Kane prefer to stay even longer in totenham. I see that kane will get his new contract with totenham. Kane will not even more to the somewhere else. It would better for chelsea to get osimhen from napoli rather than kane. Osimhen is as good as its legend striker drogba

Yes, Kane is likely to extend rather than make a move as things stand. He is happy at the club and his relationship with coach is also good right now. About Osmihen, Napoli will certainly be asking a bid of around 100m Euro for the player and I don't think they will make this signing especially when they recently bought Nkunku from Leipzig for around 70m as agreed for the move next season.

I won't be surprised to see this ball end in winning and Goal-Goals in favor of Manchester city. Manchester city keeps giving out aggressive pressure ever since Hary Kane registered a goal, but Tottenham's defense line seems unyielding today compared to their last match with manchester city and for that, It's still uncertain that Tottenham will still be making the same mistake they did in their first leg against ManchestCity

So far I haven't seen best of City either. In my opinion City's play level has dropped in recent rounds and I think Spurs should be able to confirm the upset today. Yeah they are making defense work but their defense line have been strong as well against every attacks. Plus Spurs are attacking well also so if Spurs score another goal I don't think City has any chances of comeback. Anyway I am glad it would benefit us as Arsenal's loss this round will not have much have impact on the gap.

For me Aubameyang definitely is a real striker. I have watched him play many times for Dortmund back then he always played as the main attacker of the squad. Maybe he is not the typical central striker that is big and strong with the head, but Aubameyang still is a real striker in my opinion. With Havertz you are right though, for me he is more of a offensive midfielder than a pure striker, but he is so talented, that he can also play as a striker and be effective there. He has proved that many times now.

Yeah he does have experience playing in that position but I personally always liked him as a winger beating the opponents defence with pace and pure dribbling skills. He is not that effective now but I do think he can make job done still if feed in with continuous good crosses inside the box.

Also Nkunku is also not a real striker for me. He is also more of a winged offensive player then a central striker. So Nkunku will not solve that problem, even though he is a great player.

I am sure Chelsea has bought him to be on the tip of their attack and I think he can do well. I am not sure about Nkunku solving their problem but he sure is talented and again Chelsea had bought him to be their forward for the next season. If he doesn't meets the expectation then certainly is a bad transfer for Chelsea- well will see about that in next season.

I see Arsenal losing in this game is losing the battle in midfield. It's also possible that the defeat against City in the FA Cup had an impact on the team's confidence.
In addition, the Everton players performed very well in front of their own supporters. This reminded me of last season where Everton could survive relegation and this happened again today even though they faced a team with good performance in the EPL.

Yeah they had good retention in the mid but I think Arsenal should have done better while facing the opponent's corners. I don't think defeat against City has to do anything with it. Everton had good amount of chances, got their goal and protected their net while we on other hand weren't able to find the net otherwise we also had good amount of chances. Still we kinda allowed them today a lot with space but I think we did well. Sean Dyche and his men deserved it today. At the end, it hurts us as we dropped a good opportunity to lead by 8 points which would have been massive.

If we talking based on the statistic, Aubameyang only score 1 goal from 10 matches, while Havertz have score 5 goals from 20 matches, that's why Chelsea tend to choose Havertz. I will say Aubameyang is worse than Havertz, but Havertz doesn't good enough and Chelsea need to look a new center forward player who have a good decision.

Both Havertz and Aubameyang are not strikers. They are much comfortable as playing on wings or playing on rather as an attacking mid role. They have Fofana but he needs experience too so right now it doesn't looks good for Chelsea as they don't have anyone who can score goals for them. But for net season they have Nkunku booked so hopefully they will have better performance in next season.

Sterling should have been playing at the beginning i think, Ziyech was supposed to move to Paris and now he's playing from the start? Sterling are watching for 60 minutes.

Right now Chelsea have lot of players so there will be many losing some chances or minutes so they wanted to move Ziyech so that they can manage the rest of the players freely. It's pretty hard for Potter to manage right now but I think Sterling will get a chance for the start in next one.

It is a big difference from top four and they have to maximize points they can collect in next two months. Then if their performance goes well, gets improved, they will have a clearer picture on what chance they have in top four race. In April, they will either see a better chance to participate in top four or have to say goodbye and wait for a next season.

In order to get into top 4 they have to improve a lot in my opinion. Right now I can easily pick lot of teams ahead of them who are performing far better than Chelsea in this season. Without a goalscorer I highly doubt them finishing in top 4 . They need someone to stand up for the remainder of this season and put the ball in the opponents net.

Besides that, until now I haven't seen any big team that made a more promising offer for him than what Arsenal give. This season coach Mikel Arteta made a place for Gabriel Martinelli, he has played more than 17 EPL matches, it will make Martinelli comfortable.

