821  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: August 28, 2017, 06:01:00 PM
i recomendation hashflare, need to some month but pay some years Smiley

What the hell did you just wrote? I didn't get it. But I am assuming you are promoting hashflare here and you are saying that you will not ROI within months but years. That is true though. Most cloudmining does not produce you real profits unless you wait till it pays off itself. Which seldom happens in a year. Don't you guys think if it was profitable, they would sell/rent their hash power?
822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Help Me! on: August 25, 2017, 12:48:57 PM
I just lost my $50 while gambling! I want to get it back. How can I earn back my money? I really need it. Also I don't know if this is supposed to be posted here or not so sorry if it is not.

I think this is one of the absurd thread I ever read.  OP wanting to get back his lost $50.  We should not gamble that we cannot afford to lose else this is exactly what will happen.  Though I can say it is a good thing that you think of earning your money back, and there is solution for that.  Though it will take time to earn it from this forum.  Join the bounties task in the services or Altcoin bounties boards.  And you are able to earn more than what you have lost in that gambling.

Totally! If you are gambling, make sure you are not gambling with money you cannot afford to lose. But here goes OP gambling a small amount, however that small amount is something really big for him and he could not afford to lose it but he did. He gambled it. Maybe he thought to himself, "why not gamble it first before I use it for the intended purpose, it would be more money in the end." Big mistake!

OP you can't cry here wanting your $50 back. No one will help you or even pity you!
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling bot - need advice - [First post bear with me] on: August 25, 2017, 11:34:06 AM
I will never download any bots or any shits from unknown sources like you have posted above. No any strategy or bots can guarantee profit even after running it for months. You can actually loss all you have when trying some strategy or bot settings like me, lost all I have overnight in bustabit trying some custom autobetting script.

My suggestion for you is to stay away from all these types of bots and autobetting scripts.

That is true, I've experienced that before. I lost some bitcoins because I downloaded a seuntjie bot from an unknown source and thought it was fine because of the same as the original. Boy, was I so wrong there. The minute I deposited the bot withdrew my money out of the casino. My mistake was that I also did not have 2FA on, so the bot can just withdraw anything it wants at anytime. Well, legit source or not, i would not really recommend any bots. Just play and enjoy, that's the best you can do.
824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos on: August 25, 2017, 11:14:51 AM
How do you feel cheated no site or wallet has ever forced someone to gamble and with the price increasing that should be a lesson for all of you to not gamble and better to save you are simply feeding more value to the casinos they still accept only bitcoin so it doesn't make any difference to them

I agree, if you think bitcoins prices would go up then why did you even gamble with your btc? That is your own choice and that is your own and you cannot blame this on anyone. If you want to gamble then gamble using fiat and not your bitcoins. There are plenty of other gambling sites that accept fiat anyway, in fact there are 10 times the number of fiat casinos than bitcoin casinos.
825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: trusted beting site?? on: August 25, 2017, 11:07:19 AM
hey I am new here..I like to bet like as cricket predict, football predict..so need some trusted site where I am never loss my money.

You cannot prevent the loss of money in any gambling site or gambling game. That is the nature of gambling, you win and loss money. It is not always a winning game.
But if you are referring to a gambling site that would not run with your money then there are a lot of them here. You just have to do your own research and choose which
one you like best.
826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustration in betting. on: August 25, 2017, 11:03:24 AM
Funny enough have been looking for just daily two odds. But seems it's impossible
Now am down to daily 1.50 odds daily. Please does anyone knows a genuine tipsters or site that I can pay to give me daily odd of 1,50. Or 2 odds
or can anyone in the house assure me of a daily 2 odds or 1.50 odds. Then I will pay you. Odds should be 100% becausE my stake are always high

There won't be anyone that can give you guaranteed earnings from gambling. That is why it is gambling. If anyone can give you guaranteed wins then they would actually be super rich and they will never sell their expertise to anyone since they profiting from it. That would be insane to sell your skill for money that is a fraction of what you can actually earn.
827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: August 25, 2017, 10:58:16 AM
I just want to ask how would you know if a person is suffering from gambling addiction. Can you guys tell me the signs of it?
The sense of stress and can not get away from gambling sites is a sign that we have been suffering from gambling diseases. Every day we do not want to stop to play.
Gambling is very entertaining especially when you win a big amount. You can determine if you're under stress of gambling or suffering on gambling is when you want to coincide even without money and makes you happy when you play it.

