801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: August 27, 2017, 07:05:38 AM
Yes of course can give you a lot of lessons in life, in terms of financial losses that can teach  you how to value money in a matter of time. Because thar time you are engaged in gambling is you are not thinking to earn money for your family and the only thing you aim is to win and not lossing. If we generally analyze the whole idea here, you didn't expect to loss and yet you really loss because gambling always make's you loss rathen than winning. Having a bigger lossea that cannot be recovered by playing again will certainly give you a nice lessons that will also give you the principle of not joining gambling bets anymore; life will be change as well.
Financial losses was already given for the gamblers. Perhaps, most gamblers knew that things anyway. But even is like that, still continuing gamble even they are already big loss in the games which I think they never take it as a lesson, maybe because of the addiction it has.

803  Other / Off-topic / Re: punishment for rapists on: August 27, 2017, 05:33:27 AM
In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???
If someone rape a person, He should be punish into death sentence. It maybe a cruel law but for sure it will be effective. Many will get fear about it. No one will attempt to do that as well too, that's my suggestion only. Smiley

What do you think he'll say about crypto currencies?  Grin Grin
I remembered that there is a verse in the book of revelations/Apocalypse saying in the last day coming of Christ were Physical money will no  longer be useful, I don't know what does that means, it never mention crypto currency anyway.
805  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is God male or female? on: August 27, 2017, 04:37:38 AM
Which sex is God?

Does He have a penis or a vagina?

If He has either...and there is only one God...why would he need reproductive organs?

No one can answer the right thing to your question. And according to the Bible in Matthew I just don't know the exact chapter and verse it is in between chapter 2 or 5 something like that, it says "Blessed are those who are in pure Heart for they will see God in personally. Wink

807  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 26, 2017, 01:04:33 PM
bitcoin's price is volatile, in simple words its market price always changes(as price is made by the demand and supply of the market) and because Bitcoin is being made at a constant mining effort and also with constantly increasing difficulty the Bitcoin price will increase so that miners can get enough paid for their invested power and time.and this makes Bitcoin the perfect target for long term investment because it will always gonna increase its rice until the last block is mined.
Indeed, there are many community here where they've been doing this things several times in the other coins. And most of them was miners who hold their coins for good. Due to the volatility of bitcoins sometimes was a big help most often for the holders and miners because they hold it in a long terms.

Bitcoin was a good currency /money to me, because all my weekly expenses is being sustained by Bitcoin, not only that all my monthly bills also bitcoin paid all of it and the most important was bitcoin is giving  me a savings for the future, particularly I believed it will become  10, 000$ or more by next year 2018 by march. So, bitcoin is obviously a good money, In fact in the other country it is legal in Japan, China, Russia and upcoming country that they will make it legalize are India and Korea.
810  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 22, 2017, 03:41:52 PM
Hello All,

What you think is the best investment to gain steady income in btc without actively doing anything?
So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

Thanks,
BR Oinas

Your question is such annoying, I'm sorry to say this.  Because your asking about the best investment and yet no  trading, gambling, and loaning. What kind of steady income you are looking for here if your not gonna a trading, unless your talking about in cloud mining investment steady income but it will took a long time before your ROI and worst most of the cloud mining was scam site.
811  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippine Central Bank approves licenses for 2 cryptocurrency exchanges? on: August 22, 2017, 02:43:06 PM
I have read from ETH News that the Central Bank approves licenses for two cryptocurrency exchanges. Do you think it is true? They said the implementing rules are still to come out. Is it really true?

How will it affect the Philippine banking system?

ETH News link, https://www.ethnews.com/philippines-central-bank-approves-licenses-for-two-cryptocurrency-exchanges

Earlier the Philippine central bank had released new regulatory guidelines for bitcoin exchanges and now their central bank has given official licenses to two bitcoin exchanges.

Quote
On August 19, 2017, the Philippine Star reported that Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has granted two cryptocurrency companies licenses to operate bitcoin exchanges. At the FinTech Thought Leadership Roundtable Series presented by FINTQ, Nestor Espenilla Jr., governor of BSP, spoke about the dramatic growth of the digital currency industry and emphasized the importance of oversight.

These are locally based exchanges having international roots.

Local media had confirmed it, http://www.philstar.com/business/2017/08/19/1730418/bsp-approves-registration-2-bitcoin-exchange-operators

This is good for bitcoin adoption.

This is a great news to all Filipino's bitcoin enthusiast, this is shows that the popularity of bitcoin now is little by little spreading out nationwide in the Philipines, I hope and I wish this will continuously in progress.

