8001  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Bitcoin be converted to Cash? on: December 01, 2017, 07:32:31 AM
Someone answered localbitcoin above me and I think that is the one mostly used because of lack of exchanges per country.
You could use your bank account and they will deposit the money there in exchange for your bitcoin.
That is all that I knew now when it comes to making it cash.
You could put your country next time so we could look for more options which could be easier if ever there is.
8002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Generous Forks! on: November 30, 2017, 10:23:37 PM
You did not miss anything. That is all the fork that happened and it is an airdrop also.
Segwit2x have been cancelled so you shouldve got three.
Sadly, you should know more about those coins before doing anything that you will regret.
Just warning you though.
You have also profited from bitcoin so let it stay that way.
8003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why do we still have no good bitcoin poker on: November 30, 2017, 06:31:13 PM
so I have asked myself this question a thousand time , some bitcoin gambling sites are having great success but yet we fail to see a single good poker room after seals with clubs stopped ( wasn't that good but comparing it with these times it was great )

we see thousands of bitcoins being gambled daily on sites like primedice , betkings , nitrogen ...etc but yet we don't have a single succeful poker site ( nitrogen room isn't good especially with that software they are using )

why the sites admins here aren't going for that ?? bitcoin poker can destroy all the big sites

I see a lot of poker pros like Dougpolk , Kevin Martin , Mike McDonald ...etc are investing in bitcoin and other crypto  so even big players will tend to play more bitcoin poker if there are some active sites

I hope to hear from the admins of the big sites as well , like stunna and dooglus
is it hard to launch a poker site ??

That's because online poker is dead.  Even Pokerstars', the biggest online poker site, traffic has been going down over the years.  That's because the players have realized that it's easy to play tight ABC poker, and fish are very few now.  So as games become tighter, not much money changed hands.  Then more and more players lose interest.

Tbh, poker can be quite boring if you have been playing long enough.

No I dont agree. It is not dead. We are dead.
Converting every bitcoin to dollar is why we are regretting every satoshi that we gamble. It became just an asset and dont want to spend it anymore or gamble it.
That is the problem here.
This gambling sites that we support could also go that way if all the bitcoin users will think like this.
We got to push it more to usage.
It is not dead. Just dont know how the stakes will be given considering the price fluctuations are too much.
8004  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price due to retail investors? on: November 30, 2017, 11:11:44 AM
Yes. That is one more good reason that is why it rose like this.
If there are group of investors, small or large ones can make an impact.
The trend can really pull people even those with savings from their banks will trade it for bitcoin.
It is like a magnet now, they are hearing so much about a lot of profit and it came to this.
Now, i believe this could happen again anytime.
8005  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin go Down on: November 30, 2017, 02:13:55 AM
Correct. It is always like this so it aint new for us anymore.

For me it is a good thing. It takes out my fear that it will get down full blast.
Smaller number but slowly is the best thing that could happen. You can get ready and could also withdraw it if you want to.
8006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need some gambling strategies on: November 29, 2017, 10:49:38 PM
My prefered gambling sites are dice and video poker (for Texas Hold'em, I have own strategies  Grin )
Maybe you have some nice strategies against boring with little maths.

The best strategy for those type of games is to shop around and find the site that has the lowest house edge.  Also, I have heard, there are ways to take advantage of sites that don't utilize sound bankroll management practices --> that's just what I've heard.  There are some who understand the Kelly criterium very well who shop around for dice sites to exploit ---> they say it's fairly lucrative, but I wouldn't know first hand.

And where could we get that information?
Is it already tested?
I mean they wont make you like a lab rat right?

Been dicing for a long time and I am still using the old style manual playing.
Just doing it like how it should be played. No bots or anything and just basing on luck.
8007  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will fall down on december on: November 29, 2017, 11:21:20 AM
If it falls then let it happen but I doubt there will be a large one.
Maybe a large increase mighy even happen than a fall.
Just look at how it is rising everyday.
I just slept for about 5 hours and this is what I saw when I wake up. A booming $1000 just like that.
You cannot let your eyes out of sight of bitcoin now.
8008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and deep web on: November 29, 2017, 09:44:36 AM
Find a wallet that doesnt need any information about you.
Electrum can be an example. It is just a plain wallet. You send your bitcoin there or you can mix it first by sending it to a trading website then send it to your electrum. Voila! It is a hard to reach after that.
Trading website sends by groups so in one transaction it is not just you there. Who will have the patience to look that deep.
8009  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Will Reach $40,000 in 2018? on: November 28, 2017, 09:19:04 PM
At the end of 2018.

