8001  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best bitcoin wallet? on: October 31, 2015, 12:47:57 PM
I like the coinbase.
Check it out if you also like that bitcoin wallet.
The major problem with coinbase is that you don't know your private keys so beware and do not store big amount on it.
8002  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: October 30, 2015, 08:26:43 PM
Not before ~2025, bitcoin still needs more adoption, more users then maybe it will replace many fiat including usd.
8003  Other / Meta / Re: What is a bitcoin potential account? on: October 30, 2015, 04:58:23 PM
When you start as a brand new member, you are automatically given 14 activity. After that, you will be given 14 activity for every ~2week active period. That means you have to post once every period to gain that activity. For all the potential activity to show as your activity, the amount of post must be more than or equal to the maximum activity. You can farm account by posting once per period but you would most likely be banned if you aren't contributing much.
Don't forget that if you post once per period and your post got deleted you will loose your 14 activities so better to post every day or at least making few posts per period.

8004  Other / Meta / Re: New Way to cut down Sig Spam on: October 30, 2015, 06:33:01 AM
Simply spammers will continue their spams whether in off-topic or elsewhere.
For example, in the other compagns that don't pay posts in the off topic section, politics... spammers will bombard game & rounds.
In this case another member will suggest to not count the post in this sub.
It is like a circle, i will not say i don't support your idea but the problem is that you may reduce their earnings but will not reduce their spam..

Better to report them to mods...
8005  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: October 29, 2015, 03:46:59 PM
No OP sorry but you are wrong.
Faucets are attracting many new users in the btc world.
When you solve a captcha you win ''free'' money but the faucet owner wins also money from the traffic.
Nowadays there is plenty faucets and you need to select and make a list containing the best and this takes too much time.

Faucets will not vanish unless there is no more adsense and its similar that pays with bitcoin.
8006  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $350 during november? on: October 29, 2015, 03:35:52 PM
Forget $350 ...  In November we will see a price in the $600-$1500 range, then accelerating up even more in December.  We will roll into a buying panic.  This looks just like what happened back in Oct/Nov 2013.
It is really hard to jump to 600$ only on November, maybe the next year but not before..

8008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash presence on the Bitcointalk forum on: October 28, 2015, 06:00:50 PM
Voted yes, I think every altcoins should have as many topics as possible in all forums in order to get more users, including btctalk.

I saw users complaining about few btctalkers spamming dash's topic, well the solution in that case is a self moderated thread. (don't know if the poll is related to this situation or not)

8010  Other / Meta / Re: Alt accounts on: October 28, 2015, 04:10:47 PM
How would it protect a potential scam?
Users tend to trust for example legendary, so if this account has a new user this will lead to think twice before investing with him.
I can see that my suggestion will not happen or will remain limited...
Just trying to help...
8011  Other / Meta / Re: Alt accounts on: October 28, 2015, 03:51:15 PM
Wouldn't it better if everyone declare his alternative account and when he sells it, everyone will know the new buyer.
No. The reason why people have alt accounts is to allow them to make statements that are not associated with their main account(s). Having "secret" alt accounts allows people to further engage in free speech.
I can understand this but i specifically talk about the alternative account that a user plan to sell it (which their post will have a neutral content.. normally)

@sherona: ofc not all the declaration are honest but this could prevent a potential scam especially with the high ranked accounts.
Can you develop please ''that's not true'' /i am talking about the posts i saw and for sure i missed many.
8012  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: October 28, 2015, 03:43:57 PM
Ok if this a shit posting i will correct it,, more words to approved like a long story

Adding more shit to a shit sandwich doesn't make it any more meaty. It's not just the length of your posts but the content. Many users on this campaign just string their replies out to a half assed sentence but it doesn't make it any less spam and they'll still be banned for it. You need to concentrate on putting some actual thought and meat into your posts rather than just churning out rubbish as fast as you can.

Why don't btctalk implement a warning system for those spammers? (whether they are in signature compaign or not)
I know you mods/admins are banning those who spam alot. But the other remains safe so what I mean is if someone report a guy with silly-spammy post he need to receive a first warning, if he continue posting low quality posts he will receive a second warning or a tempban, if he still making shitposts a definitive ban should be applied..

