I went back through all my BFTD buys and then compared this to increasing DCA during the same time period. DCA would have out won with this 5k$ uppity. Shifting my strategy I'm not going put as much emphasis on BFTD vs DCA for a while, there is more severe uppity to come but I have learnt my lesson. Stay calm, learn shit, and dca on. Madrid's match entered extra time now but the score is still unchanged.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting this as I wanted 3 points for Madrid but if it's a 1 point game then it'll be a great week for Girona as they can comfortably secure top spot for at least another week.
Madrid were very good in attack but they wasted a lot of chances in this game which is the problem. It looks like Week 12 won't be a good one for some of the big clubs as after the shock of Atletico yesterday it's now Madrid who are still struggling to get 3 points against Rayo.
After 23yrs Rayo was able to draw Real Madrid at home, this was a big record for them today as Rayo stays on clean shit as Dimitrievski made some dangerous save which would have be a goal. The goal by Newcastle against Arsenal is illegal. I don't know what those VAR referees were doing. This is ridiculous.
There was a foul in attack, committed by the Newcastle player against the Arsenal player, which was close to the Arsenal goalkeeper.
This goal is a joke. This is the second time VAR is failing, after the Liverpool goal against Tottenham, which was unfairly denied.
Maybe VAR should be cancelled. VAR is doing more harm to the football than it goes any good.

The reason why short term are traders is that they can sell after one year and after that bitcoin price pumps 2x or 3x the year after they have sold, this shoes that they have missed out from the long term hodling profit. Imagine that you are running a new business that you just set up and after one year when the business has not stand and it is still facing challenges to grow, you sold half of the business, will that business survive, ot because you have made little profit, you decided to sell the business to someone else and walk away with your capital and little income. If you have left the business and continue to manage it that your little profit that you made will be use to invest back into the business and continuously. A time will come after a very long time that the business has flourished that when you take a reasonable amount from the business profit, it wouldn't affect the business. Same way you should look into bitcoin too. This is why have the long term goal plan and invest, then increase your bitcoin portfolio through DCA frequently, and you will see that you will grow in your bitcoin investment, the longer the timeline, the higher the chances of making profit based on the size of your bitcoin portfolio. But if I can buy once a month with a pending order at the lows, and once a month sell at the highs (rarely too) - am I a holder or a trader?

This is because selling your bitcoin due to little price increase is a way to distract yourself from a long term goal, and it will be hard for you to reach your bitcoin target, if you have. You will also not be able to make a better profit got yourself at the long run and when you make the wrong decision about the market, it can lead to loss and you will regret it. I don't know if anybody is noticing what is happening in the exchange rate of dollar to Naira, omo dollar don dey depreciate back to the former price if you can observe it, and naira is gaming back its value. I just did my calculation based on Binance price and dollar is 806 Naira as I am writing this thread, because bitcoin is 274 743 703 Naira now. At two weeks ago,we knew that it was above 1150 but gradually it is appreciating and nobody knows for how much it will appreciate to.

I see both crypto and fiat casino as the same in terms of limiting your gambling expenses or not. I disagree with you, that one needs technical analysis to be a successful investor. All a newbie needs to become successful is to know the basics of bitcoin by investing in a long term to over the risk that short term hodlers fall into. He also need to know how to buy bitcoin and how much he will assign to his bitcoin investment portfolio weekly or monthly or even quarterly that will not affect your weekly expenses and have a reserve funds. Then that investor is good to start his bitcoin journey. Look at majority of whales don't care about technical analysis because they have the money to buy anytime they feel they need to add more to their bitcoin investment. Poor and average investors that have been accumulating for a very long time now don't know anything about technical analysis as long as they are using DCA method. DCA method of accumulation has gotten rid of the risk that technical analysis can cause to long term investors, because all they need to do is to accumulate weekly or monthly, disregarding the price of bitcoin at that moment. Don't delay yourself from taking the best opportunity now to invest instead of waiting and learning technical analysis below you will invest because it is a waste of time for long term investors. Why I said that you are right is that if you buy at the bottom line of the dip in lump sum and hodli for long term maybe ten years and above, you are very lucky because the market might not experience such anymore since at every new circle the ATH is always higher than the previous one. You are wrong because as long as you are investing in a long term, using DCA strategy and lump sum at the dip, anytime that you invest in bitcoin is favorable i.e all the time it is favorable for newbies as long as his plans is to accumulate weekly or monthly till he reaches his bitcoin target.
