There is a graph on the site https://ico.savedroid.com/ Where Savedroid claims that 100 tokens will be worth around 9 euros by 2022. How did Savedroid calculated this, since the crypto market is very volatile??

You can download their Excel spreadsheet which contains a calculation model
I have had a look, it basically consists of assumptions in supply and demand

Tobson, are there any restrictions for citizens of some countries, like at some other procjects for people from the US or China, that stops them from participating or is your ICO open for everyone?

Is there already an ICO ban active in some countries?

I was under the impression that ICO's filter out some countries out of precaution so that they won't have difficulties explaining their investment when a ban does become active

Hey guys read post from below link. Mentioned 5 reasons why created need a distributed new economy.

Is there a method to prove the scalability to be valid? Bitcoin's blockchain has been advanced so far that it is apparent it has a scalability issues, with new emerging blockchain it is no surprise that transactions can be processed rapidly

It is great to see a track record at least I know now that your product actually works. Where is the product mostly active in? Germany?

Nice to see the founder replying to questions here too shows communications are open now at least for me two things (critical things in investment decision) out of the way. A working product and an available founder. I feel it is a great path ahead.
Yes the current product is available in Germany only so far. For the crypto-product we plan to go worldwide, as there's no need to have a German bank account anymore.

Good because i was about asking same, i'm relieved and for the fact that savedroid is using an artificial intelligence is a plus, the globe is involving and AI is the future, is either one joins where the future is heading or left behind

Artificial Intelligence exists for a long while now, the concept of AI goes quite deep, I think it helps to be a bit more specific, for example sentiment analysis (implying that a system attempts to characterize emotions) or machine learning (where a large dataset is supplied to the system which then attempts to find a correlation)

Perhaps it makes more sense to look at cancer, the amount of types of cancer is so diverse that it is almost impossible to find a cure to it

Nevertheless, I think AI works well together with blockchain applications

I think even from the very beginning of the coin's release, there will already be a good price. But I think that immediately sell will not. I think that 3-4 months later there will be a small profit.

My close friend is investing in a lot Icos. He once told me that, if you are a short term investor you need to wait at least a month after the ico to have some profit. So you are right about waiting a few months for the price increase Smiley.

Wasn't the price per BAR during the ICO $1? So even with the current price you would have already made profit and the tokens once traded for over 4$ a few days ago.

Yes but the price already dropped to $1.77 USD, just like the whole market I know, but I just hope it will not drop any further. It helps that the team is very active imo
.

Whole crypto market was in correction mode last few days. Also initially after listing many currencies sees some downmove due to people (who got free coin) sell coin to book profit. But I see this is very good opportunity to buy Titanium.

It certainly is, I read today in the news that CoinExchange pledged to repay its customers as their exchange got hacked for 530M USD equivalent in NEM. We have a saying that after rain comes sunshine.

I was kind of shocked reading your post, but it seems that it is CoinCheck not Coinexchange who got hacked.

This is wat I read: ''Coincheck said in a statement it would repay the roughly 260,000 owners of NEM coins in Japanese yen''

I hope Titanium will have a second look at his security since many hacks are going on lately

Woops, I indeed meant CoinCheck!

The hacks are what makes most people hesitate in the blockchain, when they dont know much about the system they associate an exchange hack easily with the blockchain not being secure

True and even the volume was pretty decent for those high price points. So literally anyone willing to could have gotten out with a nice profit right after its launch.

You can easily turn a profit right now lol if you got into the ICO but the fact is people that hold are going to earn more over the longterm. So far the price jump is strictly on demand and lack of supply from the ICO so once things really get going development wise we're going to see an acceleration in the growth of the token price I'm pretty sure.

so here is more and more talk about the value of the coin and whether you should already sell. Guys, the project will not really start until two years from now, so in my opinion, you should stock up on coins now and then stop thinking about it until it starts in 2 years. Anyone who has missed the ICO, like me, seems to have now a good time shopping for it

For the past 4 weeks Michael Stollaire (CEO) has uploaded debriefs and will continue to do so, after watching them it becomes quite clear that the efforts needed to achieve the goals of the Titanium project is easily underestimated.

It is a pity that there is a general incentive to invest in projects that will yield high profits within unrealistic timeframes.

Titanium is a project you don't invest in to generate short-term revenue, but to be a building block of the revolution, the decentralized internet infrastructure services.

Marlboroza,

I believe I have been constructive with my posts but it is up to you to judge

I would highly appreciate to be considered for your giveaway

Furthermore, I have hands-on experience with GPU mining, should I be able to be of help for you, just let me know

In any case, thank you for your generous gesture

Can I buy it on the exchange on Feb?

The way the ICO sold out has proved that there will be great demand for the token, I missed the ICO but I sure wont miss getting some token once its on the first exchange.
Don't worry if you missed ICO then still have opportunity to buy Titanium. If you wish then try to buy BAR from exchange. BAT are still trading on exchange. Also stay connected with Telegram and Twitter for latest update and news.

Twitter : https://twitter.com/TBISINC

Telegram : https://t.me/TbisOfficial

Yeah you can buy it now if you want it's listed on Idex, Tidex and EtherDelta, its actually quite a good time to invest because the price is down a lot, last time I looked Titanium was trading at $1.64

Good point, the general dip might have to do with the 530M USD hack, if a dip is what you are looking for, this is it

Ah I think I know what you mean, is it the endowment effect? People value assets they own more than asses they don't own, increasing the probability of additional token purchase after the airdrop

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endowment_effect

Yes I read that before somewhere else! And I think you are mistaken about people selling their airdrop tokens right away. Only a small part does it. People learned that by holding tokens the value often increases.