Yes. That is a fair price rather than what other are predicting that it will go to like $100,000 which is too much just to think about.

But this predictions that we are making, do we really like it?
Will it not endanger the bitcoin technology to the brink of death?
8010  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy today? on: November 28, 2017, 05:12:33 PM
Aion is growing fast. I have been monitoring the ERC20 coins this days and it seems like due to the campaigns they are doing is making an impact to the value of the coins.
They are now at the top in Etherdelta and who knows maybe it will grow more after their ICO.
Yes it is still in ICO and yet they are already having a great amount of value through ETH.
8011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Miss Universe Betting Odds on: November 28, 2017, 03:58:16 PM
Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa won as expected.

Does anyone know how sportsbooks get the right odds for these forms of contests? Do the oddsmakers have inside information on them? I reckon there has to be. It would be very dangerous to make odds available without scientifically studying the contest. But how do they do it?

@Nitrogensports. Care to answer? hehehe.

I have the same question for Nitrogen. How did all work out?
Does anyone have the numbers to tell how much they won so that it could be calculated?
It might be a little problem because not all are into betting with pageants. So the odds will be pretty low right?
I am asking so that if ever this will happen again we will know how we could bet and our odds of winning.
8012  Economy / Economics / Re: investment mode of btc is best or currency mode??? on: November 28, 2017, 12:47:49 PM
Even if we want to, how can we let go of something that keeps on going up?
That is just one problem.
Next is where will we use it?
There is a lack of merchants that accepts bitcoin as a means of payment.
Usage will never be done unless we do have some place where we could spend it.
Items like the one on Amazon that almost have it all will help.
But who is going to risk it? Will there be one company who will take the next step?
8013  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: November 28, 2017, 02:30:34 AM
They have a different kind of how the government works and it seems like they didnt like people having free will to control their money or have privacy. Transparency is what they want so that they can tax everything you own or have a share of it.
That could be one of the main reason.
8014  Economy / Economics / Re: One Bitcoin, $10,000. Ten Thousand Dollars. on: November 27, 2017, 11:08:06 PM
A lot of negative reactions and yet they are the making a profit out of it.
Why not just celebrate for now and aim for more without having those bad comments.
You hate bitcoin as it goes down and still think bad when it is up. So where should it go?
I am just glad that it worked out well even if there is a lot of FUD that had been spread.
8015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Going insane - Help!!!!! on: November 27, 2017, 09:03:29 PM
How many possible address could there be?
Billions? That is a lot of number man! You could not just get it that easily. Maybe you could find another address that is owned by a whale and who knows. You could get more than what you are expecting. If it is just one address that you are aiming then it will like a needle in the haystack.  Grin
8016  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is more profitable trading exchange or mining and why?? on: November 27, 2017, 08:01:32 PM
It is both risky buy I would rather choose trading in exchange.

The return of investment from mining takes a little while before you could feel the profit.
Why? The difficulty grew and there is a lot of competition there now.
Unlike with trading, you do it yourself. You rely on news and information about the coins that you are trading and not on just a computer calculating everything.
I think that is way easier although riskier than mining.
8017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling your bitcoins on: November 27, 2017, 12:52:08 PM
I think we can all see the answer now.
Imagine not even doing anything, just waiting and making this amount of money.
You just risked it for capital then waited and then wait for more.
Just a 100 bitcoins and you are already a millionaire.
Damn I should have bought before it goes 1k USD.
8018  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you want China be back into Bitcoin? on: November 26, 2017, 11:44:52 PM
It is cool.
But if it will just confuse people again then it is good to leave it this way.
Bitcoin grows even without and it is still hard to mine even without their big farmers. The amount of miners all over the world is also growing.
So I guess it is better off, or if you want another fall then let them join, there will be a sure one big fall.
8019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Tax? on: November 26, 2017, 08:51:56 PM
I really have that question in my mind also.
If they will implement tax in it then how are they suppose to that?
For just transactions when you buy things thru bitcoin? How will they know it was done like that? Is the government connected with the merchant or they will be the merchant?  Grin
How about the bitcoin in wallets? How are they going to trace it? Kind of having problems with how they will monitor it.
8020  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you still think BTC will never reach $50,000 ... on: November 26, 2017, 07:19:32 PM
You dont actually have to smack it to their face.  Grin
They might have done it already that is why it goes up up up.
I dont think they just stayed in their seats and watch this all to happen.
Investors are going to come and this could just be the start of a great value that is ahead. Next year will be more awesome.