Being happy gambling without money is not an addiction in my opinion. You are just there playing and without even losing a single dime. That's like playing on your very own slot machine. I think an addict is one you cannot live with gambling and he tries his very best to gamble even if it was the last dime he has in his pocket.
828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins needed for martingale on: August 25, 2017, 10:52:47 AM
I think it depends on how long of consecutive lost are you planning to beat.  YOu just simply calculate the base bet and the multiplier then add all of them.  That is the amount you need to widthstand a certain losing streak.

It doesn't just depend on the consecutive losing streak, because no one can predict how long a losing streak anyone can lose in a martin gale system.
Even if you set something like 10 losses and that is it, it doesn't guarantee you will not lose on the very first few bets you make.
829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 25, 2017, 10:37:08 AM
I'm playing with my profit, because I could not have this money in case of a loss and they are not so sorry to lose. In general, I consider this as entertainment and do not set a goal to make a profit.

If you are considering gambling as an entertainment and you don't set any goals with it, you are probably rich enough though. As most of the gamblers are playing with profit too but we had almost the same agenda to make profit and add some additional money in our pocket. And everyone feels sorry when we are about to lose this profit.

Rich or poor, you have to set limits! It would be stupid not to do it as there is a great chance that you will just bet everything you have and never be able to get it back.
Even if you are rich, what if you bet like 10% of your riches everyday? That would only take you 10 days to fully deplete all your money and you won't even know what hit you.
830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: August 25, 2017, 10:31:53 AM
What can you say about this rematch? The match is locked on but there will be things to be set before settling an exact date and venue.
Source : http://www.bbc.com/sport/boxing/40972273

To be honest, fuck that. That was the most boring match I've seen. Also, what the hell were the australians thinking when they hosted the match on an outdoor ring? What is this, wimbledon? Damn it, Australians don't know how to host a damned boxing match! If there would be a rematch bring it back to Vegas please!
831  Economy / Gambling / Re: theBTClottery.com introduction and feedback on: August 25, 2017, 10:20:32 AM
Most of the Bitcoin lottery sites don't really take off. Reason being is that most people would simply rather do a 9900x bet on dice and know right away if they've hit the lottery rather than having to wait to see the result.

Lotteries are generally best for physical items such as Houses, Cars, Phones, etc and for charitable funds.

However good luck to you and your new site.

I would say that this is the fact of the matter for lottery games. The chances of winning lotteries are really slim compared to just playing gambling games at their highest multiplier. I haven't seen a bitcoin lottery that progressed to be one of the most competitive gambling site all over the world. Most of them just die, though maybe OP can offer something different and be able to survive, who knows.
832  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitmain Hacked - Change all your gambling site passwords on: August 25, 2017, 10:13:04 AM
Oh that is a big blow but I don't have any account there and also I have activated 2fa in almost all of my important accounts already so hope I will be in safe side  Grin

Quote
Data breach includes user data, including encrypted passwords, email addresses and phone numbers.
If they have strongly encrypted users password when storing in their server than I think hacker might not gain access to user passwords. Am I wrong?

The email and phone number is a big problem. If you use an exchange such as Coinbase or Gemini or CEX, if someone knows your phone number they can get your 2FA if you are using Authy.

With your email AND phone number they can easily reset any password and even reset your Authy.

This is a huge problem
By reset you mean getting all the 2fa codes? that'll happen only when one enables multi-device feature, one can always disable that feature and stay safe from sms/call based authy recovery.

Yes. Go to Authy website and read the FAQs. Its basically for people who have no recovery codes and a way for them to get their account back.

They can easily get it back with EMAIL + PHONE NUMBER. Even if they had no multi device checked off.

Though it defeats the purpose right? What if your email was hacked then they can recover the 2FA for authy then they can hack everything connected to it.
I think the best way is to create a paper backup of the qr code of your 2FAs so that you can securely store them and no one else have access to it but you and
whatever authenticator you use.
833  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: August 25, 2017, 10:04:15 AM
Hello!