Not sure about what others gave to him but lot depends on but Martinelli is having good time at Arsenal. I didn't have slightest doubt in mind about the contract extension. Even if some offers would have come up, I think he would have denied them pretty quickly unless there is an opportunity too good to leave. Trossard's arrival didn't changed much as we always needed a backup option in the wing for him and with Trossard we have got the depth. I am sure Arteta is gonna manage both of them well.

Newcastle are also reported to have joined the race to sign Jude Bellingham in the summer. However this doesn't seem a realistic transfer to me honestly.

Because there are already Real Madrid and Liverpool going after him. There is no way Newcastle can race with those teams for him. Of course I know that Newcastle would be ready to pay whatever he wants as they have a huge budget. But money isn't enough by itself in this. Newcastle don't have any achievement yet. Finishing the Premier League in top 4 isn't enough for Bellingham to choose them. He would like to sign for a team that have a much stronger squad. He would prefer a successful team as well.

I haven't seen any much rumor about that but I think it can happen. Lot of players are starting to move to Newcastle so it wouldn't be much of a surprise if Bellingham also moves to Newcastle. It very much depends on the player though about how he thinks about it. Newcastle doesn't have the achievement yet - that's right, but with the way they are performing right now they can achieve something and everyone is making move to Newcastle to be the part of that success.

Again I haven't seen rumor yet so that's why I feel it is bit unrealistic yet but anything can happen.

I would agree on Fulham double chance as the odd should be 2 or near that number.I don't understand how the bookies can give 1.62 odds to Chelsea after Chelsea screwing up in a lot of games lately while Fulham have only lost to teams leading the standings and recently they were on a good run.I thought the odd of Chelsea in this game to be over 1.8 and that is why I agree on a Fulham double chance which is a value bet in this game in my opinion.

Maybe its due to players being brought in this transfer window that bookies now expect change of form from Chelsea and I think Chelsea will perform better in this one but not sure about the win though as Fulham also have been doing great this season. Fulham double chance should be worth taking a shot in a multi targeting for big payout but would stay out of this one with single bet.

I am not worried for Potter being sacked as Chelsea management should give him time for the next season to repair things because this one I am afraid is already over,be him sacked or not.

I think Ted knows the situation of the club now and right now they know they are on the road to recover the squad so definitely they should be allowing Potter some time. Now they have got some new players I think they would be hoping for some improvements so let's see what happens in the second-half of the season.

Arsenal do have a 5-point lead at the moment, but that doesn't make it any more favored for the title.

5 points lead with 1 less game compared to City so thats 8 points of lead assuming that Arsenal and City are both tied at exactly 2 games. Thats huge differences though and they are the favour to win the EPL as of now. They are in good form right now and Arteta with his squad has the chance to bring back the EPL throphy to Emirates stadium after 19 years so they are not going to slip up

* Also Arteta will be youngest PL manager to win the Premier League after none other than our own great Arsene Wenger who won when he was 42 years of age while Arteta will be 41 if he wins PL this season.

Yeah 8 points is massive for us but it's not much of we drop back to back points like last time we did in the end. I think it matters very much to us this time and while 8 points is a very big difference we might want to take things carefully still. Hopefully City will drop more points as I think they still are to face big teams more than Arsenal in whatever is remaining. Also there are City-Arsenal game which can create a huge impact to this gap so anything can happen still. I would say City are still very much in the game.

I’m surprised no one is talking about this news. For me, it’s the biggest news this week, the 21 year old English player has been cleared of all charges. What’s the fate of Greenwood’s future in Manchester United and football? Will Manchester United finally terminate his contract or will we see him wearing the reds once again

I think he will be given a chance again but it would take some time before he gets on the field again. Also it will be tough given United had already gone with Antony so it will be hard to compete with him for the starting again. Honestly I would love to see him play for United again but United might try to avoid attention for now so that things settles down and his come back to the field is smooth.

Of course this is Dyche's tough task to get Everton out of the relegation zone. moreover, the task is so hard to lead his troops in the match against Arsenal at the Goodison Park Stadium, but even so, of course, a process is needed to make Everton rise.

It will be a tough job given the fact that they have lost Gordon also this window. I think still they got some strong players who can help the team when needed but Dyche also need to use them properly. It will be a tough job for him but I think he will do better job than Frank Lampard and hopefully will get them out of the relegation zone.

"Here we go"

Manchester City full-back João Cancelo make surprise after reaching agreement deal with Bayern Munich as loan until end season and have option buy back above 70 million euro. Its seems confused because João Cancelo as priority full back under Pep Guardiola and success filled main squad in Primer League or Champion League.

Can't believing what in minds from Pep Guardiola after losing their full-back with multi position, although have several option but too risk loan their regular player to other team actually when window transfer almost close and Manchester City don't have enough time looking for new replacement.

