821  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What we learned from the Bitcoin ETF denial on: March 13, 2017, 12:58:47 PM
I guess the main thing we learned with the SEC rejection for a Bitcoin ETF is that there is still a lot to be done before the governemnt can see Bitcoin has a good thing. We still need to educate the government on what is actually the potential of this new tech.
822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Winklevoss ETF update, what does this mean? on: March 12, 2017, 04:56:46 PM
Ok. time it got rejected, but I do believe they will submit a new request. So, the ETF could be accepted right in 2018. I'm positive that sooner or later the SEC will accept the Bitcoin ETF
823  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will North Korea introduce bitcoin as a settlement unit in their int'l trade? on: March 08, 2017, 02:13:10 PM
cmon man... do you really think the country's dictator will allow anyone to use Bitcoin?
of course not... it would be something like using dollars as well!
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is offering or receiving Bitcoin a practice of commercial bribery? on: March 07, 2017, 04:29:08 PM
If you offer bitcoin just as a gift it won't count has a bribe. It is basically dependable in the specific context of the offering. If it is an offer with second intentions it will count has a bribe
825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will storing bitcoin kill it? on: March 07, 2017, 12:22:58 PM
I donīt think that storing Bitcoin will have a negative impact on it. Let's face it. A lot of people is already doing it, and they are doing it since 2009. The outcome has been an enormous increase in the price.

827  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 05, 2017, 02:34:06 PM
Don't think 1 satoshi will ever be worth $1 man. Bitcoin will go up indeed but not like that. I don't even think it will ever reach $10k, but only the future will say
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we know that the CIA didn't get to Satoshi? on: March 05, 2017, 12:00:37 PM
There is so much speculation around the subject that you can even argue that CIA is Satoshi. And if they are not, in the event of them getting to satoshi, wouldnīt they be having access to his BTC wallets and dump all the coins???
829  Economy / Services / Re: Quick way to get $2 in BTC on: March 05, 2017, 01:35:23 AM
Why is this in this section??? IMO you are trying to advertise purse, so why aren't you posting at the services discussions section? That would be more appropriate
830  Economy / Services / Re: Need help for Binary options website on: March 05, 2017, 01:33:09 AM
As you have said, many unregulated BO sites manipulate prices for their own gain, how will you be one of those that don't scam their users?

Hello,
I want to build a nice BO website, but not to spend the kind of money Spooption or Tradologic is asking, I know we can do it  with open source code which someone have just to find. I am looking for partners and peopel who are ready to be part of my team and to make some serious money. I have database with leads which is super hot and if we provide good service we will have lot of clients in very short time.
PM me and we can speak in more details! Lets make 2017 the year when we became rich!

Ok what sort of help are you looking for? I can do marketing, take care of all the proofreading.
I also have some knowledge on forex trading... I'm not too sure this can be helpful, but if you need a proofreader just send me a PM
Proofreader is not the exact thing I am looking for at the moment, we still need to build everything and then someone can proofread. I am looking for developers on the first place and second for people who are good on the phone. If you have similar skills please share.
Thanks

Ok thank you for the answer. So, you are also trying to find someone to work on the phone, but exactly is that you need this person to do? Probably some commercial campaign right?

Can you read? He's looking for someone to help him develop a Binary Options site, like Secondstrade, the site which you so shamelessly spam for.

Of course, I can read.But it seems like you can't... you should read everything before starting to criticise. I was simply asking if the guy needs someone for a marketing campaign on the phone. BTW, with that shitty post, you are the one who is shamelessly spamming

833  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BlockChain So Slow to Confirm on: March 03, 2017, 11:21:00 AM
The thing is... BTC price is going high. Many of the holders are trying to get their coins out to sell them and the transactions volume is increasing. Since there is no blocksize increase, the transactions will keep getting delayed even if you pay a higher fee.

We seriously need to solve this issue...
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DASH - Breaking all Highs on: March 02, 2017, 05:27:55 PM
Yeah even I was surprised that how come suddenly it's price increased so much I was going to invest in Dash I guess I missed a really good opportunity. Good anyone suggest me that should I invest in dash or I should wait for the price to reduce.

