801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most profitable Alternate Cryptocurrencies on: November 04, 2014, 01:26:31 AM
It seems everyday there's launching a new Crypto Currency.
Some last, some don't.
Some manage to get into the exchanges, others don't.

For me as a newbie to the cryptocurrency world it's hard to find my way in the jungle.

Can you advice me on what's the most profitable coin to mine atm?

No coins are profitable unless you get free electricity, free kit and are prepared to tweak, sweat and obsess over hundreds of flaky CLI processes that hang every few hours. Trading - used to be profitable until the burned-out forex and hedge traders jumped in for easy pickings.
Best to just mine and buy low diff/cheap coins with good dev team and USP for the future. Yes - there will be a future. Oh - and it will be anonymous - not just P2P across TOR.

Hello everyone,
I would like to invest in a bytecoin review how the minimum I need to have?

and that you have a realistic estimate of the future price bytecoin in the future, how far can it go up.

thank you for any information you can give me

If you are feeling wealthy you can always start with 1 BCN! :-) There is no minimum.

No-one can estimate the future price of any coin with any degree of accuracy or certainty. However BCN is the first of the Cryptonight coins and it has a strong team of developers.  Smiley

If you download the daemon and wallet you could soon mine many coins even with a low powered (you need a lot of memory tho') machine.

But you also may contact them yourself by email (contact@bytecoin.org) or IRC (#bytecoin-dev)

Great! Many thanks!  Smiley

I notice that the hash rate etc indicators are not updating on the website.
DStrange - could you let the webmaster know?
Thanks!
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Sick of Hearing About Monero ? on: October 07, 2014, 07:36:58 PM
WE'RE NOT STUPID OP. Just because Bytecoin is dead in the ditch. WTF is this, the Samson option?

Bytecoin is fine, thanks. Monero is dropping like a stone - the Bytecoin market is pretty stable, actually.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MOANERO SLUMPS UNDER 1$ - Get out while you can! on: October 06, 2014, 09:10:03 AM

a:) It's special and will one day usurp BTC.

b:) All the BTC whales (except BCX  Tongue) support it so therefore it is a special hedge for when BTC falls.

Actually it seems that this is true in reverse. BTC is up today and yet XMR continues it's freefall.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MOANERO SLUMPS UNDER 1$ - Get out while you can! on: October 05, 2014, 02:21:20 PM
When BTC fall, everything fall

That's odd. Because the Moanerites kept telling us that;

a:) It's special and will one day usurp BTC.

b:) All the BTC whales (except BCX  Tongue) support it so therefore it is a special hedge for when BTC falls.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MOANERO SLUMPS UNDER 1$ - Get out while you can! on: October 05, 2014, 11:49:15 AM
83 cents!
Of course BTC doesn't help but BTC shouldn't affect a coin as special as Monero.  Tongue
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Monero Free Fall Thread on: October 04, 2014, 08:46:44 PM
I see Monero is in Free-Fall.

I for one won't be sorry to see the back of it. Even though I had a few Monero and was mining it (briefly) the devs came out and to my face called me a liar. Naturally I sold my Monero and no longer have anything to do with it.

I hate to blow my own trumpet but;

Smooth is a Bytecoin enthusiast, I know. He wants to have cheap BCN, so simply ignore him.

Cheap BCN is not difficult to come by, although even at this price it is likely overvalued, as scams generally go to zero in time (sometimes a long time).

BCN is stable and very cheap at present. The price of Bytecoin will rise once the interest in all the pump & dump Bytecoin cryptonote clones has died down. The most vocal pump & dump, Monero, is fast heading down to 1$. Once this level is reached the end game for this particular pump & dump will be swift and sudden!

You have been warned (Not Rough, obviously - you already got out!  Grin)
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MOANERO SLUMPS UNDER 1$ - Get out while you can! on: October 04, 2014, 08:41:09 PM
If you have any monero and, unlike whales, cannot afford to throw good money away I suggest you offload quickly - the price is slumping but the volume has been decimated - the whales are definitely done with the pump & dump.
all my Monero is frozen? wtf?

I also heard someone bitching about this on the Dirtbox or trollbox - whatever it's called
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / MOANERO SLUMPS UNDER 1$ - Get out while you can! on: October 04, 2014, 08:25:28 PM
I always said Moanero was a pump and dump with a scammy orchestrated pump - the likes that have never been seen in BCT-ALT.

Now it has slumped below $1 it is in a death spiral which will accelerate the value down to 1 Sat and below. Market Cap plummeting down past #13 and soon to fall out of CoinMarketCap top 100.

If you have any monero and, unlike whales, cannot afford to throw good money away I suggest you offload quickly - the price is slumping but the volume has been decimated - the whales are definitely done with the pump & dump.

I still see shills on here arrogantly assuming that Monero is #2 to BTC - they are not delusional - just merely hired hands. Now they have done their job enriching the whales they will soon fade away along with their 300 vacuous [XMR] Monero - Naked Vegan Crypto Discussion threads.

To the devs - I say 'Keep calm and carry on developing'. Learn from the devs over at [BCN] Bytecoin who kept their dignity and measured feedback in the face of the orchestrated abuse and attacks. Also learn that price and market cap is irrelevant in these nascent technologies.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin. Secure, private, untraceable since 2012 on: October 04, 2014, 10:17:25 AM
Monero

It is charming you think Monero is so important that you keep bringing it up on the BCN thread, but perhaps we could stick to discussing BCN here?

If only he stayed on the BCN thread with his compadres...

And as a known Moanero shill, troll and FUDster perhaps you could stick to one of your three hundred vacuous moanero threads......

No one has a close relationship with the project who has not disclosed it (and most certainly no one has actively hid it).

Smooth, you are in the shit. I suggest you stop digging. You have totally and absolutely lost the argument regarding the concerted, orchestrated and most (by a million miles) annoying campaign by fudsters, shills and trolls that this forum has ever seen. After all that it doesn't really matter if your coin (I can't bring myself to mention the insipid name) has any technical merit. I have yet to see hard proof that it has brought anything of value to the CN table independently. Oh - apart from a pool - but then that is not really part of the coin is it.

Of course you haven't, you are a Moron, let alone discover an exploit on real code.

I always get a laugh out of your newbie accounts too fearful of BCX to post under your primary names LOL

~BCX~

Hi.

Just thought you'd like to know that I've reported you to the police here in the UK - specifically http://www.actionfraud.police.uk.

ROFL! What a jumped up twat!

Let us know when you are arrested for wasting PC Plod's time!

Good bye!

If you have to resort to intentionally using the wrong word for something, it's probably because your argument was specious to begin with.

They are paid shills, quite obviously.

You have committed the cardinal sin of a troll and FUD merchant coming on this thread - you have become repetitive and boring.

You sound like a broken record and we have heard the same tripe over and over time and time again!

You have confirmed your own irrelevance. Go away and bore a Monero thread instead!  Cheesy

I am currently detained in a psychiatric institution in Helsinki.

I think that is quite normal in Finland. Also to get so drunk that you wet yourself whilst at work.
He probably had a lot of fun there.
Whilst I do not subscribe to his love of Monero I would not hold the above against him or let it cloud my judgement of him!  Wink

This is the first sensible reply I seen on the alt boards all day.

ROFL - I thank you Sir!  Cheesy

BCX, was that you in the polo chat under a different name?

None of this meant to be a hostile action, I just want to see if XMR can fix their holes.

~BCX~

If you are saying that you are not irritated by the Monero propaganda merchants on BCT-ALTs you must have the patience and tolerance of a saint!