814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I Sell or HOLD on: August 21, 2017, 04:22:42 PM
Hi.

Currently, I have DASH, BitcoinCash and TRUST in my portfolio all of which are falling drastically. Should I sell or hold? Please advice.

Thanks
MKM

For me and as I observe of the coins you holding it now, those are the coins that are shit. Sorry for the words, especially bitcoin cash. Don't be excited about the quick increase of the bitcoin cash it is more on really hyping  the people in this industry. You will only end into wreck, so much better for you to sell it as long as your loss is small than late to regret it but much bigger your loss.

Study first the trading about the basic, Of course you need to sign up first on different exchange site platform like Poloniex, Bittrex, C-cex and yobit.net too. Any of this platform if you sign up you can start buying coins inside the platform then you can start the actual trade. By the way here is the link which can help you about reading the chart in the platform

816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the ticket to heaven ... on: August 21, 2017, 02:58:37 PM
Being rich won't make you happy, but on the other hand it won't make you sad either Grin

I think you have a point in that things, due to there are other rich people really not happy for there situation. They may have a lot of money, but they couldn't move freely to their own time.  And in regardless about bitcoin is the ticket to heaven, I don't know what do you mean by this are you talking about buying any luxury things?
817  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Still Go Up? on: August 20, 2017, 03:20:02 PM
No one can successfully predict the market right now, anything could happen. Bitcoin can survive and grow exponentially, Bitcoin Cash can surpass it and then grow much higher... They can both coexist with similar prices, or one much higher... There are so many different possible scenarios that i'd recommend either holding both as some kind of hedge against any outcome, or holding neither and wait out the storm (keep your investment in alts/eth/etc)
This question has been asked for many times here in the forum. But I do believed bitcoin is going up continually, we just don't know when will it happen. That would depend only I think for the demand of the community or whale investors, especially many of the bitcoin enthusiast are holding bitcoin in a long term.
818  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 20, 2017, 02:17:05 PM
The only thing that i can suggest to you guys is to have a own blog and study seo for organic traffic before you monitize your site it will grow your blog every month depends of your hard until you succeed to reach 1k visitors to your site and you can montize your site. start in blogspot for free before you transfer into wordpress blog.. thats why many people are staying and working for few hours and earn massive.

That is right. But I would suggest to not expect high with blogging these days. SEO is quite tricky now due to regular google updates. Not to mention, that there are bunch of competitions in the market now. What I suggest is to find for a very specific niche in bitcoin and capitalize from there. That way, you can have a chance to dominate the search ranking in that very particular small niche that is not yet saturated.
You need to be knowledgeable to be able to do that and you can make it through a lot of research and continues study on your field. Me, on the other hand is not focus on that because that is not my field, the only way I can make a stable income is just thru investing is investment opportunities here in the community.

But investment won't give you steady income and to make profits from it you also need to wait for a long time, and may be sometimes if your investment doesn't work then it can be a  loss for you.

I guess the best way to give you steady income is going to be a virtual assistant or be a freelancer that is going to give you a chance to earn decent because you are employed and hired by a company no matter what is its size, big or small. As long as you hired by them and you have contract agreement then that is going to give you steady income.
good point and while you Are earning coming from those company you can also do some sideline maybe invest with alt trading while you are working a chance to make more btc while earning online.

In my experience, I focus myself here in bitcoin industry how to earn here. Which means I found my career was really here in online.
trading was really a good thing to make profit then joining in the signature campaign is the second option for us to earn in this industry. For a couple of months being here I found out and realize that I already have a steady income a week through trading then an income every month through altcoin campaign. Up to now I got my profit on these two methods.

Are you in a hurry? First you must know what bitcoin is? Then learn its usages and its features too. Because, getting into Bitcoin trading is not that easy like you think. There are other community who has been here for a months and some are years already but still not in deep in doing trade because they're just copying what others did even its wrong. But here is the were at least you have basic starting point in doing trade https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1024457.msg11085774#msg11085774

820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: August 19, 2017, 02:19:56 PM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
Basically, there's no other way to find out the precise amount of risk. That would depend in the individuals I think. Aside from that, You  don't need to tell us here of how much bitcoin that you are going to buy, it sounds like that you are only boasting. I think it is enough to say that you are going to buy a huge of bitcoin. Then, since bitcoin was volatile it is normal in trading whether the value increase or decrease just whatever happen it is both opportunity to be called for us.
