801  Economy / Reputation / Re: sujonali1819 Cheater Bounty Manager on: June 18, 2022, 05:01:05 PM

Sujonali not paid everyone and he said in group  that distribution end. Please look here all Higher member. Cause we need help.

Why he didn't pay for some specific address? If his intention was bad then he would be paid any rewards for that certain campaign. Those address missing payments which means there must be some issue with those addresses. Maybe their profile was red-tagged or there could be a problem with the work quality. You said those addresses from the youtube campaign so if their video was rejected then it's obvious those addresses won't get any payments.

It will be better to resolve these matters by contacting him personally first. If he didn't cooperate then you can create a scam accusation thread. Without doing that directly calling him a cheater won't be fair.
802  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🔴SCAM ALERT🔴🦊FOX BOUNTY🦊 IS SCAM🔴 - WARNING For Hunters and Token Owners.🔴 on: June 18, 2022, 04:52:56 PM
So the BM is selling the allocation which he received from the team as escrowed? There are many reputable BM in the forum who has a big community. Why do some projects hire such a manager who is not well known or reputable? After exploring the fox bounty telegram group I can see most of this BM's project is a scam or low in value. Also, most of the altcoins that run their promotion through the forum is a scams. So the advice is for hunters to not join these types of BM campaigns.
803  Other / Meta / Re: Are you a merit source? Thanks for your sacrifice. on: June 15, 2022, 12:12:23 PM
Shhh, you're going to start the "merit sources are people too" movement. Nobody wants that.

In all seriousness, I don't think its too much of a issue. I try to just merit those that are posting quality content, but at the end of the day it does feel nice meriting someone who might actually need them, and its even better seeing a newer user that you've merited in the past, actually get motivated by it, and turn out to be a top quality user.

If I was in the predicament which I'd nearly exhausted my conjured merit source, and it was between a merit source with a very good quality post or a newer user with a slightly less quality post, but good quality I'd probably give it to the newer user, because it might encourage them to continue. I can always go back to the merit sources post at a later date, which I typically do revisit a lot of old threads, and replies to merit. I've also seen this behaviour from other sources too.

I wish our local board also had a merit source. Though recently that thread is getting spammy because of a bunch of new users but still many quality posts have been unmerited there because higher-rank local member usually doesn't show up there regularly. Maybe this is also a reason why our local members ignore the local board. As you have mentioned everybody wants some kind of reward which will motivate them to go back to that place again.

~snipe~
Is the forum really of your concern here or about the pay you get out of bounties?
Hypothetical, I could say it's due to the pay with you talking about users getting to leave because the are receiving less pays and stuff like that.  You seem to be one of those that promote bounties as I can clearly see your POA amongst your recent post. Although I must recount that, you seem to be doing it healthily and that's okay. But les not forget, bounties isn't a the best way to go, forum wise and you are doing much damage to potential crypto investors as, most bounty projects turns out to be scams due to pump and dump.

I was concerned about both. But it was not for my payments. I was just talking about other legit users who do fair work but get less because of some farmers. Also these alt farmers are spamming the forum especially local board with useless talking and shit posting for merits. I do not care much about social media campaigns but for a signature campaign, I won't mind for some extra income while exploring and learning in the forum.
805  Economy / Reputation / Re: I could be wrong but what if? on: June 15, 2022, 05:03:10 AM
What's your take on solution for altcoin farms abusing bounty campaigns?

A special badge can be provided for bounty hunters. New members must pay 10$ to the forum to get that badge to join the campaign. Already existing members and users above full member will get that badge as an airdrop. It is easy to get member rank by buying merits but for full member rank, it won't be profitable. When an alt farmer gets red-flagged to 10 of his account he or she will think twice before doing the same because it will cost him money this time.
~

How is this different from copper membership?  Why introduce something that, basically, provides the same functionality as an existing feature?
But the big question is, who will force bounty managers to accept only copper or Member and higher ranks?

