8001  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you actually think major coins will be live in 2025? on: August 01, 2018, 08:56:58 PM

We don't have crystal ball to predict what will happened in crypto in 2025 so basically no one knows. The span to 2025 is just a short one and there are lots of reasons to believed that bitcoin will still the dominating crypto at that time. Much realistic than to think that crypto will now be dead at that time.

What are the other coins? Well who knows. Even there are coins that will be out of the league in the upcoming years, expect that there are new coins that will be create to joined the crypto world.

...many other shitcoin will die. what you think?

That's why it called shitcoin.

I think 100 top ranking coin according to market cap will still exist in the market in that years, and the demand will increasing because my prediction in every years the market cap of crypto will be increase and growing, in that times the market cap of crypto can be around $10 or $50 trillion

Still not an assurance that all on the current top 100 will stay as it is. Remember that rank is just a rank and it changed frequently.

8002  Economy / Speculation / Re: Current BTC price below 8K on: August 01, 2018, 08:25:50 PM
Why bitcoin price keeps going down these days? Is it just the ETF rejection of Vinklevoss twins?

Keeps going down?

We just came from the rise after being strucked at $6,000+ for a matter of time. Good thing the price experienced like this so that others will not be deceived by their hopes that the rise that started recently is now the start of bull run going to the moon.

That ETF result thing isn't the main and primary reason why bitcoin price stopped it's momentum. Generally a normal market move on which some trend are being spoiled by a speculation.
8003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better in poker: bluffing or playing only with good cards? on: August 01, 2018, 08:02:31 PM
I've been watching some poker tournaments with Antonius, Negreanu and Cates lately. Most of the time the person with better combination actually wins, but there occur some great bluffs from time to time as well. Do you think it is better to fold if you don't have at least one high card in a pair or two cards of the same suit? Is it worth to try out overbetting tricks when you really have shitty cards? When I tried playing poker, overbetting usually made me fold, because it is a hard psychological attack for me and I am not the kind of a person that is willing to risk a lot. But I am bad at poker. What is your opinion on this matter?

Bad cards = Bluff then the next round will be the other way around.

Remember that continous behaviour might be an easy read by your opponents so try to manipulate it by changing chores of movement.

Based on your statement, are you fairly new to the game? The answer on your question can be seen by actual testing it and see if it's effective in any of the rounds. Anyways there are lots of strategies you will learned all the way if you will continue to play. Build experience and soon you can deal with your problem
8004  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Needs Some suggestion to find the best exchange....!!!! on: August 01, 2018, 07:35:29 PM
I am looking for a best exchanger where transaction fee is too low and listed a lot of coin in any other exchange.
I hope everyone can help me.
Thanks

To sort this things out, may we know what is your preferred coin to be traded? There are several exchanges around (almost majority) that have great numbers of listed coins. Mentioning those exchanges will just gave you more options so we are sorting things out so that it may be closed to your preference.

You can go on with the big and reputable exchanges (e.g Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex) as no doubt volumes here are great but maybe your preferred coins are not listed there that's why Im asking if you already have some preferred coins to be traded.

8005  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Epay.com Safe ? on: August 01, 2018, 07:14:30 PM
Hi Guys,

i just want to cash out my USDT and i found epay.com they use wire transfer to withdrawal funds , so it is safe to use and they really send the money out ?

Safe might not be the appropriate term in any third party exchanges even how big and reputable it is. Epay is currently active on operation right now.

We have lots of Epay users in our crypto group but not with USDT withdrawals so I don't know how's the status of USDT withdrawals there. You might want to risks some or do other conversions on other big exchanges if you are worried.
8006  Economy / Speculation / Re: With or without approval of btc/ETFs ,we are positive of bull run. on: August 01, 2018, 06:52:50 PM
The price of bitcoin is showing great resilience even after the recent decline of ETFs by the SEC decision. We must not be moved at all by these few odds. The market will surely pick up greatly again.Staying postitve is the key.In history, there have never been any commodity that it's price never declined. So it is also normal for price of btc to fall and rise. This is a normal market situation and every seasoned trader understands this principle.

Honestly I don't mind that rejection since there are lots already in the past and some upcoming. Although no doubt that we may look at the approval will result in a much more big push, still there are lots of reasons to believed that much anticipated bull run will come "soon".

People don't just need to be rush. Trust the process and let bitcoin grow on it's own as usual since it's inception.

