bitcoin is better than fiat because because sending big transactions online doesnt cost you big fees like 1% or something

doesnt really sound fair to new fair users. how about for a solution we do this: that warning only gets sent once to a person that the newbie is pming with? like they only get the message the first time

Satoshi is among us. There is even a chance he is reading this right now. Honestly, there are 100% chances that he is reading this right now. I mean you create the most revolutionary technology since the internet and wouldn't even check the forums to see whats going on? No one believes that. The only chance of him not reading the forums is him being dead, theres no other way. ya but picture this, you create the biggest cryptocurrency and you go on its forum and u read about youself but you don't reply to people? if he were reading this he would let us know that hes still out there

You can make alot of money with a Bitcoin gambling site. TONS of money but you need experience, capital, patience, and creativity.
You can't open up another dice site, there are way too many of them out there. You need a special creative idea and you will make TONS of money.
agreed if you get an amazing idea, you can turn into one of the biggest gambling sites out there. all u would need is an idea that seperates your site from the rest, only one that comes to mind is something like a bitcoin lottery system

How hard is it to hack an online wallet? Can your transactions be stuck in limbo without confirmation?
the private keys are safe if only you know what they are , dont use a webwallet where a 3rd party is in control of the keys because then u arent trusting bitcoin, you are trusting the 3rd party

Coinimal is very reputable so far in my opinion. It's a new exchange but with the old reputable member of this forum who is by the way also an escrow of this forum, TwinwinnerD.
I don't know how did they manage to get this working with PayPal but I can almost guarantee this is not a scam as some are suggesting in the thread.
if it turns out to be legit i would be pretty damn happy with paypal accepting bitcoins, funding my account from my bank right now takes like 5 days and bitcoin will cut that time down to like 5minutes -edit i thought paypal was accepting coins, turns out its an exchange that converts to paypal

it says "This Account Has Been Suspended" looks like your website got taken down, i woulda loved to play chess while betting bitcoin tho sounds great.

for bitcoin gambling im a fan of poker, because the odds of winning are a bit over 50%if you are good at the game, other than that i like dice cuz its just fast and simple betting. not a fan of sports betting for that reason everything takes too long and the suspense is just too much.

yea bitcoins are fairly low rn but couple weeks ago they almost dropped below 200, so im gna wait till they drop to like 210-220 before i buy anymore. id feel bad about not buying if price only goes up from here lol

|
i picture a world where people carry a device just to be used as a bitcoin wallet. and each btc is worth alot so people mainly only transact bits
|
|
|
i think itll happen either around the halfing or couple of months before. 500 is pretty high of a number though btc would have to pretty much double in value for that to happen.

it was around 260 an hour ago. im pretty hopeful for bitcoin i think the price is gonna go upto around 300 at the end of the year

Is it possible to access the same funds using my laptop (bitcoin-qt) and my iPhone (bread) and keep the two wallets in sync?
You should never store Bitcoin private keys on a desktop system unless you are a security expert who knows how to harden that system against malware. Bitcoin is digital cash and requires a much higher standard of security than a typical web service login. It's not a desktop system. I said laptop. You answer was nothing but spam. DUH I know it's digital cash and that I am my own bank.... if u want to use the same wallet for both platforms get the private key off bitcoin qt and get the bither wallet on your smartphone import key and ur done

majority of fiat requires the internet to do the transactions but, the small cash transactions you do at general stores cant b replaced by bitcoin, if the store owner cant have access to the internet in there

hodl your money and wait for a good investment|
i was never successful with trading but it seems to work for other members, and I've tried looking for things to invest in online and everything is just so risky. 90% of investments are ponzis so i just gave up looking for things to invest

I've been looking at places to buy BTC from a Canadian bank account but it seems every site is riddled with fees in one way or another. Virwox is more than 10% fee https://caktux.ca/virwoxLocalBitCoins is normally about 3-5% fee Cavirtex charges a 0.8% fee for trades but also $7.50 to deposit fiat and $10 to withdraw fiat I feel like I've looked for so many sites but none of them really work. Ideally I'd love to find a place to buy BTC for around 1% above spot including deposit in fiat and withdrawal in BTC. Has anyone heard of a good place? Coinbase; https://www.coinbase.com/accounts/primaryNot much else to say, its instant with interact, you can raise your limit by verifying your identity and the fee is 1%+70cents i believe. Then you can send it back within 24hours to a bank account for 1%+1$. although im not a fan of coinbase, i really like that interac feature they have. it lets me buy btc so easily. its either that or localbitcoins and id rather not take the risk there

id imagine you would need a giant capital to start with or some investors however thats unlikely since rarely anyone invests in new sites.

if he got it from referals be advised they will not let you withdraw those grams after youve sent them, not talking from experience just saw this happen to someone on reddit

i would dump my coins if i was convinced that bitcoin is going to crash and fail. unfortunately thers a alot of people spreading those rumors around
If you believe in this rumors and are weavering about future of bitcoin you should not hold bitcoin in the first place. Everyone with a half brain knows that amount of money invested in bitcoin is large at this point that bitcoin can't fall. ya but it has fallen quite a few times actually, around 2 or 3months ago it was around ~300 then in a week it dropped to around 200 there were the same rumors at that time and im guessing that the people who listened saved a bit by selling early
