Damn, I really liked that one  Well I guess we can't afford to be associated with The DAO. Would be bad for our public image considering how The DAO went down. EDIT: My mistake it's something else. Still such a close resemblance won't do us favors. People might mistake us for them. Maybe something can be built that serves our needs using their logo as a foundation. I really have nothing against plagiarizing their logo if it helps our initiative in some way though. Starting with a plagiarism I don't think it's the best idea. We don't need it. A logo contest will set off creativity. |

the second round airdrop still not open , we just wait for an appropriate time.
there's impossible to distribute 50000MTNC per user. we will follow deeponion , the second round ... third round , fourth round .........and sososososos.. small number but more frequent , the only requirement is you should keep active in bitcointalk community and you should keep most of mtnc in your wallet.
Will people listed in the first round receive 50.000? |

First of all read the O.P. Send your PM to Dropper as explained in the O.P (you have to create a genesis sentence of 5 words). Voting is closed but you can apply till the 31 of August (then airdrop will be closed). Important is to be active (do something that could be usefull for the community, posting here or posting in social network or creating a sphere, ecc.). To get an idea click in the O.P "DAO Genesis collection data" and you'll find the spreedsheet. Follow this thread for every news. |

Decided to play around a bit and attempt to create some logo. I don't claim it to be very appropriate, but multiple logo suggestions might spark a discussion/competition in the end of which we'll come up with something really good. BTW I really like the previous submission by Grae, and if no other people give it a shot I think we should adopt it as our official logo. Here's my take  I was aiming for something simple, thus just the letters D, A and O written in a minimalistic way. Then I thought that we're a movement so I should create the impression of the logo moving very fast by some horisontal lines maybe, like a speeding car Didn't work out too well so I just put lines on both sides. I think it gave it a pretty 80s/90s style. The red color might easily be changed for something more appropriate too. Activity update coming later today? To me this looks like an owl ... maybe we should make an owl our mascot We could vote for logo, setting a simple poll for two, three days and on voluntary basis (if you don't want to vote it's ok). It could be another example of democracy and respect for those who want to work it. My two cents. |

I want to start a discussion about our public appearance. Unfortunately my art/design skills are limited but since we have to start somewhere here is the first idea:  In addition i want to avoid the community of founders and early adopters being spread regardless of their language, that's why i created a movementDAO discord channel for the community with sub channels for different languages. IMO it's better to have us all in one place instead of many individual channels. @Antragos @SEELE @mainconcept please contact me via discord regarding the creation of a (including german) sphere. I think you should skip the sig rule, if we want to attract more users. It's because of sig there is so little accepted users in the first round, in my opinion. We should think of other ways to promote. I agree. At the same time we need to find a way to don't give all the coins directly. Maybe it would be enough not to move more than ten or twenty percent of the total amount to continue to be eligible for airdrop, for example. Or something else. Surely we have to reflect on distribution. Yes, guys, I know from experience that in a strong community the distribution of coins is fair, they should be for many participants. Then many people will be interested in the growth of the project and the price of the coin on the exchange. For comparison, we can take two coins: NXT and NEM. I'm supporting BAT (long term) because of development idea and its team (javascript and Mozilla founder), Waves (team work hardly, a project that is becoming an ecosystem and great updates are going to come), BTC and ETH ( and these don't need more explanations).

Guys really do not understand how you can think of BAT as a scam. You will not find information in this forum because from the beginning the choice of developers was to communicate only through their blog, rocket chat and reddit. If you go to check before empty talk, you will notice that communications are happening on a daily basis. Other things that amaze me: is there a project that is not controlled by whales? With all the money you go to lose with fucking ICO, do you suspect that the founder of Java Script and Mozilla want to cheat on you? All this is really, really, really stupid.
