8161  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: April 23, 2017, 11:34:23 AM
Banks don't close a  customer account like that , where have you see this ? "Suspicious" is not enough to decide to close the account of anyone LOL....
There are banking laws and customers rights. It's not the cow boy period where banks talk and you just shut up and obey
That's correct, bank wouldn't do any such thing were the customers didn't do any violation to their rules of course bank have protocol and standard operation procedure that need to be follows before they terminate their clients. it is too impossible that bank will do that without any violation or because if they terminate without any reason their client have the right to file a complaint case.
Try to even imagine going to court, to fight against some big bank LOL that would be senseless, the money they have cannot make them lose this war.

But its true, banks are not some weird websites or exchanges where you hold the money, they simply cannot delete your account without any really important reason because they just dont have such a rights.

Only in specific situations or when some incidents will occur that may justify such an action they can freeze your bank account, but not terminate it.

Fighting with banks on court is mission impossible! They can terminate your bank account or freeze it, they do something and they always hiding behind some bank rules and regulations. I don`t think they are closing accounts just like that for nothing, but sure they make mistakes and thats happen with them sometimes. Bottom line is that no one should believe banks, that is corporation and they don`t care for little man, all they think about is profit and more profit, and if you are rich they will be nice if you are poor you will not be able to enter the bank.
8162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: April 22, 2017, 11:21:48 PM
for me bitcoin is just a kind of money. it does not matters to me that what is my local curreny doing and what is this virtual coins are doing for me the both of these are equal because I need them for my survival, anyway if someone asks me what about their different scopes then of course I can what is the power of bitcoin and what actually is my local currency, I do support bitcoin and I really love its concept all of its security and privacy measurements and of course the best part is transparent network with high security

In my opinion bitcoin is not just a kind of ordinary currency, although for you between bitcoin and your local currency are equal, bitcoin have more features rather than ordinary currency. As cryptocurrency bitcoin has various aspects of features and of course including transparent network also high security.

Its not like an ordinary currency, but it is money for me in any case, just we have different features with bitcoin. On a side that bitcoin is something new for many of us, how else we can define bitcoin when we are using it to buy things, to gamble with it, we invest it in different things. Bitcoin is better then my currency, better currency then any other that is btc for me.
8163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: April 22, 2017, 03:15:47 PM
Even the hardcore gamblers will not think about gambling if it is their last day. Why would they when they will have so many important things to do.
I would remember all the people who have helped me and cared about me on that day and will send some of my money to all of them as a token of remembrance.

No one would even think of gambling in his last day. As long as she has a healthy mind, she will think of something more rewarding, like repentance, sharing, especially sharing to people in need, having fun with loved ones to give them a beautiful impression. I'm sure everyone will think of one of the things I've mentioned, or even everything, or even more. No one will think about gambling.

I have a family and my last days will be with them, all my money ( if I have some hoho ) and other possesion I will give to them. We are normal people, with families and for us that is the only way.
But about this no one will think about gambling in last days its not true, just take a look on Las Vegas for example, how many old people are gambling there? Many people are without family and close friends, and many of them found consolation in playing slots all day, or other games.
8164  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Bitfinex turning into Mt. Gox? on: April 22, 2017, 01:11:20 PM
Since BTCe and OKcoin have started suffering the same issue, this might be a bit wider problem not restricted to Bitfinex only. Hope this gets resolved soon, BTC price started increasing again, we dont need this kind of panic.

I heard OKCoin is having the same issue but not BTCe. This is beginning to become a big probem if thats confirmed. If one of the older exchanges like Bitstamp is also affected then nothing is stopping the banks to go after the other smaller exchanges. Maybe this started from the Chinese banks.

How do you mean that all this started from the banks, Chinese banks? I can't understand are you talking about overtaking or they are trying to destroy competition? This can easily be some conspiracy theory, what if this is just inside job, that is the first thing that falls on my mind.
Anyway I would like yo hear more about this theory, what is the interest of the banks in this case?
8165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: April 21, 2017, 05:35:48 PM
I don't see any altcoin that could be bitcoin competitor as long as we talking about cryptocurrency as currency, not investment or trading goods.
But, few altcoin have great potential in new innovation, big community/supporters and stability such as Ethereum and Monero.

