From the way they are laughing, it doesn't look like it. Bitcoin was never funny. The only crypto that can create similar reactions would be Dogecoin, but the whole adoption would be unsuccessful, because people in general barely know how to use smartphones and on top of that i'm pretty sure that McDonalds wouldn't advise random people to buy extremely volatile digital currencies just for a fun moment. If you want to pay on the internet, you just use an extension like Lastpass and enable autofill forms for the credit card details and purchase in seconds.
