821  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another dice site - Dice That Makes You Poor (not really) on: August 17, 2017, 06:59:10 PM
Very curious why the title of the dice site is "Dice that makes you poor."

I think this is just a scam site. Like what everybody said, he's just waiting for a big deposit and runaway.
He will likely not get apprehended if he does run away since it would be very hard to trace this guy as his
gambling site is not registered and because of anonymity of bitcoins and such.
822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 17, 2017, 06:54:07 PM
Now since i have lots of loses i manage not to play gambling anymore i don't want to lose any profit that came from trading it is like your working hard to trade just to earn and lost it from gambling with in a minute we only thought that good side about gambling just for the sake of profit but the reality wreck our life.

Well that is a sad case of an addiction if you keep on wasting your profits in gambling. If you are profiting and you think that you want to gamble those profits away,
take a second thought about it. It will just be a waste of time and effort if you do. The best thing you could do is save your profits and just gamble like 1% of it and
nothing more just for fun.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do you guys gamble BTC? on: August 17, 2017, 06:48:59 PM
I want to try gambling some of my BTC, but I don't know where to gamble it. What sites are legit and have a varieties of gambling options I can mess around with?

So many gambling sites you can choose from. But I would say pick those that are trusted and has a proven track record as a gambling site.
For casino gambling, try fortune jack. One of the oldest and best one out there. Never had an issue with scamming players or anything bad.
For sports gambling, try nitrogensports. Pretty good grading of matches, though I would not say there are the best grading though.
824  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: August 17, 2017, 06:44:44 PM
In above sites you mentioned bitdice is good invest for dice or casino games. Being out of gambling playform. I can say any type of gambling option would waste your money. If you enough fund you can at least donate to the poors. For entertainment you prefer betting to see profit some time.
lol why don't you ask the same question to all the rich kids in the world ? They waste tons of money on things they don't need.Speaking facts,if all the billionaires contributed .2% of their fortune for charity,we would eradicate global poverty by 50!
But why would they ? It's not their problem ? Its their hard earned money ? Same goes here,it's his money, you can't stop them from doing what they do with it as he didn't ask for poverty lol
Also, who said gambling always mean loses ? That's illogical.

In the long run, gambling is negative EV, which means the longer you gamble you will likely lose money along the way. That is gambling, it is not the role
of gamblers to profit here. It is the casino's business to profit. Don't know why you guys have to bring in the poor, but I believe most poor people is by
choice. They can always work for food and whatever they need, but most of them are lazy. Complete limbs but they would prefer to beg for alms.
825  Economy / Gambling / Re: Biggest faucet for dice? on: August 17, 2017, 06:39:13 PM
Yolodice has a pretty big faucet money each withdraw and it doesn't even require a captcha when you reach a certain level.
Though I am very unlucky in even faucets and I have never grown it to the point I can withdraw the money.
826  Economy / Economics / Re: No "In God We Trust" to Trust: Cryptocurrency Trend to Grow on: August 17, 2017, 03:30:53 PM
Cryptocurrency doesn'f follow the rules. So that is why governments are really worried. Now governments are making a move against or for
bitcoins and other crypto. It is inevitable to happen that governments will have an eye on crypto and it will gain more traction in the next
few years.
827  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-12] Bitcoin ‘Has No Intrinsic Value’ But Neither Does Fiat on: August 17, 2017, 02:21:51 PM
While I agree with most of the article, there is something that should not be forgotten: Bitcoin's extreme volatility is harming its usability as a means of exchange and, above all, as an unit of account. So for now it's less "money" than a "speculative asset". That makes the "intrinsic value" problem even worse, because the current prices we see are all based on the assumption that in the future there will be an usage of BTC as a currency. But if one day it becomes clear that Bitcoin will not hold this promise, then the value can crash any time to very low amounts.

Bitcoin basically is not usable still in the same way like fiat currencies or even gold, where the price related to real world asset is almost fixed or at least, a bit more predictable (if you have a constant but relatively stable inflation rate like e.g. in Argentina where most of the past years inflation was between 20 and 25% yearly). And that is the hard problem if Bitcoin wants to compete some day with real fiat currencies and not only with stocks.

There are possible solutions for that volatility problem, but people seem not being interested in them.

(And no, using Bitpay is not a solution for the long term.)

