People go to auctions to buy things at discount. Not at narket price. Not above market price. Especially sealed bids where there is no rush to immediately beat the guy who just outbid you.
given current market conditions and current events i wouldn't be surprised to hear a block went for as much as 140% over spot. but yes i agree probably most will sell for some discount, how much of a discount we will never know, doesn't matter, this kind of OTC sale happens often, this might be the biggest one at these price levels, maybe not idk... I see everyone thinking about the sale, market trying to "price in" the FBI coins and its silly, time to buy. |

some known early adopters are dumping, and many other adopters/investors/developers are slowly losing faith (one of them speaking), Bitcoin needs another bubble ASAP, bubbles are the only thing keeps Bitcoin ongoing.

So guys, 27th June.. we learn that the coins sold well above market, we should see a price to $650+ within hours after confirmation? And, on the other side (well below market) we should see a drop to $545 or less within hours after confirmation.
But what about the case where we dont know the results? Down? Up? We all know this market never responds to nothing by doing nothing.

i see there was some bouncing around while i was gone strong bounces, this thing is pretty much ready to move!  I'm expecting either a strong bounce from this line  or more waterfalls... or just sideways 'till the auction or, I really don't know anymore, I started listening to some guy talk about consciousness and reality and watching bitcoin prices and wondering about the relation between adoption and valuation and how a "particle" approaching a pair of slits is not really a particle until someone has observed and taken note of which slit it went through, recording the information in our consciousness, and how that is similar to a transaction before it is recorded in a block. Once recorded in the blockchain, that transaction is REAL ... or at least real in the terms that we can perceive it from within our own little reality bubble. sorry for ramble, need more beer consciousness valuation adoption  i voted 620 but now it looks like the price will be 590-550 this friday. but who knows! I see a bull run in the coming weeks |
