This is exciting ! I've just stashed some more PHS over on Cryptopia - i can't get enough I wish I had more time to help you on the marketing/promotion side. If I get a chance I will write something about the project or try to do something with the logo/animation on the website (it's all but guaranteed so if someone else has the skills by all means go for it!)

I've started new web site dedicated to PHS - http://philosopherstones.orgNow it has general information and custom build block explorer and reach list. Currently I'm working on public API and web wallet. After that I'm going to implement services that store information in PHS block chain as transaction messages. Project Alexandria ( http://alexandria.io) as example. It could be easily ported to PHS blockchain because PHS based on Florincoin. If you find any bugs or mistakes or have ideas and suggestion, please send me PM. The website looks amazing, except for one part, the front page, that yin yang and the circles and triangles look pretty bad, also you wrote achient and not ancient. I like the block explorer, the rich list, contact, the get started part but not the front. Hi VladK, The link to client download is not correct on the website. It still points to the old Github. I think we can officially move to your build 1.6.6.7. Nobody is complaining about your suggested interest halving over time - especially no long term hodler. https://github.com/VladK75/philosopherstone/releases/tag/v1.6.6.7Also, if you're looking for funding for hosting or anything, please let us know. I'm not coming back over here on BCTalk so often but if you post your answer here I will see it. And if we have a telegram channel it could speed up communication. BTW I think I've lost the discord channel link - do we still have a discord group? All, Please make sure you stake with protocol v 1.6.6.7 - thanks! Long life to Philosopher Stones!

make a telegram group n then see the rise. to the moon
I approve this message PHS is a real decentralized coin with the power to its users - all of them! If you'd like a telegram group feel free to create it and publish it here; we'll join and be thankful

I only just realized that the information about PHS in Coinmarketcap.com was incorrect. I've contacted them to share with them the new website, block explorer, and official Github repository.
Wish you guys a good weekend!

Thank you for the feedback. I've fixed the typo. Unfortunately, I'm a developer, not a graphical designer and I'm not native English speaker. If somebody have better pictures, slogans, articles and instructions I would be glad to add them to the site. Wow VladK this is AWESOME work on the website!! If I have time I will try to contribute and get in touch. I will be supportive of the integration of information storage on the PHS blockchain, as you suggested in an earlier post. Thanks for your contributions on the project! You could even inherit of the "dev" title

old coin, fairly pow mined, still works well, good name
why is this one not prime for a reboot?
need to reduce inflation though really.
Minting is not inflation. it's generation of new coins. There are only 5kk coins now, so we can keep this rate for few more years. The main problem of PHS is that only few people control about a half of all coins and this people sit and wait for something and do absolutely nothing to support PHS. This is why Palm gone in the end. Keep yourself 50k PHS, it's still the whole one percent of all existing coins and sell or donate other coins to somebody who is willing to move this coin forward. While you keep coins and do nothing nothing happen. Agree, it doesn't really matter what % coin increase rate we use right now. It will need reducing with careful planning and consensus as needed, no worry about that. It just feels nice to be in this coin for a while; it's a quiet, yet active community; no big fuss, no scam, just some common aspirations. The coin is standing the test of time brilliantly, even without an official dev. After all, wasn't this the original idea behind Bitcoin anyway? For those looking for quick pumps and profits, there are over 2000 shit coins and daily new flavor ICOs to gamble with. Thanks for the visit.

I just received some stones (unexpectedly) from an exchange, should I leave the stones at the exchange so they are staking 24x7 (I'm guessing that's what's happening)?
Hi Muzzargh, I don't think exchanges do stake POS coins. Best would be to install the software and experience the value of PHS for yourself; its resilient design and active user group of stakers

JPred - now would be a good time to stake - thanks!

After reading this thread again, it seems that it would be best if I had stake every day. So after my next big one (sometime in the next 24 hrs) I'm going to try divvy it up so that my stake happens every 12 hours or something. It isn't the most compared to the available supply... but I keep wondering. Does anyone know how much PHS was tied up with cryptsy's demise, or how much of it has not circulated since?
I did stake 2 days ago. Will stake more regular to let my stones weigh in. Thanks guys! The more you are able to stake the better! I don't think many stones were captured by Cryptsy, not sure exactly but I would assume no more than 500k. There are a few inactive big wallets - it's unclear whether these coins were lost or some people still follow PHS and wait for better times. I think Palm was in touch with some of them.

Hi stakers,
Someone helped but we need more stake weight - could you please stake, especially if you have a good amount of stones?
Cheers

Hi TALKers, Greetings from the Philosopher Stone community! We are a group of small investors who like the idea of PHS and the great tech behind it. PHS has been around for over 3 years and has a nice & easy-going community. We've spent over a year without an active dev and the network works seamlessly - PHS is a proper decentralized crypto-currency! Here is our thread if you want to know more about PHS, and TALK with us https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=830427.0

I would love to help but I'm not sure i qualify as the "person of knowledge" you are looking for!
sorros, you are a person of knowledge. It not matter the amount. I say go for it - let nothing hold you back. Hi JPred, Some knowledge yes, relevant knowledge, that's another question I checked the TALK thread but I don't know what is the objective of having a "rep" from PHS. Especially these days when there isn't much being developed.. Also, it seems kiklo is already on the thread. Anyways I will come and say hi

hi Krostue,
I don't think that feature is enabled. It was an idea brought by VladK but I don't think it was implemented.
As far as the network is concerned, the number of connections is great as always, but there is less at stake over the past few days.
>>> We would need some big stakers to rebuild stake weight - if you read this and belong to that group could you pls stake for a little while?
Cheers
