him saying sorry i guess. All three kits have unique designs, the away kit has grown on me a lot since it was released...i'll definitely try to scoop one of each by the end of the season, just too good not to have all of them.
If someone has 6-7 million pounds sitting around, Nottingham Forest does not have (or has not announced yet) a shirt sponsorship...just saying!

- 08. Do we have divisions? [work in progress]
- 09. Structure of the playoffs [work in progress]
- 10. Length of the league [work in progress]
No divisions. 15-week regular season with the top 4 teams making the playoffs, Week 16 (semis), Week 17 (Championship game).
With two divisions, a team with a better record in one division may miss the playoffs. I feel that the four best teams with the four best records should be rewarded by advancing to the playoffs. What we had last year in terms of league length and structure was not ideal. ESPN is probably the only platform that has its default leagues set to have two weeks per playoff round. I won't even get into the hassle of having to play in Week 18. Lol Two-week playoff rounds are the most unnatural thing there is. It's win or go home, can you imagine the Super Bowl being split into two games? 15 weeks regular season is not that much...before you know it, it will be Week 10 and every game will be a must-win. With only one division, at least three or four teams will have a chance at making the final playoff spot in Week 15. 13-week regular season takes away two games from six teams for no good reason.[/list]

We haven't talked about the forum league in weeks. I thought it is a good time now with the Hall of Fame game next week and pre-season there will be only 4-5 weeks left. We should probably figure out the draft order first, i'd really want to know my draft position, i've been drafting against the cpu on fantasypros for the last week and a half. ...then let's create the actual league with all of the rules/settings as discussed, pay the entry fees, and agree on a draft date/hour. It's a lot of work, and it may take some time to get everything in order, so why not start early?

Only 8 entries with less than a week to go? This is far below my most pessimistic expectations for this fantasy pool, given that we have three active Premier League topics with hundreds of posts weekly, but only eight guys have decided to put their money where their mouth is, with the majority waiting on freebies and shit. If i had known we'd have this many entries, i would have proposed giving this pool a holler on Twitter earlier. There's a huge FPL community there, and maybe we could have persuaded some to register here and play....idk. Literally, nobody knows what SuperBru is, the global Prem League pool has just over 42k entries, while FPL is nearing 5mil teams at the moment....and besides fantasy leagues are just so much more fun imo. Anyways, with the pre-season over i think i'm almost set on my team and formation but i'll wait for press conferences on Thursday and Friday before the deadline, to see if i can get some more info.

I had some strange error message showing up few days ago for the first time but I closed it and didn't notice any problems later. Notifications never worked great for me but I mostly learned to use website without them. Try refreshing your browser, erase history and log in back again, maybe this solves your issue. @morvillz7z Notifications work for me, I mean, I don't rely on them but if I open the tab, everything's there. Clubhouse, transactions, betslips winning/pushing. Thanks for the replies! I tried clearing my browser history/cookies/data but it didn't fix the issue. Still no message "Your ticket has won X amount" in my notification bar, despite having a few winning tickets today. That little green dot over the notification bell on the main page does not show as well...and this is kind of a deal breaker for me. I need to know when my tickets have been graded/won at any point in time without having to make extra clicks. Guess i have to hit live support tomorrow to see if they can help...

Btw, congrats to our Liverpool fans on the Community Shield win, another meme cup in the bag. lol Here's a nice win from today, i should have added Liverpool and City to my betslip, whenever they meet it's guaranteed goals, meh...

Yall following training camp news? Big blow for the Bucs, Ryan Jensen could be out for the year with a knee injury: source: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/buccaneers-ryan-jensen-feared-to-have-significant-knee-injury-after-being-carted-off-at-practice-per-report/Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pro Bowl center Ryan Jensen was carted off the field during Thursday's training camp practice. Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles revealed during his press conference that Jensen suffered a knee injury, but did not go into detail. Jensen is still undergoing tests to determine the severity of the injury, but the NFL Network reports that the fear is that he has a significant injury. Meanwhile, a source told ESPN that it's "not looking good." He was apparently injured during an OL drill, non-contact injuries are the worst. I know they haven't confirmed/announced the exact injury, but very likely an ACL tear, which means he'll be done for the year. It's going to be tough for the Buccaneers to replace him because they do not have anyone else at that position. They would be forced to play some second-year guy with no snaps at center, or seek a trade/sign someone else. Either way, things are not looking good for their offense, run game, etc.

CFR Cluj + Aris to win @1.60, who says no? I just checked the lineups, and despite the comfortable win in the first leg, Cluj is fielding their best 11 and not resting anyone. Now that there is no pressure, i believe they will easily score a few. Aris is playing both games against Gomel at home in Greece. I'm not sure if the Belarusian team traveled back or spent the entire week on the beaches of Thessaloniki, either way, Aris should win even if they start most of their bench players. Does anyone have any other plays/tips for today, AIK and Vorskla match smells like goals?

PS. If Dinamo is once again forced to play Kevin Theophile-Catherine in the back, i might pull the trigger and put a bigger stake on BTTS, this guy is pure trash, he was responsible for the second goal of Shkupi, and from what i heard it was his fault for the opening goal as well.
To make the tragedy even greater, he was one of Dinamo's highest-paid players with some 840 000 EUR per year 2 years ago, and I really don't understand how that man can survive in the club for so long with his criminally bad performances. Although there is nothing strange in a club whose real owners are convicted of crime, they fled to another country from where they run their business, and they chose (again) one of the biggest football anti-talents in this part of the world as their coach. Kevin Theophile-Catherine should be paying someone to play football, not not getting paid for his anti-talent. Nice breakdown! I noticed he was not included in the group list for the match yesterday, they will probably say it was an injury or something... ∆ Malmo O1.5 & win @1.50 ∆ XI like the Swedes in this spot a lot, down one goal to Zalgiris. Up until recently, i thought Gibraltar's national stadium had the worst pitch, but after seeing the highlights from the first leg, Zalgiris has surpassed it with possibly the crappiest artificial turf i've ever seen. It's dangerous to walk on that thing, let alone play football, and it's always at a disadvantage to the visiting team. Malmo has scored three goals in their last three home games (in all competitions), whereas Zalgiris struggled against their previous opponent from Kosovo. I fully expect Malmo to score three or four goals today, no sweat. ∆ Malmo ML + Zurich Clean Sheet No @1.66 ∆ X
Qarabag have a very potent midfield and forwards, that guy Wadji sheesh....Zurich's defense could not check him up all game long. I just can't see them keeping a clean sheet, i'm heavily favoring Qarabag to advance. edit;Malmo WYD?
