821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: April 18, 2020, 06:12:45 PM
you heard people bought dead coins.... it is a gamble. don't risk it if you can't trade a long term. such trades are long term trade where the buyer hopes for fortunes. i choose the op coins in the coinmarketcap. i am only confortable that they can only decrease in price but will never die in the market just like the new tokens listed on CMC. becareful with the new coins/tokens that got listed on cmc . they could be scams.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: April 18, 2020, 06:00:31 PM
this is a very important post about new projects depending on bounties as the only marketing strategy to market their project. the possiblity of projects conducting bounty immediately after launching could be sign of a scam project that is interested in collecting peoples fund. Meanwhile quality projects spends time to develop their token and marketing their project before considering bounties. most projects doesn't conduct bounties again.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum going upwards brace yourself, and simply hodl now. on: April 18, 2020, 05:55:54 PM
i think it is about to happen. i have been a proud supporter and long term holder of ethereum. I expect to see the price raise more than this. the ethereum price has fallen below 200 usd price mark for long and it is unexpected for the 2nd most cap cryptocurrency sell below 200. MY TA could be wrong because i saw some huge buy on binance recently.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Telegram associated with fraudsters on: April 18, 2020, 05:48:13 PM
telegram is a decentralized platform. different from facebook and twitter that eavesdropped on every account that exit on them. telegram gives you a wide of opportunities different from the other social media platform. if you discovered a scam group or a fraud account on telegram, you are required to flag the account and when accounts are been flagged multiple times. it is removed.
825  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies attention. Don't get trap yourself with greed. on: April 18, 2020, 05:42:32 PM
i fell for this scam when i joined the crypto campaign newly. i participated in lots of scam programs on telegram where we send bitcoins and received 70% of our rewards with the idea that when we introduces new members, our payment will be completed.  i think i have lost close to 1 btc to these kind of scams and it is good to remind newbies of the dangers involved in this.
826  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paranoid about anonymity on: April 18, 2020, 05:38:31 PM
i am Nigerian. our government doesn't work with data. they have no functional database that provide an accurate figure of the country population. been anonymous isn't a huge deal when it come to tax evasion. exposing your identity on the web will definitely cause harm to you if you are a prominent figure here. i don't think there is other thing that can cause problem here.
827  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which VPN to pick? on: April 16, 2020, 06:21:52 AM
your current location matters(country) because some VPN restricted services in some countries. especially the African continent. also, why you want to use VPN is another reason. you can use Nordvpn. it is powerful and one of the best vpn around. i personal use Dotvpn because the services are affordable and always available. Also the free services are works well when you are out of subscription but Ads will always be your problem.
828  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SCHEMES WHICH NEWBIES NEEDED TO AVOID. on: April 16, 2020, 06:11:15 AM
i think it is a process inwhich everyone should pass but we have to be careful to avoid loosing so much funds. i lost a huge amount of money back in those days of ponzi. i lost in btc ponzi, MLM and so many other ponzis. i also try the mining of a thing and lost again after joining honest mining that claims he owns a cloud mining platform. i never for one day collected my money.
829  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: FAKE BROWSER EXTENSIONS TARGETING YOUR LEDGER, TREZOR, METAMASK WALLETS. on: April 16, 2020, 06:04:21 AM

830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY PUNISHMENT, TASKS ARE TOO DEMANDING on: April 11, 2020, 01:56:40 PM
My opinion is this: whatever his rules said, you must obey because he made that rule in his bounties. My sugguestion. is the demanding task worth it? we have seen highly demanding bounties here that paid hunters pennies and some refused to pay( digibit) and so many of them. if you wish to partake in his bounty, please do at your own disgrestion. it was your choice. I Learnt this opinion here. invest at your own choice.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Looking to buy solana tokens on: April 09, 2020, 05:03:50 PM
token is been listed on binance. kindly open an account on binance and get as much you want. it is official and has been listed. i don't think it is listed in any other exchange. you can even join the airdrop conducted by binance to earn free solana token. i doubt if any one will sell to you because solana is a good project different form other projects.
832  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this A Misdirected Coin? on: April 09, 2020, 04:56:45 PM
you made a review about scam sites and you got paid for your Job which deserves a rewards.  well, i can say someone rewarded you for exposing a scam he might has falling for. i think the bitcoin is not a mistake. it is yours. enjoy your pay for your service rendered. if you feel it is not necessary. you can trace the sender and return it to owner. the choice is yours.
833  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [BEWARE] Sim Port Attack on: April 09, 2020, 04:49:34 PM
yes, i worked with a telecommunication company 2 years back. there were issues like this and it is a frequent re-occurrence. scammers do connived with bank staffs to swap sim cards of rich persons. after which they(scammers) contact the telecommunication for sim swap. such occurrence which requires a proper check up by the telecommunications due get outsmarted after series of check by the telecommunication.
834  Other / Meta / Re: How can I increase my merit? on: April 09, 2020, 04:29:37 PM
Brother you need to stay focus and active here to learn. remember you should give back to newbies what you learnt. it is advisable to share the goodies you learnt here. there are  others corruptible activities going here. some get involved into merit gifting for one reason or the other. they only knows whatever engagement that leads to that.
835  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paranoid about anonymity on: March 28, 2020, 05:40:24 PM
yes it is important to trace your identity and if possible remove from the database of the holder. whether you like it or not, some scammers do trade information of people tru the dark web or with companies willing to pay huge for such exchange. Ever since i have gotten different attacks on my emails, i have decided to stop joining suspicious campaigns and Airdrops because they are the likely possible way of exposing information here.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is all set to boom now... on: March 28, 2020, 05:34:30 PM
Unfortunately, we are back to square one where everything has fallen to its normal price last week. it seems like all crypto market price is determinant on bitcoin price. whenever the price moves up the rest follows and when it goes down, they repeat the same. the dominant force of all these trade is the USDT but i think the market rely heavily on BTC/USDT Movement.
837  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of Answered Suggestions. Please don't create topics before read them all! on: March 28, 2020, 05:19:46 PM
i think this post should be made at the freebies forum because most people that post their are newbies with little or no full idea of how this platform works.  Also this post comes up when someone make a comment on it. it will be hard for people that wants to ask similar questions shown in this thread to see it. most feeble sentences created here are of no use and need to be remove.
838  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: value increase on: March 28, 2020, 05:13:14 PM
your bitcoin increases in value if the price goes up in the market and decrease when the price is down. if you plan to hold your coin which is advisable for bitcoin, it is known as long term holder. The bitcoin Market capitalization plays a huge role on bitcoin value. currently sitting at the top of the coinmarketcap. it remains the first cryptocurrency to disrupt the world financial sector.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT(Tether) Circulation on: March 28, 2020, 05:07:45 PM
The world at large is facing a serious health challenge. A deadly virus is tormenting mankind. it might get to the point where nothing matters expect survival. i think every financial sector is striving to save humanity. Governments has been distributing relief funds to support their own in other to survive which is what matters the most. we can talk about financial control when everything settled.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New suggestion for unpaid bounties on: March 28, 2020, 05:03:47 PM
My opinion is that admins here should abolish bounty campaign here. they are worthless. i will only suggest the forum admins should list Mangers that are liable to post bounty campaigns here. i strongly support a motion where by the bitcointalk admins create list of O.Ps that will be responsible for posting bounties here. Any one that goes against it should be banned from here.