If someone gets banned for the first time by 7 or 14 days that means its the first warning and 60days for the 2nd warning and permanent banned for the 3rd time so i guess its not neccesarily needed to add what you like
In that case I mean before getting banned for 7-14 days, like the guy above and many users reported in meta or via the report button and they didn't get banned because of low post quality - simply a warning message could correct their behaviour
8013  Other / Meta / Alt accounts on: October 28, 2015, 03:38:08 PM
Hi,
I have a question about the alternative accounts.
So when someone try to sell his account he will definitely receive a negative/neutral trust because this account has a new user so he may use this new account to scam people.

Wouldn't it better if everyone declare his alternative account and when he sells it, everyone will know the new buyer.
For example: user1 a known hero member declared that he plan to buy his alt user11 which is a senior member to user2 which is a full member.
In this case if user2 scam people with his user11 he will get both his account banned.
I think that everyone could be safe like that (let's exclude selling to newbies +/- junior), the buyer can show his alt without worrying from receiving a neg trust, the seller will be protected and we know that he actually owns that account, and of course the rest of users will remain safe too from being scammed.

Dunno if this was discussed before, in that case please show me the url so I can get further informations about this whole story.

8015  Other / Meta / Re: Activity vs Posts? on: October 27, 2015, 10:37:08 PM
I confirm what sherona said, no need to post 14 posts to get 14 activities/period once you have a number of posts above your potential activity.

I was 70 then went to 84 with 1 post after ~1 hour
8016  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happiness or truth ? on: October 27, 2015, 07:06:50 PM
They said you can't have both, so what would you choose??
Well you could tell lies and be happy for a short time but finally they will discover your lies...

So Truth first

This is awesome .. You dont loose your money.. Either you get profit instantly or you get it daily till 30 days .. I will try this out.. thank you
Yes bro you will not loose your money.
Try your luck you can instantly win 150% if you are lucky enough else when you loose you will get your money invested and you can recover it + 50% bonus so a total of 150% after just a few years ~7 for the moment.

I bid you good luck!

Due to the overwhelming evidence of excess money printing

The Crypto Currency Central Bank under the Crypto Currency

Constitution and to protect the integrity of Crypto users has

declared Singapore a Terrorist state, avoid travel there

at all costs.
Excess money printing....Crypto Currency Central Bank??? .... Terrorist state Huh

First for real is there a Crypto Currency Central Bank? Never heard about it and I made a quick Google search and didn't found it.
Second terrorist ''state'' for excess money printing? That's funny...
I would say 100% troll post if the OP was a newbie but from a legendary... Waiting for more information
8019  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: New to the forum and gonna learn about mining!! on: October 25, 2015, 11:50:14 PM
Mining bitcoin alone in your home isn't profitable unless you have free electricity and a good miner.
Cloud mining can't recommend it - use it @ your own risk.

Take a look on the forums you may find helpful posts
8020  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: October 25, 2015, 04:06:38 PM
This is my first ever signature campaign that I'm taking part in. I hope Yobit all the best in the future!  Smiley
I have already joined in this campaign since I was member and I must say that this campaign despite its payout lower than others but you can withdraw whenever you want and it updates quickly so it's quite convenient I think

Convenient = fitting in well with a person's needs, activities, and plans.

Daily rates are better but this requires hard work. 140 post per week for just a small amount for your current rank and take note you must do 20 post a day. If you missed one post then your small weekly payout will be lessen. Not worth the time. I was a member of this campaign too in the past but it's hard for me to do 20 post a day , 140 post a week then the payout I will receive is totally an insane.

Well everyone has it's own point of view. As long as you satisfied then it's fine. Smiley

Yes the rates could be a little higher but on the other hand I didn't find much better campaigns going on right now. There where a couple of high paying campaigns but all available spots where already taken.
can someone link to the thread where all signature campaigns are listed. who is/are the member(s) that keep that up to date?
I think you mean mitchett topic, here you go :