I also joined Zeepin bounty (I think it is closed now) it was kind of similar to airdrop, You could easily earn tokens

BTW, is there a useful website that highlights Active bounties/airdrop that you would recommend?
I don't want to miss another good opportunity to receive an airdrop or do a bounty :-/
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Zeepin Chain | Changing the Creative Industry on: January 26, 2018, 06:25:27 PM
I just watched the video on the home page of zeepin. Thank you for adding subtitles in my language. Helped me a lot to understand the project better. I find the handling of tokens via smartcontracts very good, so customers and providers have more security and do not have to worry about paying

I think other ICOs should do as Zeepin, try to reach as much people as possible by translation, but also bounty and airdrop. Zeepin marketing team is very succesfull!

I have always been skeptical about airdrops, how does that help the team as airdrop basically means free distribution of tokens?

I would figure that those who receive an airdrop would sell their tokens right away, as if there is no real value to it since it has been given for free.

Perhaps I am missing an important factor that you could explain?  Huh

Airdrop can be really helpful for ICO looking to create a bigger community / userbase. If they want more followers, with airdrop it is easy to get more. People also are more likely to buy tokens that they already know. There is a name for it in psychology but I forgot

Hmm yes that actually makes sense, it has been demonstrated quite often that holding coins & tokens is far more rewarding than day trading based on speculation

Thanks for the explanation, too bad I missed out on the bounty

I think you will be holding your zeepin coins?

I must admit I haven't heard of Island Coin before. It isn't on Coinmarketcap, right? Can anyone of you tell a bit more about this coin?

Island coin is not listed on CMC. You can look for info on their site: https://islandcoin.info/
I must say that I dont really like the graphics of this site, they should have done a better job imo

I would also like to add that a coin is by definition a cryptocurrency if it has its own blockchain.
When a cryptocurrency uses a pre-existing blockchain, it is by definition called a token.
Thus, Island coin does not make sense, they should have done their homework  Grin

Heat must be horrendous between those cards no?

I space my cards on 3 levels, they are spaced well apart.

GPU | Temp  | Fan  |   GPU Clock  | Power
    0 |   60 'C |   80  |    1999 MHz |    154.35 W
    1 |   61 'C |   80  |    2012 MHz |    133.77 W
    2 |   48 'C |   80  |    2037 MHz |    153.98 W
    3 |   47 'C |   80  |    1961 MHz |    127.53 W
    4 |   55 'C |   80  |    1936 MHz |    120.60 W
    5 |   47 'C |   80  |    1987 MHz |    157.31 W
    6 |   60 'C |   80  |    1961 MHz |    140.76 W
    7 |   54 'C |   80  |    1923 MHz |    133.96 W
    8 |   53 'C |   80  |    1987 MHz |    167.75 W
    9 |   51 'C |   80  |    2025 MHz |    131.68 W
   10 |   59 'C |   80  |    2025 MHz |    143.68 W
   11 |   57 'C |   80  |    1949 MHz |    157.05 W
167.75 W  seems to be a very high consume for a 1070

Should i fix power? How much should it be?

I have two systems of 6 GTX1070's ea, each GPU consumes 80W using EthOS

In Windows I recorded 90W usage, with downclocking using MSI Aftereffect

In EthOS it is also possible to play with this setting

I'm waiting for a good moment to buy more too. 1k$ was all I could spare a the time in fiat. And I didn't want to give up the rest of my crypto yet.

What do you think is a good moment to buy more? Do you look at USD price or BTC or ETH price? Until now it looks like the price is only going up

I look at two factors when considering modfying my portfolio by purchasing coins/tokens in question:
- A dip (Risky, but more rewarding)
- After new development achieved by the team

When there are multiple trading pairs, I use coinmarketcap to see which pair is most favourable in USDT value
836  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 25, 2018, 05:54:27 PM
This might not be fair for new people, I don't know if others will ever consider to give merit to newbies. Guess I had to been registered here like 1year back to get some kind of "good" positions. Juniors and newbies are often treated poorly and seen as funny guys around, not taken seriously.

Totally agreed and you have got 1 merit from me because of it.

Oh my this totally brought to my mind an episode of Black Mirror season 3, Nosedive! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5497778/?ref_=ttep_ep1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R32qWdOWrTo

Where people up or down voted themselves in real life, ending up in fame or shame.

But with the merit system the rank can only go upwards

dont scare me, we are not as far as depicted in black mirror episodes  Tongue
837  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 25, 2018, 05:51:13 PM
Certain users are designated as "merit sources". They can create new merit out of nothing, up to a limited number per month (which differs per source). I will not be posting a definitive list of merit sources (so that people don't bug them too much), though you'll soon figure out who they are if you pay attention.

Oh, just great. More abuse of power. Let me guess; Lauda, The Pharmacist and actmyname.

Besides, why would anyone outside the happy few give away his merit points if he needs them himself to move up in ranking?

The forum ranking system is a bit complicated now...

That's why I opted in the other thread, and here, for principal forum moderation. Everyone can understand principles. Nobody understands patched up constructions like this.

The forum is getting crazier and crazier. I wish there was an alternative. But alas, as long as Bitcointalk has the monopoly we'll have to deal with the power abuse over here...

Sending merit to someone else does not affect your rank merit points.

I don't understand why so many people think that sending Merit will make you lose some, I think the topic post was pretty clear   Undecided

What was the reason you couldn't join the ICO?
840  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 25, 2018, 03:33:45 PM
There is no denying that something had to be done about the empty, meaningless posts.
They merely serve to disincentivize BitcoinTalk bounty programmes, who would want that?

With the merit system, the accounts that have a high rank are given the option to choose who gets to join the boat, instead of how long an account has been polluting the topics (be honest, which system is better?)
