802  Economy / Services / Re: [coinichiwa] Signature Campaign (0.01 BTC/week) / Affiliate Program (+10%share) on: December 21, 2014, 09:36:04 AM
Right now there are already a lot of campaigns that are paying a lot more than what you currently are, it would be better if you increase the pay for members and and pay them per post. This way more people will get attracted towards your campaign.
It seems members are not accepted in the campaign.
803  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: MacBook pro 15.4¨ (broken) on: December 21, 2014, 09:33:56 AM
Just my 2 cents ...

The "dent" you're speaking of on the left side of your Mac is really close to your hard drive. He might have been damage by the hit...

I suspect your problem is directly link to the hard drive.

Yeah, did the problem started happening after the dent or happened much after the dent happened ? which could mean another problem.
804  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Re: Odds on dice on: December 21, 2014, 09:29:46 AM
Not the odds of me losing the payout I was on, but rather hitting under 1.51 3 times in a row

1.51% * 1.51% * 1.51% = 0.000344%.
But I have seen a 20 losses in a row with x2 bets, which has a much lower chance to occur.
The highest I've seen 2x bets is 23, using my peerbet.org dicebot... It logs winning and loosing streaks.
Thet highest at x2 happened on primedice I think, went to 32.
Not seen it though. Personally, I don't use martingale or 2x much, and the worst I have had is 18.
805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Provably Honest Online Elections are Possible on the Blockchain on: December 21, 2014, 09:28:12 AM
I have actually used bitcoins in a community voting, however it gets complicated for people not that techy.
But its an awesome idea, and I see it being widely adopted in future.
806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Atms on: December 21, 2014, 09:27:41 AM
Bitcoin atm or btm as they are now being called are a great idea.
I started buying my first coins almost a year ago from a lamasu brand machine and it was simple, put cash in scan QR code and thats it.
Its a good way for newbies to buy btc.
Wold be better to see more 2-way machines though.

yes they would be wonderful if they weren't ripping people off that was the whole idea of this post. These btms(if you will) are robbing people.
These atms can actually start at the low prices of 500$ and are risky to use to buy more than 200-300$.
Its best to stick to legit and reputable atms.
807  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ADVANTAGE INVESTMENTS - 10% Return With An Advantage Over The House on: December 21, 2014, 09:26:16 AM
I don't quite get your point. From your post, you claim to be able to get some nice profit through gambling with a secret strategy.
But if all the investments are held by Maidak, how are you going to use them and generate the 10% return?
I plan on using my own funds to generate the return.  Once I have generated a 10% return for the investor, using my own funds, I will send my own funds over to Maidak, plus the 10% return, and he will release the investor funds to me, and my funds to the investor.

What's in it for me?  I generate a return a little more than 10%, and keep the difference.  The only way I'll lose money in the long term is if all my accounts get shut down.  I take every precaution to make sure this doesn't happen, but anything can happen.  If all the accounts with an investors funds get shut down, the investor gets 25% of their investment back.  (This is all explained in the original post).  So the safety net for me, is that if the accounts get shut down, I only lose 25% of my funds.  This is the risk for the investor, and the risk for me as well, but I'm willing to take it, because there is such an extremely slim chance of this happening.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
What site would you be gambling at?
I am sure people would like to see your stats before you actually start gambling on the site.
808  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to win in gamble!! on: December 21, 2014, 09:25:00 AM
want to gamble and want to earn 100% profit ? = dont gamble

if u r gambling sometime u win sometime u loss
By not gambling you wont get a 100% profit. You would just be where you started at.
809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I invested in bitcoin on: December 21, 2014, 09:24:04 AM
I invested in bitcoin for the technology it offers, and luckily never invested more than 4-5 BTC at 600. Took a big loss and made some back by day trading wehn the prices were swinging between 300 and 400.

811  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Rebound? on: December 21, 2014, 09:22:32 AM
Almost everything else except oil performed better than bitcoin this year  Smiley
That is a fact. Many people spent money foolishly buying and consuming uranium or radium in Patent tonics before realizing their true value. There was a lull where there was little demand for them. Most lay people are in a state of confusion over the relationship between valueless bitcoin and the invaluable blockchain. Educated investors recognize the opportunity.
But for the blockchain to be successful doesnt bitcoin have to succeed first?

814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government confiscation on: December 20, 2014, 06:20:25 PM
Not only is Bitcoin government confiscation, but also it is bank and money confiscation. It's about time the people got to confiscate government, banks and money... using Bitcoin.

Smiley

I wish there was something people could do against the government in that sense.
Currently people are helpless in these cases.
815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Rebound? on: December 20, 2014, 06:17:32 PM
People are getting scared and losing hope, that is a great time to buy more Bitcoins.
Its too hard to say this will be profitable. The fall from 600 to 300 made me think the same.
But seemed too much hope was lost.

817  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best dice site to invest in. on: December 20, 2014, 05:23:21 AM
bit★Stars is good to invest?

I don't think it takes investment, as I couldn't find anything related on its site or its main thread in gambling section.
Bitstars doesnt take investments.
Best  sites to invest would be just dice or bitdice.
818  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] $100 American Express Business Gift Card on: December 20, 2014, 05:22:37 AM
I have a $100 American Express Business Gift Card (just means I got it for Christmas from work). I would like to offer it for including trackable shipping anywhere in the US. This is perfect for a Christmas gift, anonymous online spending...or to use basically as cash. Balance can be confirmed online. I'll be sure to throw in some of my Casascius coins for whoever is interested, too. Please PM me!
Since you got it from work, wouldnt it be traceable incase someone uses it for something illegal?

What made you think they are a scammer? Do they have their posted "X% donated actually goes to helping people" clause anywhere on their site by the way?

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/blog/post/jason-king-responds-to-seans-outpost-transparency-questions

This is what I've seen thus far.

*shakes head*

A lot of what I've seen Jason say is directly in the JD troll box.

SAw that thread last month, from a link on reddit too. Never seen him comment on the same.
