8063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Democracy: the lightest coin on: June 19, 2016, 11:20:30 AM
"Currencies should belong to all mankind"? And how they're currently not belonging?
Well if you have funds or cash to participate on ICO then it will belong to you,the slogan is very misleading ,this is 100 premine all profits will go to one group,it's not decentralized .it's like a company sharing a shares...
8064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chesscoin ICO .... Stay away! on: June 16, 2016, 05:00:30 PM

Do you really trust online bitcoin casinos you play at?

I think all lost in casino, except the owner.

You said it right.only the owner wins in any casino whether it is a web based or offline one, they victimized poor fellow who only hopes to get rich gambling so better stay away from gambling..

8069  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you like to see Bitcoin accepted? on: June 14, 2016, 02:08:28 PM
In addition to the anonymous VPN, web hosting and filesharing providers mentioned before, it would be cool if some IT freelancer sites, many of which offer an escrow service, accepted BTC. Any other cool ideas?

Of course I would love to see Bitcoin being accepted on merchants where paypal use to rule,we are now seeing it on sites you mentioned but would love to see bitcoin the priority payment processor..
8070  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC now equals $630!!! on: June 13, 2016, 02:51:51 AM
I apologize in advance if someone else already started a similar thread, I did a quick search but couldn't any. To the mods out there please delete this thread if a similar one already exists.
I just thought I'd inform people who are not necessarily following the price movement as this is a pretty sizable increase from ~$580 a few hours ago. Wonder how high we'll reach this time Smiley

Only one month and I predict 50 dollar more before it hit the halving day then could go from $1000 to $2000 this year I'm wishing it would..
8071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: June 13, 2016, 02:47:14 AM

8072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in your business do you accept only Bitcoin or Altcoins too? on: June 13, 2016, 02:45:11 AM
What is the best strategy to a startup business, accept only Bitcoin or accept Bitcoin and some Altcoins?

I'm accepting Bitcoin and DASH in my startup. But it is the best strategy?

cheers

Any trade-able and profitable altcoin should be included so your buyer has many options to use, some holders also holds altcoins and they would want to use that also more than using bitcoin on their purchase..
8073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why premined altcoins are considered scam-coin? on: June 12, 2016, 02:04:29 PM
I want to avoid flame wars between this or that altcoin so invite everyone partecipate to this discussion to avoid any direct attack to a specific coin using only examples and argumentations.

I have noticed that the community pay much attention to the fact a coin is premined but i haven't clearly understand the reason why this is necessarly evil.

I have understood that if few people controls the largest part of the whole monetary base is very bad for all the rest of people, but I'm not sure this is directly related to premined.

-Suppose to have an altcoin A that is premined but there are tons of way to get much coins for free without mining.

-Suppose to have another altcoin B that isn't premined but is insanely hard to get some coins using mining for a common user that cannot use a cluster with huge hashrate that only few people or companies can have.

Assuming that both altcoins are limited to a fixed max amount of mineable coins.

What is the scientific reason that should lead me to consider the altcoin A scam and the altcoin B fair?

As a newbie on altcoin with no mining rig to speak of premine with give away caters to newbie like, people are more attracted to coins that are easy to get and the distribution is wide..
8074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Moving away from Blockchain.info on: June 12, 2016, 01:47:47 PM
All you need to have is the private keys , If you have them then you don't to take any other backups anymore and as far as I know the JSON file contains those private keys.
I'm not sure if the hardware wallets allow importing private keys , I wouldn't suggest using them If you are planning to use your coins daily or something like , they are better for long term storage just like Paper wallets.

Here are my suggestions :

1. Send your coins to an Electrum (Desktop wallet) and make sure you write down the seed the wallet generates for you, that way , If anything goes wrong you can recover your wallet.

2. Generate a paper wallet using Bitadress.org and send the coins from Blockchain.info to that paper wallet and keep it safe.

Of course the second suggestion is valid only if you are planning to hold your coins for long term , If it's for daily uses then go for Electrum.

This a very good advice for a newbie like me coming from a hero level member I would definitely implement this for the  safety of my bitcoin..
8075  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: June 12, 2016, 01:45:25 PM

8076  Economy / Services / Re: Salary of community manager on: June 11, 2016, 07:22:40 AM
These days it only cost you 19 BTC per week. But you have to be very active. A min. of 60 minutes to an hour per week.
If you can do that, potentially you can become a very wealthy man, if you've got 60 minutes to an hour per week of free time.
I think it's the easiest way to get rich online not all internet marketer and experts on seo can earn that, especially now that bitcoin can double or triple in a few months ..

8078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: June 11, 2016, 12:06:53 AM
Are there countries that do not accept Bitcoin? I mean no idea regarding it. What do you think will happen to Bitcoin 5years from now? I'm not asking you to be a psychic to see the future. I'm asking about your idea about Bitcoin's future. TIA!

There are still a lot of countries that do not accept and some are banning it ,but the future is very bright for bitcoin we'll see it one of the top online currency maybe in the next five years the future is bright for crypto currency..