Actually, the problem is bounty managers are looking for mass workers, not quality workers. If only quality work is accepted I can bet 80% of participants will leave this work after a few campaigns. Also recently some low-rank bounty manager appears who doesn't care about their reputation and ready to promote scam project if they got money for them. I also think we should leave that matters for now.
806  Other / Meta / Re: What we can do to get ride of alt farmers? on: June 13, 2022, 04:30:04 PM
Pay $10 to join a campaign? These poor bounty hunters can't earn enough to pay for it. Is there a guarantee that the campaigns themselves will pay?

In order not to be disappointed, just do not participate in dubious campaigns paying in tokens. Leave this "fun" to those who are completely unable to read and educate themselves on the forum, but can only click links and repost unnecessary spam.

You got it wrong or I failed to clearly mention it. It was a one-time payment for new members only to be eligible for every future campaign. My only intention is to demotivate them from creating hundreds of accounts again and again.
807  Other / Meta / What we can do to get ride of alt farmers? on: June 13, 2022, 02:00:00 PM
Recently the number of red-flagged accounts to getting higher but still, it is not demotivating them to create many more. These alt farmers are destroying the environment of the forum and abusing bounty rules. These also demotivate genuine workers to leave the forum because their already dropping payout getting thinner because of these multi-users. So I think we could discuss a solution on how to get rid of these alt farmers or at least demotivate or force them to work fairly. I am giving my opinion here and you can leave your opinion too.

my opinion:
A special badge can be provided for bounty hunters. New members must pay 10$ to the forum to get that badge to join the campaign. Already existing members and users above full member will get that badge as an airdrop. It is easy to get member rank by buying merits but for full member rank, it won't be profitable. May be forum administrator won't do anything like this because they have little interest in the bounty thread and there could be many better proposals. But If forum administrator agree then we can open up a community opinion section to gather more idea about what we can do next to get rid of these alt farmers.

The community is deciding on a new @terra_money between restoring a snapshot prior to attack, removing TFL, fully collateralizing UST and drafting & deliberating new mechanisms for $LUNA.

We must salvage the remaining value in the ecosystem & community and rebuild the right way

https://twitter.com/stablechen/status/1525023238895837184?s=20&t=-1WYQPCBM04n8tee6cBwQQ

If they are really doing this that means luna holders from pre-attack will get new tokens but what about those who buy later on exchange. People lost money when prices were continuously declining too. They didn't tell their community not to buy before UST repeg in its standards. I also heard rumors that Do kown short his luna to recover the loss that he took by selling his BTC in losing which accelerated the process more.

Luna lose his credibility and all who took any loss should get compensation.

Various strategies are being played by the terraluna team to restore public confidence in the terraluna. and the new coin is a team strategy to get a bigger profit. even though their aim is to restore the ground in the market. but if I notice that the chances of terraluna are very small to be able to recover, because terraluna has been considered a coin meme, even though it was once in the top 10 coinmarketcap.

Their compensation plan with the new luna token didn't work either. People who lost thousands of dollars due to that cash get new tokens worth of few dollars. Old UST holders get more than old luna token holders. The whole ecosystem is now messed up and only some unique idea and magical work can restore its previous prestige.

810  Economy / Reputation / Re: I could be wrong but what if? on: June 13, 2022, 05:31:08 AM
I think you are onto something. I was talking about this few days ago. Who knows how many others are doing the same thing... This one is one of the dumber ones because he didn't really tried to cover his tracks. I believe there are more sophisticated ones lurking around but it is probably impossible to detect them.

This is not an "if" question imo, this is a multi accounter/bounty cheater.

They will surely make mistakes and leave a clue behind in the future. When someone is managing 10 to 20 accounts and the same amount of social media accounts at the same time there is a high chance some track will be left behind unintentionally. But the problem is red tag is not demotivating them to create a new one.

Update:

Some bunch of ALT farmers. All of their username patterns is the same. All are brand-new and all of them are joining the Article campaign. So suddenly some newbie becomes a professional blog writer!!! I think they are using rephrasing tools to copy other's work and post of as their own. All the BM should use manual approval for joining article campaign for new members.

6. Using multiple accounts, cheating and spamming are not allowed. You will be disqualified from the bounty program
immediately and all your accounts will be banned permanently.

