Hope to see technical inprovments on regular basis. Keep on going strong sonm team!
This guy has not seen any new news for too long
In exchange I only see the decline, people can not wait to dump.
 Angry
What decline, I see the increase from sub 2000 satoshi and now the price is 5000 satoshi, which is very close with the ico price (or even more if you value it in usd). If people want to dump to move on, then it's the right time as it's almost ico price.
822  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happened to bitcoins after one died? on: October 04, 2017, 06:19:27 AM
i am also curious to what will happen when too if someone dies without handing his private keys and other personal belongings or bitcoin as well to his/her family or beneficiaries. been also curious to what will happen if your family has no knowledge about it? or how are they going to use it, or maybe they aren't interested? but I am sure they would be interested if that someone who died has a large volume of it.
If he/she died and no one in the family know about bitcoin or don't understand about it, then his bitcoin is lying there in his wallet forever, considered as lost bitcoin until someone find his private key and use it which is unlikely. Teaching family member about bitcoin is a good way to avoid this, then leave your private key in deposit box or something so they can use it after you died.
823  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you guys withdraw your bitcoins to cash? on: October 04, 2017, 06:10:24 AM
I know that for some of you, you can withdraw it directly to your bank account using wallets like coinbase but this feature is not available for many countries.
Since its not available in my country too I always withdraw my bitcoins from my address to payza then from payza to payoneer (by using exchangers).

How do you guys withdraw your btc?
I always use local exchange if i want to cash out my bitcoin. I just deposit my bitcoin to the exchange and sell my bitcoin there, after that i will withdraw to the local bank i use. It take 1 work day before i get the money in my account. I try to use local bitcoin once but it take so long to sell there.
824  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN] Tangerine (Ex-Mandarin) - Democratic Cryptocurrency Exchange on: October 04, 2017, 05:45:24 AM
Keren dah nih proyek, baru kelar kemaren bonti langsung dibagiin. Mantap
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: October 03, 2017, 07:22:09 PM
I sold all my coins at 3400 satoshi. It was enough for me good luck for remaining holderrs

I sold all my tokens at those ranges too. My cost was around 1600-1700 satoshi. Thanks to SONM team and community for profits...

you two have no idea what's coming yet which is why you dumped it. but its a good thing there is a wallet release this month. but if its just few, its best dumped or you will just regret for not buying more.

if you missed GOLEM, SNM has got to be your ride!
Fair play to them as they double their initial investment and they are satisfied with that. But there's still a long way to go and there's a lof of potential in this project. We've seen the price starting to recover with higher liquidity and with the wallet release we will see another price movement.

is the community fork/swap actually real? looking forward to a new community ANN soon if it's true

I agree that a new road map is irrelevant for espers
Well, it's real and it seems like it's going to happen based on what i've seen in the telegram chat (the espers_opencommunity telegram). I don't think a new roadmap is going to change anything as a lot of people are fed up by promises. What the community need right now is some real progress, update or anything that has been promised by the dev.
827  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN] Indorse - Platform Jaringan Profesional yang Terdesentralisasi on: October 03, 2017, 07:02:09 PM

Additional question, as spectre.ai has 2 token (dividend token and utility token), which one that will be given to the bounty?
Thank You.
829  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stealing Bitcoins from online wallets with 2FA on: October 02, 2017, 01:22:54 PM
Well, there's always an exploit that can be used by hacker to get control of our account but adding 2fa makes it harder for them to get the control. If they have to choose, i'm sure they will prefer the one without 2fa as it's easier rather than the effort need to hack the one using 2fa. I don't consider a mobile network safe but it's certaninly better than nothing.

