SEC said that Ethereum and Bitcoin are not securities but some altcoins might be.
McAfee said that he will no longer support ICOs due to SEC threats "and those doing ICOs can all look forward to arrest".
I am little bit afraid that a lot of coins violate the laws and may soon be worthless.
What is your opinion please?
This has been stated so many times and if you are from US and you can't participate in any ico because you just follow what has already stated by SEC. The world is not US. In so many times SEC has stated that this based on their regulations. it will be different if you are seeing another countries just like south korean that has already tried to create a framework regulation to legalize ICO. Good point. Thailand is also different from US SEC, as they are to legalize 7 Crypto in their country. You are looking at the wrong direction, SEC in an American regulator of stocks, but all ICOs haven't allowed American citizens to buy their tokens. If SEC admits any token as an asset, American cryptochange with make delisting for this token, and it will be a solution to the problem. Thank you, this really really makes sense to me. that does not sound very good. i hope that it will have bad consequences. i think in the next few weeks we will see if anything will happen. SEC regulations may take several months not several weeks. Look at Ethereum - Ethereum ICO took place in the year 2014 and now SEC decided that it Ethereum is not a security. |

This is the golden rule i can say.
= wait till September mid and Enter to purchasing tokens
= now market correction is going on , so all prices going down and scam projects going to hell now
=Recommended to you Ziliqa and Quarkchain invest on those periods
=Do not invest ICO's too , even the best ico not perform very well now. example is sentinel protocol also not given the ICO prices even
=now one market circle finished , 2nd market circle comes on September on words( may be change)
=if you already invest , its better to keep in TUSD.
Do your own research too , i need to maximize the everyone's wealth.

The qualifications I look for on a new altcoin is I always check the project if it is worth it. Like checking if the team is active and the founders as well, and make sure to follow their social media accounts they have and the telegram group to know if the project is working too.
You can´t choose ICO/ altcoins based on this. I see many active altcoins on social media like Dogecoin - they are active but their coin is useless. |