My opinion is the same, bitcoin don`t have competitor in this moment, and even there is some good alt`s I don`t think about them as a threat for bitcoin at least not in near future.
Bitcoin will always be number 1, and this world is big, there will be a lot of space for some other alts. Who would say that bitcoin price will be +1000 dollars, and some alts like dash, zcash, ethereum cost +30 dollars at the moment.
8166  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: April 21, 2017, 03:11:49 PM
For now hold bitcoin is very risky, the price is too high make you have to keep alert for the fall of its value, many hope bitcoin will penetrate 2000 usd but I pessimistic it will happen, maybe bitcoin will be stable at 1000 usd price
As a root of the crypto. hold bitcoin will not be risky comparint with another coin. there is a big guarantee, the market dominance make bitcoin being different with another.

Bitcoin will cost more then 2000 dollars, question is when. Many people expect that to happen soon, and that is not something impossible, but in next couple years bitcoin will rise a lot. Every investment have some risks, nothing is 100 % safe.
Its always good to have fingers in everything (gold, bitcoins, real-estates), things are more and more expensive over the time, that is the reason why its good to buy something if you have money for that.
8167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: April 21, 2017, 11:03:17 AM
I got people that come to me and invest small summs like 0.01. Its up-to person how much he invest. What determines it is how much he needs ? If he needs more, he invest more.
Everyone has to start from somewhere

nothing is small when it comes to investments and BTC. We always know that the value of Bitcoin will increase so what you think as a small investment now will grow with time for sure and you will get some returns and holding them in BTC will make it more.

I think the same, everyone has to start somewhere and any investment counting no matter how small or big it is. With one thing I don`t agree, we all need more, that is capitalism! And all of us would like to invest a lot, and to take good profit in the end, but not everyone have enough money for that. Bitcoin price will increase, but how much money someone need to invest now to have profit in 10 years? I doubt that situation will repeat like 7 years ago when people bought bitcoin for 10 dollars and now they are millionaires, now investing in bitcoin is on much higher level.

https://digibytegaming.com this site is not working more then a month for me, is anyone else have similar problems with them? Like always "Retrieve payout error!".
I wrote them many times, and I wanted to wrote them now but its not problem with payouts, now they have problem with messages "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."
8169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: April 20, 2017, 10:42:26 AM
Casino bets without any doubt, simply because on sport betting you bet and wait match to end, in casino games you bet every couple seconds. Bets can be high on sports and in casino, that is something that we choose by ourselves, I wanted to say that sports betting now and 20 years ago is much different, now sports betting offer many different features, and betting on some of this things can be very risky, maybe same risk like in casino games, but if you bet on goals, winners, and some simple stuff then risk is much lower.
8170  Other / Off-topic / Re: Smartphones are vital to bitcoin growth on: April 19, 2017, 06:20:02 PM
Smartphones are not vital for bitcoin growth, phones can just be a tool for easier access to some services, wallets but growth of bitcoin depends from developers and miners. Just smartphones are making everything on internet available for us even when we are not at home, little computers in our pockets and that is it, there is nothing vital for bitcoin here, I bet that some people that use bitcoin even don't have smartphone.
8171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites earnings? on: April 19, 2017, 01:08:25 PM
Its hard to calculate how much profit some casinos make, for them its most important to have a lot of players big and small ones. Depending from the games they have different profit they make. I don't know why did you take primedice for example because as a casino they have just one game, and that is not a casino in my opinion.
They earn a lot without a doubt, and I'm sure that we will never know how much some of them actually earn, they keep those informations for them.
8172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The year of 2017 would be a golden year of bitcoin and what is your thought? on: April 19, 2017, 07:47:35 AM
The first few months have been very good for bitcoin in terms of price movement. We have all seen how it is capable of reaching new highs in a very short period of time. There will be months where it would seem like it has lost steam and would just idle for a while only to surprise us with another surge. If we could only get past $1,200 and break the walls that keep the price at that levels, I can imagine that we can hit $1,500 before the year ends.

Yes, and price is shows that very good. We get to new all times high, and it looks like we can make a new one in the end of the year. In my opinion chances are very high for price to hit 1500 dollars, I expect quiet summer and boom after that. Every year is golden year for bitcoin, because bitcoin is constantly making progress and going forward, all this years are golden for bitcoin, and few next one will be golden also, until we get to some platinum years, that will be awesome.
8173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't use bitcoin buying a coffee now. on: April 18, 2017, 03:42:40 PM
I used to buy a coffee from time to time with bitcoin.
But I can't use bitcoin buying a coffee now, because the fee is so high, if I keep 0.0001 fee like before, it would take days for the transaction to get confirmed, I've got a transaction which took 11 days to get the 1st confirmation last month.
It's not cost-effective any more to buy (I mean both online and buying face to face) thing via bitcoin. And this is why I quit buy coffee with bitcoin.

