821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is serious about launching a Crypto !!!!! on: May 13, 2018, 08:07:14 PM
Hahahaha really ? That's so funny  Grin Grin
A long while ago they declared to us will ban all crypto related ads on their website. And now, they want to launch own crypto.

I know why they banning crypto ads, because they want to freely promote their coin to all facebook users on their website without worries with other coins...  Cheesy

That strategy would actually make a lot of sense. If they were planning on launching their own coin that is.
822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Definition for bitcoin fans and bitcoin hater on: May 13, 2018, 08:02:48 PM
I don't think there are Bitcoin haters, just people who don't believe in it in any capacity.
823  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: May 13, 2018, 07:59:00 PM
I believe that in the future if the Bitcoin price becomes more stable, that it could potentially be used as a currency. For right now though it still remains too volatile.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin was a worst decision of my life on: May 13, 2018, 07:54:53 PM
I am sorry you feel that way. My advice would be to double down or just hold what you have and wait it out.
825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you want to increase the price of Bitcoin then promote it everywhere around u on: May 13, 2018, 07:49:46 PM
In my opinion, you can't influence the price of Bitcoin by convincing your friends and family to invest. What you can do is shed a positive light on Bitcoin and assist in boosting public confidence which in the long run will increase the number of people who would be willing to invest.
826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN BITCOIN on: May 13, 2018, 07:34:41 PM
Child pornography existed long before Bitcoin came around and will exist long after it. People will always find a means to an end. It has absolutely nothing to do with Bitcoin.
827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to bitcoin in the near future? on: May 10, 2018, 02:32:53 PM
I like to think it's only onwards and upwards from here.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How well does Bitcoin function as a currency? on: May 10, 2018, 02:27:45 PM
Right now? Maybe not, but who knows what a functioning currency will look like in 10 years time.
829  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if you forget your bitcoin wallet password? on: May 10, 2018, 02:01:53 PM
Keep it stored somewhere, as good as you may feel your memory is, over time you will forget.
830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Shut Up Bitcoin Haters on: May 10, 2018, 01:51:44 PM
I don't see the point in arguing with haters. It doesn't matter what you say if they want to hate they will hate.
831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too complicated for ordinary folks? on: May 10, 2018, 01:27:57 PM
I don't think Bitcoin is too complicated for ordinary folks to understand. I think ordinary people are cautious of Bitcoin and haven't even tried to understand it.

If the government ever did manage to gain control over bitcoin I think they would shut it down. That being said I don't think it will ever happen.

839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: World's first Bitcoin lottery on: May 08, 2018, 02:12:30 PM
It seems legit. Not sure if it is something I would try my luck at though.
840  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin pose a threat to banks? on: May 08, 2018, 01:50:27 PM
I don't think that Bitcoin will eliminate banks but I do believe it will make them less of a necessity.
