This is probably the bottom price for TIME. The price in USD is technically up 34% from July 16. And also a lot of people has probably exited their TIME positions as well.

I invested heavily in this project at a much higher price, however I will double down for sure in the near future. I am new here and I'm part of the 800 team. I will post here and give an honest assessment of the beta during play, and will give feedback to the devs whenever necessary, just doing my part for the project. I think there's exciting days ahead....

I assume it's just bad timing with China banning ICOs and SEC warning investors about potential ICO scams. Generally, from most old-timers in crypto (they hate all ICOs after all). I think Rakugo should start small with a few angel investors and then go public ICO again. Maybe do what OmiseGO did.

Why no Facebook campaign? The dev team is missing out on a lot of potential investors in Facebook. There are so many groups discussing which ICO they are interested to buy. Facebook is after all very big and wide-reaching.
