Hey dickhead, I'm only down 20%, which I'm not worried about by any means because I know btc is severely undervalued right now. The only thing I would be worried about is something unexpected and catastrophic happening that no one can predict. Otherwise, bitcoin is progressing fine and even better than most expected, except for the current price, which is why I think it's undervalued. I'm sure I have way more btc than you so if that's what you call a bagholder then so be it. Come back to me in a few years |

I love how this 18 month bear market has convinced everyone that the current price / market cap is reasonable for something as innovative, disruptive and useful as bitcoin is for how the world deals with payments. A $4B market cap is a drop in the bucket. With all the positive developments and investments going on into making bitcoins more useful, there is no way in hell this tiny ass market cap can keep up with the demand. It may take another year or 10 years, but we will definitely see another ATH

Nope. I set a limit as to what I was willing to spend and how many coins I thought would make a difference to my life in the future if it really took off and stuck to it. If I want more then I'll earn it or trade for it.
If it dies, so be it. I'm not going to chase it downwards. The idea of spending more to reduce a loss doesn't really compute for me.

Well i have good news OP.
The recent NASDAQ positive news will push really positive stuff into the bitcoin so it can rise really fast by the end of this year.
If you afford to keep your investment until the end of year it can go back to 690$ i think!
Probably around that by the end of the year yeah, but I cant wait for new ATH. It has to be broken again to prove the fact Bitcoin's success is inevitable and will recover from any crash.
Haha, I like the enthusiasm. But I'm not 100% convinced that there will be another bubble, even though there have been 3-4 in the past. Things turn out "different" when people get greedy (like me). But there's still a chance it'll go somewhere and alas, no risk no reward. I've bought a few more BTC since I made this post at around $230-$290... I think my cost avg is down to around $630 now |

It just struck me again that it really doesn't matter how the price behaves theses days in terms of '1$ up' or '1$ down' or whether you have 1 BTC, 10 BTC or 100 BTC. In 2020 you may be rich in either case.
MAYBE with 100 BTC... but certainly not with 1 or 10 BTC lol Are you sure? I mean... The price could very well go up to $100'000. Sure, today this seems rather unlikely and crazy, but if we're at $10'000 some day it'd only take an increase by 10x! Since I have about 50 btc myself, and since nothing good ever happens to be in terms of money, yes I'm sure |