I fell asleep and didn't have the time to predict the spurs game, damn that's an easy 10 points. The late goal from watford and lukaku crushed my prediction. This is going to be another week with low points.  Embarrassed

832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency? on: September 30, 2017, 03:43:40 PM
I don't want to, at least until they found a solution for small transactions fee. The current problem with bitcoin is the fee is considered expensive for small transactions, and if i live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency, then i will have to make a lot of small transactions (to buy food, transportation fee etc) and i have to pay a lot for the fees.
833  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: September 29, 2017, 04:44:42 PM
I called around some stores to see if they accept BTC, no one has even heard of it except like 0.1% of people.  Wait till people actually find out this exists...
There's only a minority of people that know about bitcoin. In my university, i believe only i and a few of my friends that know about bitcoin and i am the one who told them about it. Bitcoin still in early development so there's still so much room to grow.

835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Posting/Sharing gambling related topics & news in facebook on: September 28, 2017, 05:20:34 PM
Hi, are you guys afraid of posting or sharing gambling related topics & news in your personal facebook ?

is it because afraid of siblings, parents or girlfriend noticed it ?

or dont wanna let your workmate, colleagues know that you addicted to gambling ?
I never post gamling related topic in my personal facebook, my parent knows that i gamble but i never talk about it with my relatives and my friends. I have a lot of friends on facebook and not all of them is old enough to read something gambling related. I gamble for fun and i don't want other people to make a bad choice that can lead them into something bad.
836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: September 28, 2017, 02:50:29 PM
The secret of healthy gambling is to do it responsibly and in an intelligent manner. There are a whole lot of strategies that players use to make gambling profitable. In this article, we will give an insight on how to make gambling profitable...

http://www.newsbtc.com/2016/06/14/turn-gambling-profitable-activity/
Making some profit is hard in the long run, but even if you want to get something from gambling, the first thing you must do is to have a proper bankroll management. I saw a lot of people lose all of their money because of sudden impulse to go all in, never do that if you want to make gambling profitable.

According to slack, they are still relocating to New Zealand.

That's why there wasn't much communication.

A new newsletter is supposed to come out soon.

The month is now running out and nothing yet from the team, the team need to learn how to manage community participation, it is not very good to leave investors in the dark, it doesn't speak well of the team

If they are serious company, as they positioning themselves, they must have community manager!
They are relocating the team to new zealand so everyone on the team is in the same place and they can work more efficient. The community manager just arrive in new zealand two days ago. He said that he will interview the new ceo for the upcoming september newsletter later this week.
838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Japan Considers Launching J-Coin, Eliminating Cash Before Tokyo 2020 Games" on: September 27, 2017, 04:51:44 PM
I've always seen Japan as a country that would make the first move considering this. Is this the huge step for motivating other countries to follow Japans footsteps? Tho they're not considering blockchain technology to go with it because it isn't "'mature' enough to handle transactions",
can this have a bigger impact on the bitcoin as well? Also, I see that it would go 1/1 ratio with yen and a coin, so would that mean that the price will be fixed?
Japan is the country with a lot of innovation and this is one of them. So this is going to be like usdt, fixed 1:1 with yen right? 2020 is near and i'm not sure they can complete the move at that time and even if they complete it, no trial run first?
839  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the gaming community on: September 26, 2017, 05:29:49 PM
Maybe they will add bitcoin as a payment method to buy item in cash shop. I don't play online often now but it will be good for bitcoin if they advertise about it on their website as nexon have quite a huge list of online game.
840  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: September 26, 2017, 04:48:18 PM
I have read some posts and some concerns that it is the volatility of Bitcoin that is preventing many people and many businesses to fully adopt Bitcoin. This can be the main factor why big online shopping stores are not yet adding Bitcoin into their payment facilities (though there is now a circulated petition for this but I doubt if it can make a dent).

Some are really saying that if volatility can be managed then we can see Bitcoin going mainstream. I am wondering then: Is volatility something that we should find a way to control and how do you think it can be done?
Volatility of bitcoin can't be controlled, one of the bitcoin feature is decentralised system so there's no one single entity that can control the supply thus controlling the price. It moves according to the supply and demand on market and it can't be controlled. Maybe later when there's a lot of user, the distribution will become more fair and make volatility less.
