Well, one thing that I can say on decentralized exchanges out there, there is no huge volume of each coin and of course the liquidity.
We can't deny the fact now regarding the regulatory demand and most countries now was strictly implemented a regulation, so I think a decentralized exchange will hardly fully develop and not surviving of this kind of service which is in crypto market industries now most likely must undertaking regulatory and pass KYC verification.
This was taking so hard for the customers to deal with decentralized exchanges regulation, and I think it couldn't give positive outcome. Customers will become hesitant to have trading, yet crypto price growth for each and every asset could possibly go down. all the top coins in my opinion have very good potential compared to the alt below. So my advice is better to buy some of the top 5, because I'm sure when bitcoin continues to rise then the top 5 coins will definitely follow the direction of bitcoin.
I wouldn't long for any top coins to invest and hold this 2019, probably bitcoin and ethereum is always the right thing that would going to happen on my financial aspects this year. I don't know if there will; be another bull run higher than we currently witnessing now. If that will happen then it will be on December this year like the last time on 2017. and maybe this one is making the bitcoin beat its last record. let's just hope that no Exchanges are going to get hack because this kind of method is the only reason for the bull run to back off.
Most cases before happened that when exchange got hacked the price simply fell back, let's see if this new upcoming bull will not be interrupted anymore but will be continuously grow and bring more profits for those who able to entrust their investment inside this market, it's time that will dictate if this bull will run back again and bring more lift upwards. Hack issues were more devastating when those greed thieves sold their coins. Hopefully people still trust cypto despite of vulnerable attacks history on different weak security exchange sites. Anyone of us can make a random prediction which is comparing into a previous chart price or you are analysis. Maybe Tim Draper(ain't even know who is this) was correct at the first prediction or just a coincidence that the price he was predicted was right. The crypto market is unpredictable even there are a lot of very well-known people who were claiming an expert in prediction but they are wrong at laugh at the end.
Don't trust anyone who claims a good in prediction, much better if you research your own than relying upon other ideas which is lead you from mistakes.

They must return all the coins of the users, there must be a clear liquidation even if there’s no regulations because for sure Cryptopia is just closing their exchange and make a new one since they know the opportunuties in the market. I doubt that they will totally leave the market easily, we should watch out for this. If there is not enough funds to go around they will be unable to return all the funds to all investors. Unfortunately some investors will never get back all of their funds. I am still waiting for official news about why Cryptopia failed and what the owners tried to do to save it. This is very disappointing news on cryptopia, no one ever expected this to happen since this exchange site gained reputations for their good track record on trading crypto. However, the incident took hard time to be resolved yet their investors find it frustrating seeking hope to recover their funds specially those promising tokens and coins they hold for so long. I'm so bullish right now because of the recent great news that keeps coming. I'm expecting $25k by the end of the year but I'm feeling that before halveing, we will slow down.
