801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum About to Break Out of a 2-Year Bear Market? on: January 23, 2020, 11:47:37 AM
If bitcoin goes up this year, it is likely that the price of ETH will rise a bit from now. To be honest, the current price of ETH is right for its value, no one needs to use ETH like before. In the last 2 years, the price of ETH has risen sharply because of investors' need to participate in the ICO, but now the ICO is dead and people have stopped using ETH. ETH is a safe altcoin to invest in this market, but it certainly will not bring profit as much as other altcoins.
802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for Your Money? on: January 23, 2020, 04:50:18 AM
For me, Bitcoin is not a safe place for us to invest in this market. And the whole market is also insecure, you can get a lot of profit if the market is pumped and also lose if the market collapses. The bigger the profit, the higher the risk of loss, if you want to be safe in this market, you should choose stablecoins. It is very safe and less volatile than other altcoins
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO better than ICO? on: January 23, 2020, 04:02:55 AM
IEO is a little better than ICO, it ensures the tokens are listed at the exchange after the token sale ends. But after the token is listed, I don't guarantee it is better than the ICO, because today a lot of IEOs have been dumped right after being listed in exchanges. It is better not to invest in IEO or ICO at this time, so buy the top altcoins in the market and hold. It will make you a lot safer than new projects
804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My funds have been stolen! on: January 23, 2020, 03:08:50 AM
I am sorry about this situation but there is no way for you to get it back. It has been transferred to another wallet and you have lost it permanently. Every day I see a lot of hacks happening to everyone here, most of them have failed to secure the private key and were stolen by the bad guys. I hope you can secure it better in the future and let this situation not happen again
805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the ways i can cash out Bitcoin in another country? on: January 23, 2020, 02:22:14 AM
It is best to use the P2P trading method, which is the fastest and safest way when you are in a country in the world. You don't need to spend too much time creating bank accounts in their home country, it can get you a lot of trouble because the rules are different in each country. Just find buyers in that country and you'll sell them as easily as possible.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: January 22, 2020, 02:03:17 PM
There are lots of shitcoins pumped every day, and those altcoins have almost no volume so the price can be manipulated very easily. I also never invest in these projects because it is definitely a scam. I only care about altcoins listed in binance and Okex, which are the best altcoins and are much less manipulated.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Use of Altcoin. Do you know any altcoin that has so much potential as use case? on: January 22, 2020, 01:38:35 PM

Is there any altcoin that has so much potential as use case in our lives?

It seems that even major altcoin like Ethereum still struggles with securing stores to be used...

Up to now, I have not seen any altcoin put into use in our lives. There are many altcoins created with many different uses, but after a long time of operation, no altcoins really meet the needs of everyone. And that is also the reason why the altcoin market is so much more boring than in 2017 because no one believes in investing in altcoins anymore.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sinovate is the next 50-100x altcoin? on: January 22, 2020, 01:03:36 PM
What do you think from this project?
Can Sinovate 100x? or 1000x?
I think now is very undervalued.
Good team with hard work.

go on shill your coin until you get tired, you are waiting for the impossible , i suggest you better get out before its too late.
They will never listen to our advice, because they have a particular faith in these projects. I've also met a lot of shitcoin holders and hope the price goes up every day, they investing in this market is like gambling, choosing projects that are very cheap and at the bottom to invest with the desired it goes to the moon and they will get rich quickly. So let him keep pouring money into it and hope it is in the future
809  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Accidentally sent btc to bsv address please help me on: January 22, 2020, 08:04:48 AM
Did you send to an exchange or to another wallet? If you send them to the exchange it is best to contact support at the exchange so they can help you as soon as possible. And if you send to another wallet, you need to have that wallet's private key to be able to retrieve it from the electrum.
810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have anyone come across this? Whether it is a true currency or fake one....? on: January 22, 2020, 06:34:52 AM
I don't care what kind of currency this is in the world, but if I convert it to USD it will undoubtedly be very low in value and cannot be compared to the value of Bitcoin. It's funny when you compare the value of Fiat with Bitcoin, the value of bitcoin is too large compared to Fiat so you should not compare them that way
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin moves like Gold? on: January 21, 2020, 03:50:08 PM
Of course, for the big events and news affecting the economy, every market will move the same way. When the United States and Iran collided, the prices of gold and oil surged, and then the cryptocurrency market went up in the same way. But sometimes the cryptocurrency market has different news and FUD, it makes it possible for the whole market to go against the global situation. That's because news drives the entire market.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By now, is it worth to invest in major altcoins for the long term? on: January 21, 2020, 02:40:49 PM

I have been hearing that even major altcoins are gradually losing its value.

For long term investment purpose, no more investing in major altcoins recommended?

