How did you transfer it..  were two instances of the client running on the same computer?

You could have just sent to a different address within the same wallet.

There isn't much Blur created... I'm thinking that will be worth a lot, if nothing else for the anonymity / separate layer aspect.

What will happen if not enough blur are burnt in the 30 day period?

You don't burn blur,  you burn crave to get blur.

Maybe supply & demand will deem blur worth a lot, if not many exist?

When you start to see how the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few,  your focus shifts from selfishness - towards trying to bring about change in your world,  which in turn includes & brings about change for you.

805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RyanPumper is a scammer. Why the fuck is he STILL not banned ? on: March 31, 2015, 08:29:29 PM
No, we are done feeding your stupid, shitty pump & dumps.

Crypto has a purpose and there are coins that have genuine value.

Goodbye now,  the market no longer needs you.
I don't do pump & dumps. That's too complex for me, I like things simple.

I trade.

I profit.

I invest,  I profit and contribute to adoption of advancing technologies,  in order to change the way of life for people.

Coins have purpose and use value greater than shortsighted profits.

Use your brain first, then trade, then profit.

No, we are done feeding your stupid, shitty pump & dumps.

Crypto has a purpose and there are coins that have genuine value.

Goodbye now,  the market no longer needs you.

If everyone concentrates on coins that show solid potential and just stick with them,  it will slowly get p&d groups like his out of the markets.

All buying, minimal selling, holding and advancing coins = good for market, flushes out the crap p&d scams.

Tip: If you feel you bought too high in some coin, but still believe in the technology and the reasons you bought,  then DON'T FUCKING PANIC if price sinking.
You should be buying up more if the price is down... read up on DOLLAR COST AVERAGING! http://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/dollarcostaveraging.asp
Watch the video on that page, that illustrates the concept well.

No buy & sell / daytrading = no more pump n dump idiot groups.

CRAVE

For the Adrenaline Nodes masternodes, I'm thinking of going with a 50% PoS stake split with the masternodes and a 2 week window before masternode payments are "enforced" which should give everyone plenty of time to update.  Can always adjust that % in the future if it needs to go up but I think 50% is a good incentive and should be quite profitable.  I am thinking that 500 coins might be too expensive and 250 might be a better balance.

Did you decide if 250 is what you might set it at?

ok, so we can burn now?

how can we use blurcoin? just cost some blurcoin to release a marketplace?

thanks
Yes.  Use darkpoold.  The primary use of BLUR is for issuance of assets on DarkPool, and for trading in and out of those, placing bets, etc.

How much CRAVE can we get back from 1 BLUR..  or through trading BBBC.. whatever that is?

Is this the correct burn address?

If you dont know how to operate python, just wait to buy Blur...
Dev needs to make it clear that that burn address works for the darkpooldaemon and if you try and just burn coins form wallet or exchange you are more than fucked

Why even burn if you don't need to..  unless "BBBC" is really cheap to get crave back.. why even burn right now?

815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRAVE HiPOS 40MB blk 0.52M addrindex,stealth,Tor,BLUR = Embrace The Dark = on: March 30, 2015, 02:20:19 AM
So if we burn for BLUR ,  we can then trade the BLUR back to CRAVE at 1:1 ratio ?

Quote
Buy BBBC for CRAVE

How much blur does the BBBC cost ??

816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking altcoins on a VPS? on: March 29, 2015, 05:55:49 PM
You really feel comfortable typing in your password to enable staking on a VPS?

Not very smart.

They could easily be monitoring that vps,  and run away with your coins.

You don't need to share any passwords, make a password unique to the wallet you're staking with and that's all they could possibly get access to. As for VPS admins upping and stealing your coins, yes, that's a possibility... likely remote, so long as you use a reputable vendor.

You need to unlock the wallet in order to stake.   That means typing your password to however method you are connecting to the VPS.
The wallet.dat also needs to be on the VPS.   So they will have access to both.  Have coins, will travel.

Unless I'm misunderstanding how OP plans to stake via VPS,  I don't see any other way.

If the bidder believes the document does not match the sellers description a dispute can be initiated. In this case five arbitrators are given the decryption keys in order to evaluate the contents and compare with the original description. Their majority decision determines where the funds held in escrow by the network protocol will go. In trades where a dispute is initiated a small sum is paid to each arbitrator for their time which is deducted from the funds in escrow. - See more at: http://slur.io/#sthash.mpxlszeB.dpuf

Five people are given the power to con people,  no thanks.
