Salve a tutti, vi porto un esempio pratico con relativa domanda.

Se io nel 2010 ho comprato 2 bitcoin a 100€, e oggi li rivendo a 10000€, ed inserendo in dichiarazione dei redditi la plusvalenza di 10.000€ e pagando le relative (eventuali, dato che alcuni commercialisti dicono di applicare il 26%) tasse, in modo del tutto legale, si possono incorrere in accertamenti antiriclaggio? e nel caso ci chiedessero la provenienza di quei 10.000€ come si può dimostrare che sono il risultato della plusvalenza di 2 bitcoin comprati 7 anni fa e non invece il tentativo di riciclare 10.000€ illegali (ad esempio ho comprato 10.000€ di bitcoin l'altro ieri e oggi li rivendo e così pagando il 26% di tasse li ho ripuliti) ?
Quale documentazione può dimostrare che quei soldi sono puliti? Bastano degli "screenshot" dei movimenti sul wallet? sono prove fattibili? qualcuno ha avuto esperienze simili o ha già inserito in dichiarazione dei redditi grossi proventi da vendite bitcoin, o ha parlato con un commercialsita?

Riesumo un po' il post per una domanda che non mi sembra abbia ricevuto risposta nel (lunghissimo) thread (ho cercato di leggere, ma non la trovo).

Si è parlato molto di exchange, ma meno di mining.

Esempio: se io oggi mino, nell'arco di 3 o 4 mesi , 4000 Altcoin( diciamo ad esempio Dogecoin). che quest'anno valgono 0.01€ l'uno. Me li tengo nel wallet e nel 2019 i Dogecoin salgono ad 1€l'uno e io ho 4000€ in dogecoin, li vendo, e incasso 4000€.

Questa operazione va individuata come trading con plusvalenza 4000€? Oppure il mining viene assoggettato a lavoro autonomo e quindi ho generato 4000€ da lavoratore? Ma in questo caso il valore generato dal lavoro del mining era di 40€ in quanto il dogecoin valeva 0.01€quando l'ho minato. Che confusione. Avete esperienze in merito? Magari conviene dichiarare tutto come exchange e pagare le tasse al 26% e basta, ma è possibile dichiare come plusvalenza i guadagni ottenuti dal mining dei coins, che non sono stati quindi acquistati?

l'app mobile non fa vero mining. "legge" la potenza della CPU del telefono e ti dà coin come se minassi davvero, ma non fa nessun calcolo.
Il vero mining si farà da PC.
l'app mobile serve solo da "esca" per far conoscere l'electroneum e far guadagnare quei 5-10$ dollari la mese alle persone del terzo mondo

Io ho investito molto meno, ma la mia paura è la stessa: dopo il lancio, ci sarà domanda? Per ora il coin non offre praticamente nulla, ma ha solo buone promesse.

i found the Electroneum ICO literally by direct referral (a friend told me). I think that you don't necessarly need a website or a platform to find a good ICO. You can read about a big rumored ICO even on the news.

well, you have to be the first to make a change I think the idea is great, and the team is there to stay. But we can't know how the market will respond to Electroneum

they didnt say how much you can mine with a phone, but the phone does not really mine. THey basically give away coins to mobile miners based on the CPU power of the phone. But the phone does not mine: the app will "read" the power of your phone CPU and based on the how long you run the app, you wil lget coins. something like that

per quanto riguarda l'app dovrebbe funzionare in background.

Praticamente l'app calcola la potenza del tuo processore, e poi calcola quanti coins "virtualemente" potrebbe minare se minasse davvero per il tempo in cui l'app stessa è aperta, e ti assegna dei coins da un pool prestabilito (i coins non venduti alla ico + una % dei coin minati realmente dai pc)

the supply is too big, they cannot sellout (6Billions in ICO!) but they are close to it. I think they will sell 5Billion by the end of the ico in the next 2 weeks. Numbers keep rising
