The person deleted the last post in which he had guilioz listed as his username in one of those giveaway threads

and the activity of the account was 280 yesturday
the post count is also one less

It was hacked through your email right? How did you knew that it was him?You know his email address? Also even if he deleted his last posts ,it will not bring in any changes in last active status. |

Also a global moderator banned the account without asking for proofs.A signed message isn't enough.It would be very bad if the guy whom you banned comes out signing in and watches his account banned for invalid reason. Even i can sign a message from this account and can put up blame on an account which was last active on mid 2014/15. |

First of all you paid 1000 satoshis fee thats why the transaction will take 1~3 days to confirm.It is higly recommeneded to use either 0.0001btc(normal) to get it confirmed in next block or quickly.If you were so impatient to send those btc forward to other address you should have sended that with a normal fee.

After checking your last posts,i would say that they are 95% off-topic due to which if i guess you were only temporarily banned for 14 days with reason "insignificant posts + Sig. campaign".
Your account will lose after the ban.You can request mods to release your account howerver but they hardly will remove it.So better is to make posts constructive from next time.