I understand that others want to feel again the thrill and excitement they felt last year but just sit back and relax. If ever that won't happened this year, chances of happening it again is always be there.
8007  Other / Meta / Re: All bounty hunters are from Philippines?? (PROOF) on: August 01, 2018, 06:25:21 PM
What Im seeing here are:

a) because of that GCOX exposure during the fight of MP and Matthysse (it was also seen in the ring post), usual bounty hunters from the Philippines make a hype about it to their social media friends resulting for those inexperienced people in crypto to try what doing bounties are. I have seen a Facebook post about it with some good speculations and most of the people's comments are asking questions on how to do bounty as they will try to joined the GCOX campaign. And the rest is history....

b) maybe multi accounts but not all. just my one cent.
8008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: August 01, 2018, 05:58:03 PM

WARRIORS:
They definitely destroyed the NBA by having boogie. LOL! This is the greatest team in the history. 5 fking superstars will start? WOW, that's so bad. How about if let's say Atlanta Hawks will face all 5 superstars that are healthy in warriors? And Schroeder and Kent is injured? That's 50+ point lead lol. NBA is now destroyed thank you Kevin and Demarcus! Cheesy. Oh, take note, they are not building dynasty. It's a destroyer of the league itself Smiley. PUT WARRIORS OUT. I'm an ex-fan of warriors.
Hahaha. Come to think of it, 5 all star players will be playing on one team and its from the Warriors. Maybe some young teams will be destroyed if they played against them.

For me, their management is just a good strategist especially in acquiring Boogie. They gambled some of their money by getting him in a low price since he is injury. If Boogie will be good in the next season, maybe they will extend his contract.

DeMarcus Cousins is no doubt a superstar. Too early to say that NBA was destroyed by Golden State Warriors. Remember that his injury is not a joke. We can just say that he is really a big help for the Warriors once we see how will he performed once he come back. I don't considered it as a gamble for the Warriors, it's an advantage on the other hand that a superstar signed for $5m even it's because of injury. $5m for 1 year is just a piece of cake for their market.

And yes, if Boogie will show good performance this upcoming season, maybe a good salary contract is waiting for him that will offered by the Warriors. But if ever, let's say that will came true, Boogie will returned again to his desire of max contract to any team and I doubt Warriors will give it to him unless he will accept what Warriors will offer and forget about max contract.
8009  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hardest to explain about crypto and bitcoin? on: August 01, 2018, 05:33:24 PM
What is it about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general that you think is the hardest to explain to those who are new to the crypto world, as well as crypto haters? I remember before I signed up to bitcointalk and am already reading about the entire concept of cryptocurrency and it is too much to digest. I think no beginner will get it after just one reading so I ask, what do you find the hardest to explain about crypto and bitcoin?

Just simply answer the basic question to newcomers, no need to explain the whole thing.

If those beginners really want to learned crypto and they are really eager to do so then they will spend time learning all things about crypto.

Generally different people have different level of understanding things so I don't see what is the hardest thing to explain about crypto by majority.

Last post was July 26 and then bumped today Undecided

Fine in my own view if it's still about the topic but this thread is now getting lots of off-topic discussions. Just look at the recent replies here. The fight was over for half a month now.

OP you must closed this thread now or for other users please don't bumped this anymore.

8011  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: August 01, 2018, 03:51:23 PM
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment?

As usual at first phase of everyone's journey in crypto, majority will say crypto helps financially and no doubt about that. Lots of people already living proof to that and considered crypto as their main and primary source of their income.

Did we earn more? You know the answer for this. Smiley

I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?

What your friend must do is to study and learned all the associated risks once decided to put money on crypto. Since crypto is volatile, there will be a time that the value may loss on process once your friend decided to dumped coins out of panic.

Don't ever rely on crypto earnings to be the one that must used in paying regular bills (unless it's regular and fixed income).
8012  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you addicted to trading? This is for you on: July 27, 2018, 11:17:25 PM
If you are addicted to trading cryptocurrencies you may need to go to a rehab center. Don't look further there is a hospital in the UK that created treatments for "crypto addicts" led by a former gambling and cocaine addict. They have drug & alcohol addiction programmes, but expand "their business" to cryptocurrency. Who know, in 10 years the pharmaceutical industry will create a crypto medicine.
Anyway, this is your change guys

Quote
Experts say the trading of digital currencies or assets such as Bitcoin can become a behavioural addiction, similar to online gambling with some users obsessively following minute-by-minute fluctuations in prices.
Bitcoin and cryptocurrency addicts offered treatment in the UK for the first time
https://www.standard.co.uk/news/health/bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-addicts-are-offered-treatment-in-uk-for-first-time-a3849456.html

But trading addiction is more tolerable than gambling and other stuffs. It's worth to put a shot with the same risk.