Although the campaign is now over, I think the negative tags are still justified in this case.

I can see they didn't verify the work yet so neg trust would do the work. But I do not have time to gather evidence to show BM. If some of you have time then do further investigation and report it. YOSHIE did catch some accounts he mentioned already but the rest of the account still needs to be checked.
812  Economy / Reputation / I could be wrong but what if? on: June 12, 2022, 02:08:49 PM
I was just exploring the bounty campaign spreadsheet of Kleks Academy managed by a bounty detective. One unusual pattern got my attention. Looks at the screenshot below. All the username pattern looks the same. Their entry submission timing is also weird. It looks like one group was working together or all those ids belong to one person. I haven't looked at their trust score and didn't further investigate. If anyone wants can investigate these ids. Here is the spreadsheet link. Those are from the article section.

813  Economy / Reputation / Re: What to do if this happens? on: May 26, 2022, 02:03:28 PM
Where and how did you get this address? Is that address connected with my profile somehow?

Just read my post, just a few before that address was posted.
It was only a test. Why are you getting freaked out for everything?!

I am not freaking out. I do not know many things about this forum so I thought that maybe it has a system to create a BTC wallet. Also, I have checked some bounty campaign spreadsheets and the amount of red trusted users is shocking. So I just thought what is wrong with these places. I understand it is needed to keep the forum clean.
814  Economy / Reputation / Re: What to do if this happens? on: May 26, 2022, 01:46:00 PM
sorry OP, maybe that would seem off-topic.
I want to see if it works?

bech32 Bitcoin address on your profile: bc1qlnzyltd6nej2qw6l6pxjzpx2ae80r82a5hzdfx

Where and how did you get this address? Is that address connected with my profile somehow?

What if he submits the google form with my address too? This is the thing that I was talking about.
You're lucky, if the manager doesn't find out, all the google forms will be gathered in a spreadsheet, but if the manager finds out you will both be kicked out, without paying tokens.

That's what I'm saying you need to do your first question in point 2, report it and take action.
For that if you don't do what I said in the first post, 0% accusers believe your reasons, brother, sister-in-law, grandparents.

This could be problematic because I think most of the time hunters do not look at the spreadsheet till the bounty end especially if they only do a signature campaign.
815  Economy / Reputation / Re: What to do if this happens? on: May 26, 2022, 12:04:40 PM
you only have to prove the opposite of what they say
You can't prove you didn't do something. It's like trying to prove The Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't exist. You can't! See Wiki on Falsifiability. Even on Bitcointalk, "innocent until proven guilty" should apply.
Before accusing someone, you should ask yourself if it could happen to you. Anyone can post my address and say they're me. As long as I don't confirm it, you shouldn't believe them.

I was also thinking about this because you can not prove something that you haven't done. Innocent until proven guilty.

3. Someone could copy my POA info and post them unconsciously by not changing them. Sometimes hunters get limited time to join a campaign because of the limited available spot so they could try to copy the previous person's POA info and change them to join faster. This type of human error could be done.
As long as he doesn't enter the token delivery address in the spreadsheet, just copies, it's fine for them.
But in most cases they copy the POA in a hurry, but the address in the spreadsheet is different from the copy of the POA, why don't they in the POA change it and in the spreadsheet they change it.

For that before sending the application check carefully whether it is correct or not, if you don't want to have problems or be accused of an Alt account.

What if he submits the google form with my address too? This is the thing that I was talking about. Though in most cases I saw they have used the same telegram ID in different profile.
816  Economy / Reputation / What to do if this happens? on: May 25, 2022, 05:25:32 PM
Sometimes I saw in reputation bord that some red trust members appeal about removing their red trust by saying that the account does not belong to them like in the picture below. I take that screenshot from my local board and after that, I was thinking what if someone tries to do something illegal to get me a red trust for taking revenge. Sometimes we argue with some people in the forum and it's possible that some of them took those different opinions as offensive behavior and try to take revenge.