It does not make sense to pay with bitcoin for orders that are shorter than 30 minutes. Because the payment will be confirmed within 10 minutes at the earliest.
It is currently not possible to pay with bitcoin for fast-food consumption like coffee.

That are the problems that bitcoin face on global scale. How we can use bitcoin at the moment if we have so many little problems, and on top of that we need to wait for confirmation or we need to pay extremely high fee to avoid that.
If dev's wish bitcoin to be used for everyday needs they will need to fix this problems and they really need to see about this fees, it will be not so good if they rise more, even now they are high.
8174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the next "BIG THING" in the altcoin world on: April 18, 2017, 10:35:52 AM
Byteball have the most votes, and my choice was iota, second on the list. So not one, its two big things that we can expect this year to happen in altcoin world, of maybe even more, this alts are coming and going very fast.
Bitbay also look like interesting coin, just recently I started to read more about this coin, and looks like there can be something from this one.
8175  Economy / Economics / Re: I hate Cryptocurrency on: April 18, 2017, 05:58:20 AM
You hate people and their actions, cryptocurrencies are just product. Like any other product with this one can also be manipulated, how depends from many things, what is important that people are doing that with help from others and some tricks.
Don't hate something that you don't understand, I'm also annoyed by some things here, nothing is perfect.
8176  Economy / Speculation / Re: War is coming on: April 17, 2017, 09:20:25 PM
I understand what OP talks about here, his concerns about war are real, its not something imaginary. What to with money, playing safely means that you should keep some bitcoins, buy some gold and for any case have some cash.
They make so much weapons in past two decades, they need to spent that somewhere.
8177  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: April 17, 2017, 02:07:02 PM
-snip-
No, a simple dating site will not bring more profit than gambling. And even if you choose between hot girls and girls in real life, most will choose girls in real life, not the site. So it's better to have a gambling site.

"All told, the dating services industry is expected to generate $2.1 billion this year, and nearly 70 percent will come from the thousands of dating websites across the globe. " quote from some article about dating sites and how much money they make each year.
I`m sure that gambling industry is much bigger, and I just wanted to point that dating sites a bit safer investment then casino, anyway its cheaper. I don`t know what is better, probably the one that makes you money.
8178  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: April 17, 2017, 12:21:08 PM
Will look really cool if there is a restaurant that receives bitcoin for its payment instrument. It looks like the restaurant has a very sophisticated technology, and that might make the restaurant look more grand than other restaurants. Unfortunately, it's still very hard to find.

I think there are many restaurants in European countries that are accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment but its hard to expect the same result from other countries as still there are many countries who have not even heard about the bitcoins till now.

That is the main problem, people in many countries are not aware of bitcoin like people in US. I heard about street in Netherlands, and there is restaurants in some big European cities and that`s it, big part of Europe is still in a shadow.
There is 95 restaurants on this list that OP presented us, that is nice, probably there will be even more in the future. I wonder how much customers pays with bitcoin in this restaurants, is there any info about it.
8179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is YoBit.net provably fair ? on: April 16, 2017, 05:57:41 PM
2 million people go to Yobit every month to play dices? Noo f. way!
I have several comments about their dices and each one of them is negative. I lost with all coins that I tried to gamble, price of the coins is not matter. That was two years ago, maybe more. I even was in their campaign for some time, and I don`t remember that anyone said that he won something there. About customer service there is no point to even talk, they are well known for that, they need a lot of time for everything. Look at scam accusation section, you will see many topics about yobit.
8180  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: April 16, 2017, 11:04:50 AM
I'm thinking about this, and I wouldn't underestimate dating sites. Some dating sites pick good money each year, and what is the best they don't risk anything. People are just paying for their services and that's it, they take all the money for them. On other sides casinos are always in risk that some high roller will come and win something big.
Both can bring good profit if they are arranged good, if they guarantee security and privacy for their users. In the end its all about how do you start with one of this businesses and how much money you invest everything to look and work great.