And on a side note, still way better to become a trading addict rather than a gambling and drug enthusiast although overall, risk of losing money is at stake.

Anyways on a fun part, if ever I will be put on that, Im afraid my trading skills will be gone due to undergoing rehabilitation lol.
8013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: July 27, 2018, 10:12:27 PM
One of my all-time favorite player Vince Carter will play one more season. He signed with the Atlanta Hawks for a 1-year deal. Damn that his 21st season now and he's turning 42 next year. Looks like he's getting more money  (although not that muc) before retirement even he have a chance to be signed on one of a championship caliber team in the league.  Cool

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/24194157/atlanta-hawks-add-vince-carter-21st-season
Good luck with his last season, his old days were the best but due to going old thing he can't do better than before.
I admire Vince Carter when I was still a kid and now that I've grown up I still know his name and his contribution to the league.
He'll never get old and he's too underrated on these days but good thing he got 1-year deal with Hawks.
This last year contract would be a bonus after playing for 21years inside this league, though he can't move the same way but the knowledge that he've got from playing those years can add up inside his new team, he can share his experience  for those new players to be more inspired playing this game, good luck Vince.

Actually in Sacramento Kings, he was seen giving advice and coaching youngsters while on the bench. He also have limited playing time to give way for youngsters. And to Atlanta Hawks, I think same scenario will happened.

Sitting in the bench with pay, who else doesn't want that? Smiley

Dirk Nowitzki and Vince Carter, two of my favorites in the league. I even think that they will be retired now this season but they will continue. Don't know the purpose of Vince but I believed Dirk will try to break the record of Wilt Chamberlain in All-Time Points leaders before hanging his jersey. Chamberlain is currently sitting at top 5 with 31,419 pts. and Dirk has 31,187 pts at top 6. But surely LeBron James will passes this 2 so Dirk will remained at top 6.

Do you have any suggestion for new poll question? I guess it's too early to talk about next champion. Let me know your ideas so I'll change the poll.

Thanks for responding. Hope that the other thread created by a passerby will not be recognized unless a MOD will say so.

Back to topic, the previous poll is just fine.
8014  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe use of WEB Wallet on: July 27, 2018, 10:51:24 AM
The other day, MEW 's wallet was taken over.

Apparently, I seem to have written a private key at the phishing site.

How to use WEB wallet to not fail like me.
Please tell me what you are doing, such as when you use or save PW.

I think you pretty save your Private Key on a safe note.

However, you admit that it seems you are a victim of a phishing site. No matter how secure our private key or password is, if you input it on a phishing site then there is a chance that it will be compromised.

Next time be aware on what site you are inputting your important credentials.
8015  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too many new Exchanges on: July 27, 2018, 10:07:28 AM
Recently i was working on a project related to Altcoin listing on different exchanges. Strange i found out too many new exchanges and people are trading well over there. Don't you guys think there should be limited number of exchanges and regulated ones? (Many new exchanges are nicer too and competitive but there is always a trust issue there specially for new investors). Your thoughts.

Strong competition will lead for other exchanges, new or old, to bring more satisfaction to it's clients. It's way better than we are only dealing with few exchanges around as long as they are legit* and people knows the risks of doing trades at any exchanges.

Being trustworthy is one of the most concern thing for a trader. If there are lots of exchanges around, building trust will be one of the priority for every exchange to compete with their competitors therefore expect good and positive service from them, at least.

Generally, it's up for a trader on how to deal with that concern. Even there are lots of exchanges around, if the traders knows the risks they can able to handled it along the way.
8016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE GET ALL HATERS OF BITCOIN OUT OF HERE? on: July 27, 2018, 09:06:42 AM
This forum was created for people to learn more about bitcoin and not to hate it or spread false information about it. Guys, is it enough that these days we sit here Angry and here all sorts of FUD being spread about bitcoin saying all sorts of things which are not true???
Let's not forget that it is as a result of these these FUDs that brings all sorts of panic sells which brings the value of bitcoin down and what bores me is that at the end the come back here and say, "Finally bitcoin is dead" forgetting the very fact that they were the very ones that caused it. But they can't because bitcoin is still strong.

