The Bucks won the game in the end, but I don't know if it's more of their merit or the ineffectiveness of the Nets players. Joe Harris 1/11 ... another match like this is not going to happen to him soon. Overall, this match was hard to watch, lots of fight, but even more mistakes and ineffectiveness of the players. Eventually, Middleton woke up, with more points in the first half than in the first two games of this series. Brook Lopez played great in defense, blocking his rivals 6 times.

Italy is the clear favorite to win in today's match - there is no doubt about it. What speaks for the team of Roberto Mancini is not only great series of consecutive wins and matches without defeat, but also the advantage of his own field. The Italian national team has never suffered a defeat in the European championship or the world championship playing at Stadio Olimpico (6 wins, 2 draws), and in the last seven matches they have not lost even a goal. After what I saw in the second game between the Nets and Bucks, I lost all hope of an even competition between the two teams. Another blowout game by the Suns defeating the Nuggets. They can't even do a thing when the lead was up by 15.
They just gave it up and let the bench players finish the time left in the 4th quarter. Somehow, I felt like it was not even close to a playoffs game.
Nuggets can't make stops, threes are not falling at the hole of the rim. Rivers trying so hard and just keep on throwing the ball.
MPJ also not in his usual self because of his back sprain. Will Barton came back but with restricted minutes.
Hoping they have an ace in their sleeve in Game 3 because I don't see them having a chance to win even with a MVP in their roster.
It's true, I was counting on a tougher competition, while at the beginning of the third quarter the game was practically over. Unfortunately, the lonely Nikola Jokic is not enough for a well-organized Suns team. Now two games in Denver and I hope the Nuggets will provide more excitement. |

Congratulations to NIKOLA JOKIC for winning THE 2021 NBA MVP AWARD. It was a close match between Embiid but he actually deserves it as well. We haven't seen an NBA Center winning MVP since Shaq in 2000, I'm glad that he made it this year.  I believe that any other choice would be unfair. The Joker has played brilliantly all season and now he is pulling Denver in the playoffs as well, despite many injuries to his teammates. Jokic was named the MVP as the lowest drafted player in the league's long history. In 2014, he was selected by the Nuggets with number 41. Out of 101 voters, Jokić received 91 nominations. Second was Steph Curry (5), then Chris Paul (2), Joel Embiid, Derrick Rose and Giannis Antetokounmpo, one each. Who the hell voted for D-Rose?!  |

Denver Nuggets as underdogs against the Phoenix Suns. This doesn't sound right. Yeah, they beat the Lakers but AD is a big reason for them losing the series.
This game will be hard fought with changes of strategy every game. What the heck! I'll just go for the experienced ones.

Remember that Murray, Dozier and Barton are injured in Denver, it is a huge weakening for this team. Ayton did really well at times defending against healthy AD, so I think Jokic will have a hard time with him too. If CP3 is healthy, I also consider the Suns to be the favorites of the series. How about with East? Will Bucks try to snatch one game in Brooklyn? James Harden and Jeff Green are out. But what if Griffin will have the same performance as Game 1?  Faced with these injuries, the Bucks are able to fight for the victory. They definitely need to improve the 3-point throw, they were 20% effective in the first match. Well, I think it wasn't just me who realized Kristaps Porzingis is playing poorly in Dallas and not helping the team like he should be, and also KP is very inconsistent in games.
I would like to know, but I don't understand why KP has been playing so poorly lately.
He's very tall 221cm (7-3), he's young, has good ball control (for his height) and he certainly has the ability to be an All Star.
Anyway, I don't understand why he's not an excellent duo with Luka Doncic.
If KP could play a little bit better and improve his skills, probably KP and Dondic could be one of the best duos in the NBA nowdays, maybe in top 10 (my opinion)
I would normally trade Porzingis if I could but we all know that Porzingis is not a hot asset right now so even if they want to trade there wouldn't be a good offer. I believe there is a good chance you can get a few picks for him, and then hope that you draft good players so that you could potentially build a good squad around Luka in the future but that is not going to help in the next 5 years. This is why I think the only option for them is to either get young guys now, or basically get some older generation veterans who can provide something but at the last stint of their lives. Luka is a playmaker if he wasn't I would say a good example would be CP3, dude is still great but won't be for too long so his market is lower, people like that would be great for them if they want something now. However even with that in mind, Dallas has like 10 more seasons of Luka at least, so there is no rush. I think KP's days in Dallas are over. You can see it both in the player and in the team's game. This guy was supposed to be the star of the team and now he is a role player waiting somewhere in the corner of the pitch for the ball. Thats right that injuries do not spare him, but his potential is much greater than he shows it now. I believe that the transfer will be a good solution for both parties. I've read rumors of a trade for Lauri Markkanen. It could be an interesting move. |

Today I bet on Mavs. This series is great to watch and although I considered Clippers to be strong favorites for promotion, I keep my fingers crossed for the team from Dallas. They impressed me a lot in the games so far. Luka is really a genius. Although Kawhi also played in the last match as befits a real team leader, I would prefer to watch the Slovenian's performances in the next round.

The Nets-Bucks game had a great start for the visitors. It's hard to say about the Lakers-Suns rivalry that these are beautiful games. Lots of missed shots, many turnovers on both sides. However, the teams' willingness to fight cannot be denied.
