801  Economy / Speculation / Re: My BTC Prediction for 2016.. on: May 18, 2016, 06:45:17 PM
By 2020 btc holders will be filthy rich Grin Grin

2020 is just 4 years away. If the price double every year, it is just 16 times of present value, or $7000 each.

That is not possible at all, we may see maximum price of $700 by the end of this year and if user adoption goes higher in future then price will be around $2k in 2020.

I've read it before today, but it seems to me people are dreaming out aloud. An asset doubling every year, based on what? This is not going to happen, and it's not the goal of bitcoin.
Rather then to hope/dream, invest in your time in 'important' things.
802  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: May 18, 2016, 06:40:46 PM
Panic buying happen on any market where trading occurs. It's has been here for a long time and will be there forever. When you are trading an asset like bitcoin, everybody will think about how secure it is right? And since it has just come into the world, it can also just dissapear which why I do understand it.
803  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are floppy disks safe to store wallets? on: May 18, 2016, 06:37:43 PM
I would not recommend to depend on a floppy disk to save your life savings. They don't seem to be reliable and I am worried it would even be sufficient to store more information/addresses on it.
When it comes to safety why try to reinvent the wheel? Trezor is the best and probably the safest way to store small and large amounts of bitcoin.

Exactly, there is no way I would put my money at risk using an oldskool device like a floppy disk. Just hink about how fast they can be broken? Sure Sony is a good brand but we are talking about your money here. Why risk it?
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: May 18, 2016, 02:47:01 PM
The fact that people who are addicted to gambling still believe that they are going to win this huge amount of money that will change there lives. That is what keeps these guys for coming back and spending money again.
805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest Loss Ever. on: May 18, 2016, 02:42:37 PM
I do not gamble much and I have never gambled by using Bitcoins so my biggest loss is with real money. This one time I was going to the casino and I told my self to only put in $100 but to keep things short at the end I lost $250.
That is bad, you should not play more when you lose the money you was using. You should have stopped there and just walked away because now instead of 100 Dollars you lost 250 Dollars.
806  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of the 2016 - BTC Price Prediction on: May 18, 2016, 02:37:49 PM
It is hard to perdict the Bitcoin prices of the future because so much can happen. I think that the price is going to be between $500 and $600, we will without a doubt pass the 500 Dollar that is for sure.
807  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 per Bitcoin ??? on: May 18, 2016, 02:31:45 PM
If the day comes that the price will be $10,000 per Bitcoin I will sell them all at once because that is allot of money. But what I really want to know is when this is going to happen.
It is hard to predict this happening because we are just so far away from it.
808  Economy / Economics / Re: Price drop under 280$ today? hold or sell ? on: May 18, 2016, 02:26:11 PM
Hrm, i saw on tradingview.. that the price going to drop under 280$.. should i sell or hold ?

look also here:
http://cryptoboss.net/Bitcoin-Drop-Below-300-Today/
If the price will drop to $280 I would not sell at all that price is just way to low in my opinion. So I sugegst that if this happens again that you just hold on to your coins.
809  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: May 18, 2016, 02:20:47 PM
The Bitcoin price is really important and is deciding many peoples decisions in the Bitcoin community. If the prise is low people dicide to buy some coins and if the price is high people will most of the time sell some.
810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to motivate Trump to use Bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 02:14:15 PM
Motivating Donald Trump to go and use Bitcoin is not going to happen. That guy is already a Billionaire and does not really need anything else money related.
His only goal now it to become the president of the US.
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 02:08:24 PM
I also do not know why people are stopping with Bitcoin. Maybe did expected something else from Bitcoin or thought that making money with it would be allot faster then they expected.
812  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 02:06:58 PM
I use Paypal sometimes for online shopping as Paypal is accepted everywhere and bitcoin is still not acceptable in all sites, but I hope things will change in future for sure.

I also have the same issue, I use them both because of the fact that you can still not pay with the bitcoin on every website.
This is because I also have paypal and I honestly do not hate paypal because its okay.
813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: May 18, 2016, 10:15:21 AM
Ever go all in  Shocked  and have a positive result?

Never all in.
When I am playing poker or something for real money I never really go all in because I know that I can lose everything at once if I do that.
I am what you call a safe gambler I always take the safe route.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: losing 50 bitcoins gambling on: May 18, 2016, 10:10:49 AM
Losing 50 Bitcoins is not the best thing to lose because you could made much money with so much Bitcoins. This is why I do not like spending my Bitcion because I know that I can make money with it.
815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: May 18, 2016, 10:06:23 AM
It's not realistic to expect this. Unless some enormous demand is created the market price will float arount the current price. So no 800 is more a figure we can see next year (hopefullY)
No for the bitcoin price to hit $800 is pretty unlikely to happen so it is not going to happen. I see this happening within 2017 but not know it is just way to soon for that to happen.
816  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 1000$ in 2016 on: May 18, 2016, 10:02:01 AM
The Bitcoin price is now almost reaching $500 and I predict that it is going to happen with in a month or 2. But the price being $1000 this year is not going to happen. This is possible for 2017 or maybe even 2018 it depends on how the price is going to move.
817  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: May 18, 2016, 09:57:15 AM
It is possible but the chance is below zero%, so this is not going to happen. In every country you have a different currency so for Bitcoin to take over all those currencies is just impossible to do. Maybe they can take over one currency of one country.
818  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: May 18, 2016, 09:51:55 AM
1000btc,  thats the btc i wish to have someday. I dreamed of that btc when i entered into bitcoin business.

OMG! atleast 10 BTC, I believe at that time bitcoin prices already exceed $ 500 so that I could be a millionaire Cool
It is really hard to know what is going to happen with the value of Bitcoin in the future because it is a currency you also dont even know what will happen and that is the problem.
But you have also to know that it can reduce so you need also a lot of coins for backup.
Yeah predicting the value of the Bitcoin over 20 years is just impossible to do. You can only speculate about what can happen. I am sure that when we are finally there people will say I never guessed that the value would be this.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: May 18, 2016, 09:37:34 AM
The future of Bitcoin is looking pretty good I think, there is no guaranteed that the future if Bitcoin will be good because allot can happen that can change these things and will mess up things for the future.
820  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on Steam on: May 18, 2016, 08:18:55 AM
I just noticed that on Steam, I went to purchase something and as a payment option Bitcoin was there. I tried it and it is extremely easy and simple. How long has this been there?

It has been there not to long ago I believe that it has only been a month or so. But this will definitely benefit them both without a doubt.
With this both Bitcoin and Steam can become more and more popular.