Do you really think that spreading FUD in the forum about bitcoin is really an effective way to give fear to average joes and can really bring an impact to all of us here? Do you really think that the main reason of price decrease is because of spread FUD's here?

There are lots of important things you can do so better not to mind that problem. I suggest to just focus on other aspects of your life.

Changed your mindset and soon you will be enlightened on that concern.
8017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 27, 2018, 07:09:36 AM

I think I forgot to consider that the Cavs are in the Eastern Conference so my bad.  Cheesy Cheesy This is just my opinion but seventh or eight seed is possible for them since Eastern Conference players are not that good compare to Western Conference. Yeah I think they can compete with other eastern teams and I believe that Coach Ty will adjust his coaching style now that Lebron is gone into his team. If they want to clinch into the playoffs, they must step up on every game.

And I believed Tyronn Lue will now be a Tyronn Lue meaning no pressure at him to do plays and rotation because he will not overthink now of what things he should do unlike when LeBron James is on team where he needs to put LeBron on more playing time.

One of my all-time favorite player Vince Carter will play one more season. He signed with the Atlanta Hawks for a 1-year deal. Damn that his 21st season now and he's turning 42 next year. 8018  Economy / Speculation / Re: Craze! Bitcoin Price Jump Up To $350 In 24 Hours on: July 27, 2018, 05:51:30 AM
The value of a piece of Bitcoin is startling again. Yesterday, Monday (7/23/2018) Bitcoin value is still valued US $ 7,700. Today, the value of Bitcoin jumps back up to US $ 8,000.

Peeping Coinbase data, Tuesday (7/24/2018), Bitcoin value is at US $ 8,021 or up about US $ 300. This is the highest price of Bitcoin in the last two months. Bitcoin price decrease trend occurs on May 24, 2018. On June 24, 2018, Bitcoin touch the lowest price of US $ 5,789 / BTC.

Do you think this increase is caused by BlackRock ?, because the global investment company is studying to use cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology.

$350 increase in 24 hours is not a surprising move even coming from a long time bearish trend. If there's a sudden price surge that will happened again, you can even see $500 increase in just few hours or even more surprising to that like the action happened last year.

Anyways, for what is the cause, there are some numbers of events where anyone can considered it why the price rose. What those events? Kindly search for it on your favorite search engine for more info as discussing it here might required long statements.
8019  Economy / Speculation / Re: Great run with Bitcoin! on: July 27, 2018, 12:17:29 AM
In the past months we are experiencing a bear trend but the sign of reversal comes out and now we are seeing a great run with bitcoin. I'm wondering if people are still doubting about bitcoin after this trend. The volume of buying is very strong, I expect $10k in a short run. Some of my advice to those who are new in this market just like me:

Red Market is opportunity to buy - I enter in cryptomarket last month during a bloody market, through my experience in trading I know its a good to buy when people are panicking. I trust the red market with bitcoin and now profit is coming to me.

Improve your skills - Analytical ways of thinking is very important in the market, learn more about trading and how to use some of the indicators this can help you to read the market.

Its great also to have some mentor in real life where you can actually ask for some advice. Have a profitable trade everyone! Smiley

Does people really have doubt during these bear market? I don't believed. Only those who are not used to price decrease are the one who put on doubt especially the 2017 peeps because they didn't fully understand the risks upon entering crypto market.

Eventhough no such thing as changes in price movement today, still there are lots of reasons to believed that a price rise, not just a simple price rise will soon happened.

When? Obviously no one knows
8020  Economy / Economics / Re: Any help about how the world is run economically? on: July 26, 2018, 11:48:19 PM
Most human economic activities are influenced by the need for money. But why can anyone not become rich?. What are the reasons why others work hard yet they are still poor? Why can't we print enough money for everyone? Questions like this do appear but there are reasons the answers are opposite.

Why anyone not become rich? We have a thing called "living". It does have a standards.

What are the reasons why others work hard yet they are still poor? How much does people earned thru their work? It's obvious that it's not enough to reached the status of being rich at some point. The question is not making sense.

Why can't we print enough money for everyone? Inflation. Just imagined how worst the economy will be if printing money is just a piece of cake.