IMO, this price increase was just manipulation. The rise was simply too big to be a natural one. If you take a look it is already crashing. Just wait a little bit and buy it bellow .017
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DASH - Breaking all Highs on: March 02, 2017, 03:11:16 PM
Hi guys,

Today I woke up to find that DASH has went up about 40%

I would like to read your comments on what could be happening for this price super climb!

Do you think DASH can be the BTC killer? In your own opinion what are the main features that can allow DASH to surpass BTC?

1) Instant transactions - only Dash masternodes can provide this - Dash has over 4000+ of them and allows dash to scale and provide point of sale and instant double spend safe confirmations & purchasing in 1-3 seconds. No other coin has this.
2) Private Send - optional privacy that has never been broken and been working for years, still allows a transparent blockchain to allow point of sale transactions to occur instantly and be verifiable on the blockchain. All other anon coins cannot do this. Without this, there is no mainstream adoption!
3) Incentivized nodes (Masternodes) provide solid infrastructure to the network and get paid to do so unlike BTC. You need 1000 Dash to become one and have voting rights on the network for governance.
4) Governance - we have 10% blockchain funding to help market, develop and grow the network, the more we grow, the more budget we have. Masternodes vote on which projects are funded to help grow! The other 90% block rewards is (45% Masternodes & 45% Miners)
5) Dash Evolution - on the horizon - this is the BTC Killer Application which is targetting the masses and aims to allow you to be your own bank. Usernames instead of addresses, Single wallet online that can be accessed from anywhere, Vault accounts for interest savings and theft protection, Marketplace, etc et... Its insane...goto Dash.org for more. The vision for this is to make crypto easy for the masses and allow your mum to use Dash like their existing bank account!
6) Because of Governance we form new partnerships that can be funded by the blockchain, new massive exchange integration in a few weeks, Blockcypher, ProtonMail, BlockPay etc etc...
7) The best community in the crypto scene, friendly etc.
8 ) Test of time - Dash has been around for 3+ years and is solid and has delivered time and time again with a world class dev and commercial team who have names to faces and arent going anywhere.

Bitcoin old timers who are frustrated are now moving out of BTC into Dash - Roger Ver stated that Dash is his top Altcoin to hedge against BTC.

Dash is the real deal, dont believe trolls who missed out and are hating on Dash. Yes it had a rocky start and everyone knows about the high amount of coins mined at the start, but 3 years later no one really cares except for trolls as thats their last resort.

thanks for all this info!
Unfortunately, I've sold all of my dash last year... now I'm just really pissed with that...
How can I support the network (apart from mining)? Can I run a masternode? and if so, will I have some benefits for that?
836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "With Bitcoin/Crypto, what are you most optimistic about?" on: March 02, 2017, 12:21:46 PM
For someone who is in since 2012 I am very optimistic over digital currencies.
The industry has been growing a lot and it still not at 100%
Right now I'm pretty sure the industry is on a rocket ship Wink

^^^ I think din is telling you to use the old version of the wolf miner, the newer miners are for new cards only.

Yeah, it seems like it, however, I'm not being able to download that version
I'm trying to download it from:
https://github.com/wolf9466/wolf-xmr-miner/releases

but it always times out... it looks like the file is no longer there or it is either inaccessible

Ok, just found that much of the internet is not working because of an issue with Amazon web services. I don't know if it can be affecting the github repositories:

Hi, Guys.
I'm trying to mine XMR using an AMD 7970 but I keep having the info share rejected, and it seems that no share is being accepted.
I'm using 1024 as the Rawintensity and 16 worksize. Supposedly, it should give me around 500 hashes but it doesnīt seem to be working properly

btw, I'm using WOLF to mine

Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Try 0.3. With him I have a working 7770
Code:
"corefreq": 600,
"memfreq": 1500,
"fanspeed": 65,
"powertune": 20,
"threads": 1,
"rawintensity": 256,
"worksize": 8
0.4 gives reject

Thanks for your answer. But what do you mean with the 0.3. Huh do you mean the wolf software version???

Meanwhile, here are some images of what is happening:

As for your setup, I do think that the rawintensity should be a lot higher otherwise it will only give me about 150 hashes and that's too low