I've got a few coins on the side and I'd like to make them work.
Which gambling site do you advise me to invest in the bankroll?

I think that "investing" in bitcoin casinos, this isnt an investment, maybe only with dice you can invest something
Casino its lucky Smiley
If you want to invest maybe you can try with trade/exchange

i think this is including with investing because we only deposit and send it to the house and let the house playing with our money and if the house is win, then we can get sharing profit too. but we can not always depend with the house because sometimes the house can get loss too and its only a matter of time. if you want to invest, then try to buy one or more coin then you can hold it for some period time.
This is still investing, since you are being part of the casino which actually profits in the long run. So I think casinos are a good investment actually. They are actually sure to win in the long run unlike gamblers themselves. Also, since this is an investment that means there is a chance to lose too. Nothing is certain in this world, but investing in gambling sites is a bit secured.
834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker v Other casino games online on: August 25, 2017, 09:53:19 AM
Poker is quite new to me and usually I just play some card games like blackjack and slots. Dice is also one of my favorite but I get bored just after playing it for few hours.

Don't know how much casino are earning from poker but I think dice can generate more revenue for casino. Does any casino have ever published their revenue from individual games?

You would enjoy poker the same with blackjack and slots. Although I know how to play poker, I don't usually play it as much as baccarat or blackjack or slots though. I'm already done with dice games, and I don't have the thrill anymore as compare to the games that I've mentioned.

Poker requires a lot of skills and strategies before a player wins. Dice is easy to understand and you can just rely on luck and a little strategy (like the martingale).

Of course you should have the skills when you play poker. I'm not saying that I don't have the skills but it takes a lot of time for me to really play with it. I usually play just a hour or two in a week whether online or landbased casino. I just play for fun and enjoyment.
I agree with " It doesn't give thrill anymore " with dice and other casino games but it can never happen with poker because you will be facing different types of players and the fun and joy never ends unless we are in very bad red streak.

Yeah since there are so many dice sites and it has been here for so long as a gambling game for bitcoins. It really gets tiring and boring. I guess the best thing is to play other games. Nowadays there are so many gambling games that are so unique and even player vs player which is totally nice. I guess dice is a dying game, though still the most popular.
835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos on: August 24, 2017, 05:56:23 PM
My grandfather once told me that there's nothing legit in a casino except the buffet!  The house will always win long term as we all know, even with provably fair games.  Try to play at the most reputable sites you can, and don't over value your " skill " in a particular game.  Thinking that you're better than you really are is one of the worst mistakes people make.

I think this is not all dependent on the expertise. Luck is also a very important value. So if we have luck and skill then we can get the victory. But if we do not have both then we will experience a disastrous defeat.

I agree with that guy's grandfather. Though technically thy are not cheating as we agreed to their rules. They put a house edge because they want to have a better chance of winning over their players. That is just how their business is. Luck and skill has little to do in gambling to be honest. The casino has a statistical advantage and that means you will lose in the long run.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Friends, may I have your help? on: August 24, 2017, 05:42:25 PM
Hi Friends

We are ETTA Games. May I bother you for awhile and have your kindly suggestions or comments on our product?

We launched our 1st game(ettagames.io) last week, and we are happy there are many friends visited our site and experience the Free Games(Thank you all very much, really!), but we found only few people did place a bet. My heart is broken.

I am wondering if it's possible you can share your feeling on experiencing our game with me and what stop you from making a real play if you visited our site previously?

Any feelings or any reason, and I will deeply appreciate it that any message from you, it will help us to build the best product in blockchain.

That will be great if you can reply here directly or message me.

Currently we only accept ETH to play our game, but we are working on to accept Bitcoin and will be launched in September.

If this is not allowed to post here, please kindly let me know and I will remove it immediately.

