All collateral should be held by a trusted third party. Also it makes it much easier to confirm if someone has defaulted if you use a unique repayment address for each loan.
I will add the escrow part, but I want to try out the address first. If I find it confusing I'll generate a new addy for repayment. Thanks for your help! |