Yeah still cant wrap my head around the fact that they have allowed one of the key players who drops in crosses from wings. Still Guardiola is not a kind of guy who just denies requests if player wants to leave so that's a good thing. They now have only new players like Sergi Gomez who plays in that position so I think they should be making a signing to fill this soon or else they will have to play a player out of his usual position to cover this for the time being until the season end.
835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 29, 2023, 06:46:41 PM
namely Ac milan and juventus. where ac milan had to lose with a big score and juventus 0-2 from ac monza.

Yeah, quite some surprises today. AC Milan was really a surprising one as they were unable to defend their net against Sassuolo and conceded 5 goals today which was very surprising to me. AC Milan had been performing bad recently but today was really the worst performance from them. As for Juventus game, it was also a surprising one as they had 22 shots in the game and none of them found the net while Monza had only 3 shots and they got 2 goals against side like Juventus.

Now Napoli and Roma game ahead and I am expecting lot of cards being shown in this one.

Arsenal have submitted a second offer worth up to £70m for Ecuador midfielder Moises Caicedo but Brighton want £80m for the 21-year-old. Arsenal seem to have no luck in bringing new players to the club lately, but they are doing very well in the English league.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will continue their summer pursuit of West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice, 24, even if they sign Caicedo. Will Arsenal finally succeed in bringing the desired player?

Arsenal definitely needs a defensive midfielder right now and I think any good player to help us out in future will be good. Caicedo and Rice both are good targets but that's not the end of the road for us. We still can get another player and maybe a good player on a less price. I think we have long list of targets besides these two players. Rice is hard but I think we have good chance on Caicedo given how he is pushing and things being discussed at Arsenal internally also and preparing for the bid. Whatever happens about Caicedo will happen soon as we desperately need a defensive midfielder and we don't want to waste time discussing things about one player only.

The new game week is going to be starting with the Chelsea - Fulham game. I feel like it is time for Chelsea not only to have their revenge on them but also to start a decent form finally.

I'm really fed up with seeing them so ineffective in most of the games. The Liverpool game was a little promising and I hope to see them improving that performance more. Fulham isn't an easy target. They have dangerous attackers that can punish defensive mistakes easily. Chelsea need to be more aware in defense this time. I hope not to see another red card incident here also. I expect to see a clean performance by Chelsea and get a win one way or another. I'm looking forward to seeing Mudryk's performance also in this game.

Its gonna be different from the last time they met as Chelsea were struggling at that point and they didn't had good depth in most areas. Right now they have got reinforcements in from the transfer window and I think they really brings out the competitive edge again to some extent and I think its gonna be a tough match. Chelsea need to be wary of Fulham's wingers and Mitrovic movement which should be a quite a difficult task in my opinion. Fulham also would be looking to win this one as they haven't been in form since the restart so its not easy for any of them.

There is the latest news that Gabriel Martinelli has signed a new 4.5 year contract extension with Arsenal. In the previous terms, Gabriel Martinelli's contract was valid until 2024 and it seems that Arsenal want to secure one of their key players so that his contract will last until 2027. Surely this is a breath of fresh air for the Gunners to see Martinelli continue to be at the Emirates Stadium.

There hasn't been any doubt about it as we need Martinelli for a long term with the team and over the years he has proved his capability and is now a crucial player for the team. With that I think we have got all the key players contract renewed, Elneny and Nelson contract will expire in June so Gunners might wanna see on that too. I am bit doubtful about Elneny as Arsenal are looking for a defensive midfielder and if they sign a defensive midfielder then I think its hard to see him next season. About Nelson, its likely contract will extend in the end as the player is quite young and we need that kind of players right now.

Placing a bet on this will be so risky because Potter will be test running his new teams and there is no guarantee. Fulham in the first meeting won and Chelsea won't want a repetition of this. Chelsea just need to win this to get back on form before the second half goes far.

Yeah it's risky so I am gonna avoid betting on it but I think Chelsea have got some fine attacking players now in this window. So I think Chelsea should be performing better now. Still Fulham are also one of the tough underdogs of PL this season. They have good attacks and they defend quite well also. Should be an equal contest but I am bit inclined towards Fulham in terms of performance but I also expect change of form from Chelsea also.
840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 28, 2023, 06:19:46 PM
sea will stick with Graham Potter, at least until this season ends. Even though Chelsea's performance has not shown any improvement but the Chelsea Board doesn't seem too bothered by it. So rumors about Mourinho wanting to return to Chelsea is just a speculation from the media, where Mourinho felt he was not fully supported in the transfer window and it was associated with his desire to return to England.

Yes^^, I also don't think they are gonna sack him this soon. Everyone is aware of the situation of Chelsea and they do need signings right now. No one can work with a squad that is behind in certain areas as one of the big teams of PL. It is very hard with the pressure also so unless they get the signings that Potter needs and he still is unable to manage Chelsea well then I think he will be sacked and Chelsea will be on the search for a new manager.