Thank you all in advance
ETTA Team

Sad to hear your story, I wasn't able to play at your casino. Though you should be heartbroken, that is part of the journey of any business. What you should do is stand up and try again. Maybe you are doing something wrong that is why no one really did place a bet on your casino. Just keep on improving it, and someday it could rival all the big casinos today.
837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling bot - need advice - [First post bear with me] on: August 24, 2017, 04:25:43 PM
Hi All,

I've recently just started using bitcoin and I'm very excited about all the possibilities, especially that I can have a bit of fun with my addiction anonymously Smiley

to make a long story short I really enjoy all the dice games and all the new sites just looks amazing.... and the UX blows me away!

Was wondering if someone here already encountered pages like : https://earnbitcoinwithsatoshibot.wordpress.com

I see it's possible to make a bit of money, I tried some of the strategies and they worked quite well (compared to manual actions),
and it's a bit more fun to open 10 windows all running automated trade bots and see what happens...

Have anyone had any experience? do you have other tips / recommendations for the long run?

Thanks!!!
D
 Roll Eyes

Not sure if this thread is ehre to promote the website/blog or just a newbie genuinely asking for advise... Hmm....

But regardless, no strategy will work in any gambling site. A bot generally executes a fixed strategy all throughout playing the game. Statistically, you will realize that when you use a strategy, it will never win in the long run as you are playing a negative EV game. Hence, every game you play, you actually lose money.
838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 24, 2017, 04:20:58 PM
I guess gambling is everywhere so we really need to learn how to live in this world without gambling. To quit gambling is to kill that persona (the gambler) in your mind. I suggest if you want to exclude yourself into gambling find someone to do lots of meeting that will help you, like your friend/s, family, strangers, to have fun with a people not in a thing. I have always said gambling is the only mental activity I can think of that gives me that rush but I'm wrong. Look outside on your window that there are other activities that can give the same rush you're looking for.

You dont need to distract yourself, you just need to face it. Once you face it, you will be able to have a solid determination of not gambling if you dont want to do it. If you keep on distracting yourself sooner or later you wont be able to hold yourself when you have the urge to gamble again

I agree, distraction will just be a temporary solution to a gambling problem. The best solution is totally quit it. To do it, you have to accept you are addicted to it, realize your mistakes, and completely stop gambling all together. That would be the best thing to do. Then after that you can tell yourself that you don't need gambling in your life.
839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 24, 2017, 04:14:13 PM
yes of course if i dont play with my profit i cant profit more In most cases withdraw half of my profit and play with other half .
You are right; if you will not play with your profit then you cannot earn more profit. But in gambling world, most of the time gambler ends up losing everything if they keep on striking again and again. Isn't better to invest that profit in some more reliable and working method like trading or buying a share in some business etc ?

I still play with my profit simply because I want to enjoy more of my gambling habit. Sometimes I think that its better to quit while you are winning. But when I play I just want to have some fun or enjoyment, so If I won already, I keep my bankroll and then play with my profit but this time I just try to make a small bet and see if I can further stretch my winning moments. So I just enjoy it and when I lose, I quit, but if I got lucky and still won then I continue to play and enjoy. I don't try to chase money that came from winnings. That is why I just stop when all my previous winning were lost already and happy that I didn't lose bankroll.

Just don't! If you are winning, leave the table and run away and don't ever look back! That is how the gambling sites, casinos and sports books get you!
They let you think you can win some more money but they just want you to gamble some more and in the end they will win back all the money you got.
If you win money, take it home.

Mayweather vs McGregor: What time will the fight start, what date is it on and who is predicted to win?

Floyd Mayweather and Onor McGregor has arrived, and the stage is set for action. We are ready to expect the unexpected and make set a new or maintain a record.

After several speculations regarding the results of this fight, we will soon be experiencing the dramatic event in 3 days from now. Also after several trash talking from both sides, the deal day here. Three days from now we will set a new record and standard.

Read More here : http://stephmagazine.com/mayweather-vs-mcgregor-time-will-fight-start-date-predicted-win/

Who's Your Choice ? https://twitter.com/entrstephen/status/900552866695446531

I'm going with McGregor here. He has the age advantage, he's a lot younger and faster than Floyd. Even if McGregor doesn't have experience in the boxing ring, his stand up game is totally arguably the best in all fighting sports. Then size advantage also goes to McGregor here, Floyd even tried using heels to show they had the same height, that was funny.