For large altcoins in this market, you should still invest in it. Altcoins can pump faster and make you more profitable than BTC if the bull market starts to run. As long as you don't buy shitcoin without liquidity, you'll be fine with in altcoins. And I recommend that you only invest in altcoins in the top 10 coinmarket, a few examples you can refer to: ETH, NEO, XLM ...
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: January 21, 2020, 01:33:31 PM
I do not know if you really sell your house to invest in this market or not? But if you've done it then it's really crazy, I personally would never invest that way because it's so dangerous and like a gambler. And you even choose altcoin to invest with that money. It is best to just invest in Bitcoin and wait for profit, you have a large amount of money and just investing in bitcoin is enough. Altcoin will only make you bleed and lose with it
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 12:35:22 PM
Day trading/leverage trading is for idiots.
If you’re not a whale you can’t to any great degree, predict the market because you can’t control it.

Buy & HODL = the only repeatedly proven way of profiting.
Why do you say daily trading is for fools? I have seen many people making daily profits over the past few years. They have a budget of about 5000-10000 $ and every day they make at least 100 $ with it, I think they are experienced and very smart people in this market. For me, buying and holding is only for newbies and has no trading experience in this market
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: January 21, 2020, 11:21:42 AM
This is my personal view not any financial advice.

1. BAANX: Baanx is secure, custodial wallet platform and bridging gap between fiat and crypto. Already have ios, android app and launched their debit card in 30 countries.

2. AIMEDIS: Decentralized blockchain backed ehealth ecosystem, offers more than health, in anyplace, anytime. They are getting ready to launch their own platform

3. Tachyon: Decentralized blockchain based internet protocol that wants to create secure and privacy internet. They promise faster, secure and also pay for staking ipx into the wallet

I will monitor these projects closely
I am also following Tachyon and learning about it lately. I got to know this project because in the past they made bounty and I saw it, then I found it listed at the top Korean exchange Bithumb. This is a good project and promising in 2020, I will follow it for a while before investing in it. Hope it will help me to make a profit this year
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are you staking? on: January 20, 2020, 04:45:17 PM
I'm currently staking some tezos because tezos price still not too high from their ICO. Tezos is trading around 1.2$ and its cost 0.4$ at ICO price. I do staking for long term because they are build blockchain with lots of more advantage over ETH, EOS. I believe coins building platform will be the next trend for future.
Tezos is one of the good projects in 2019, investing in this project is definitely a right choice. I also invest in Tezos and hope that in 2020 its price can go up to at least 3 $, in addition I also hold some ETH to wait for ETH 2.0. So far its price has increased a bit compared to when I started buying, all is just the beginning, in 2020 the altcoin market will explode with bitcoin and will help many people make a profit when they start buying now or before.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hottest alts of 2020 on: January 20, 2020, 03:54:50 PM
I think the hottest altcoin this year is BNB or ETH. These are the 2 best altcoins in the cryptocurrency market, and if this year the market grows strongly, I believe that these 2 altcoins will help investors get a lot of profits. In addition, we can also monitor Dash, I do not rate this project too highly but so far it has performed very well. Prices have increased by 300% in the last 2 months and it may also bring us many surprises
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: January 20, 2020, 03:11:04 PM
Day by day people are getting to know crypto currency, each day good number of interested people join the BitcoinTalk forum. The way the bounty qualifications and rank was in 2012 is not any more. Getting to the next rank is getting more difficult,KYC came in and many other changes, Now don't you think very soon most signature will only be opened to people from Full member and/or very few number will be given the chances of participation in many bounty campaign to have it convenient?

I agree it is really not easy to rank up nowadays. and if you dont have a high rank you can not join to signature campaigns. Luckily i was here early so i could promote till Sr. Member rank. For low ranks may try on social media and blog campaigns instead of signature campaigns.
People with low ratings in this market can choose to participate in other bounty tasks, like the youtube content campaign. My friend loves this campaign and he even makes a lot of money from youtube campaign, In 2019 there are many successful bounty with youtube campaign and the participants of these campaigns get a lot more money more than signature campaigns
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: January 19, 2020, 06:22:40 PM
Altcoins after long are following Bitcoin price action. After 2017, they used to just go down with every Bitcoin price up movement.i am pretty optimistic about altcoins this year. I have diversified my portfolio and have included a few large cap coins.
So far the returns have been massive. Link and etc gave almost 20%+ return over Bitcoin price surge. New year is treating us greatly.
I am also very optimistic about the altcoin situation this year, but the altcoin market this year is not the same as the previous years, only the top altcoin in this market is pumped. I also invest in ETH and BNB, after some time since November, I have gained more than 35% of the profits when investing in it. Certainly this year prices will go higher than now and we will have more profits
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do people still create new ERC20 tokens/projects nowadays? on: January 19, 2020, 05:23:59 PM
There are still a lot of new projects using ERC20, but there aren't too many reputable projects here. Most of them are scams because creating ERC20 tokens is easy. During this period, new projects of good quality often use Binance Chain to create their tokens, and it makes their projects more noticeable and makes more investors interested