1. They could use a newbie account to post of POA with the same telegram address and username that I have used in other bounty campaigns.
2. They could have to take entry in the spreadsheet with that false information too.
3. Someone could copy my POA info and post them unconsciously by not changing them. Sometimes hunters get limited time to join a campaign because of the limited available spot so they could try to copy the previous person's POA info and change them to join faster. This type of human error could be done.

Though I have joined only one bounty campaign till now. If this happens how I will show I am not guilty?

817  Economy / Economics / Re: Is TERRA/Luna kickstarting a new Bitcoin Standard? on: May 15, 2022, 05:28:02 AM
I saw an interview with him where he said 95% of coins will die and it's also entertaining to see some projects die. I have also checked his tweet and most of them show his ego and pride. Somewhere he was threatening other's projects by saying he will destroy them and in someplace he says he love chaos. That man is a lunatic a he gets what he deserves.
He said a  lot of bs on twitter, but the biggest one is when he was trying to calm the people down just in order to dump on them his worthless shitcoin. I do feel sorry for all people that lost money in this, but some were so greedy that even after shit hit the fan, they tried to profit from it and got seriously rekt in the process, like the guy in the screenshot below who converted all his BTC to LUNA. All in all, good riddance.

There was a hard lesson for those who trade only with expectation and greed. Trading is a business, not gambling. I was sure about this massive dump when I saw his tweet about increasing the minting capacity from 293M to 1200M. He thought people will invest more in this dump by seeing this discount price and he will continue dumping his shit.

selling BTC for an altcoin can be only done by lunatics Wink.

818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Electrum freaked me out for the first time ever.... on: May 15, 2022, 05:14:40 AM
All of that aside, even if I had a militant position in supporting Ukraine I still wouldn't put any political message inside a wallet (or a crypto mining program).  Crypto is for everyone in the world--and should be--so any crypto devs that want to alienate a group of people are going against what crypto is all about.  Why not have a  "We hate fucking child molesters" pop-up in the bitcoin core wallet?  It's the same principle.

Your post reminds me of another incident where some public transport is charging extra fees for the help of Ukraine. Right now I do not have the images with me but I saw that somewhere on social media. Could be legit or fake but the point is a service or product could do these types of promotional activities in favor of one side when there could be users from both sides. Why force someone to pay money or use it as marketing materials for someone's struggle!
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luna holders will get new token. on: May 15, 2022, 04:59:11 AM
Luna seems unfinished, I am optimistic that Luna will soon enter the top ranking again, they have a strong community and financial support so that they will continue to pump in the near future, I am also optimistic that Luna's investment today is the most profitable thing.
It's because Do Kwon has said a recovery plan and at this time, CZ is also giving some suggestion through his twitter. He said that there's no need to distribute another new token to the users.
But what Terra foundation must do is to buyback those excess supply so that the confidence of the investors will come back if that's what they're going to do.

What CZ said makes sense. LFG can easily buy back all the tokens from the exchange by temporarily suspending any kind of deposit and withdrawing. This is necessary to regain the lost trust.

The new token distribution plan is totally messed up because there are people who buy and sell multiple times at a certain level. Like when luna went down my first entry was around 6$. When I saw it is still going down I sell all of it and buy back below 1$ again. There continues a few more times when my initial investment was the same but I increased my token. So how the team is going to distribute new tokens in this situation? It will be messed up when a handful of people will be benefited.
820  Economy / Economics / Re: Is TERRA/Luna kickstarting a new Bitcoin Standard? on: May 14, 2022, 04:10:14 AM

I just saw an interesting tweet from November 2021 in which one user explained how its possible to break Terra and make shit load of money in the process and all you need to do it is 1 billion usd. And of course having "detailed understanding of the Terra Ecosystem". Do Kwon reaction didn't age well.

Twitter thread: https://twitter.com/FreddieRaynolds/status/1463960623402913797

I saw this thread elsewhere, and came here to post it, but I just discovered that I had somehow missed your post.

This is what I like in crypto: imagination is the only limit: if you can think it, it will happen sooner or later.
Finding 1B capital could be the most difficult part for most, but if the plan is well organized, then the funds will come.