That is true. What happens to bitcoins now is that it is just being used as an investment vessel and not anymore what it was intended to be used in.
It is not being circulated well enough to be something that could rival fiat. people just keep on hoarding it and keeping it in their wallets. The result is
more volatility.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good charts for crypto? on: August 17, 2017, 02:07:58 PM
Where do you find good charts for coins? I'm on bittrex and their charts suck. Trading view is ok but they only have the top coins and there are pop ups every so often asking me to subscribe . Ideally free and no subscription required.

Just use the graphs of the exchanges and make a decision based from what you see and understand.
Most of the time those are the only tools traders need to trade and make a profit. Add some strategy,
intelligence and some knowledge of the cyrpto you are trading, and you'll profit for sure.
829  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on the high side? on: August 17, 2017, 01:25:03 PM
Is it still a good timing to enter the market for bitcoin? or should i wait for price to drop before entering?

Yeah I think it is, take the opportunity as there is still great potential here. You can still probably profit more than 50% this year.
I think the price will end up at $7000 or even more before year end. That is my prediction on bitcoin. I won't even be surprised to
see this reach $10,000.
830  Economy / Services / Re: I need a arduino or raspberry pi programmer for Bitcoin LCD ticker (0.025 BTC) on: August 16, 2017, 05:16:28 PM
I'd like to have a LCD screen with will show bitcoin and another cryptocurrency prices showing in real time something like this:

If anyone knows how to do please PM me!

I am interested in this too. I saw one on an online shopping site and got curious what it was and googled it. Plenty of cool stuff can be made with it.
Getting a nice custom ticker for bitcoins would be pretty awesome! It is likely easy to do for a professional but I'd also like to see a guide for a DIY build.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: TELEGRAM CHANNEL TO LEARN TECHNIQUES AND NECESSARY CRYPTOCURRENCY EDUCATION on: August 16, 2017, 04:59:26 PM
I never base my actions on someone else's opinion. I use only their thoughts. We all make mistakes, and Analytics is no exception. We can learn from their example to analyze the behavior of the market, but must make a decision by themselves.

I agree, especially pump and dump signals! These are shit, the reason they give it out is because they actually already bought before they say it
will pump and they have already sold before they announce it will dump! That is the secret of these pump and dump signals. They actually profit
if there are a lot of people that follow their signals.
832  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: August 16, 2017, 04:51:04 PM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?

It will never happen. This would mean the governments will not have any control over the money their people uses.
Losing control over their people will be troublesome, so they will never allow it. It would mean that they can no longer
control inflation too.
833  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: August 15, 2017, 05:46:32 AM
Which one suits you the most?
I use local bitcoin wallet because this is the easy-to-use bitcoin wallet to my country, its easy to change to cash incase I need it.

That's not a wallet. Just so you know, it is not a wallet because it is some sort of a storage for your bitcoins that will be sold. Technically that is not a wallet.

Online wallets are like coinbase or blockchain.info.
834  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: August 14, 2017, 02:35:36 PM
The world NOW needs virtual currencies. It was not like this before. Before the internet, people didn't have these and life was harder.
Nowadays, people need a way to transact faster and without physically sending cash over the internet. So we need virtual currencies.
835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: OKBits.net - Bitcoin Gambling (Crash Mode) on: August 11, 2017, 11:22:53 AM
Do you have purchased this script from bustabit or you are just using this script without notifying bustabit? Is this script available as open source now?  Huh

I have heard that this script is copyright protected and no-one can use it without bustabit permission.

Likely they bought it from someone else. For sure bustabit does not sell their script or it is open sourced.
They might have found someone selling a script that was built to imitate bustabit, but generally I do not think it is the same.
Bustabit does not have patent over their game anyway, so I think anyone can just create their own crash game.
836  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▰ ◢/╲/\_ PARADICE.TO _/\╱\◣ ▰ | Android App/Autobet/Invest/Faucet/Forum/Jackpot on: August 11, 2017, 11:16:15 AM

Our android-app has been updated.

Also we've made some performance optimizations, rolls / page-loading time should be way faster by now.

Further changes / updates / upgrades coming soon!

You are a very gifted programmer and designer. Because you took a simple site and made it very professional looking. However the way you handled that entire Primedice phishing lead to damaged reputation probably forever.

With enough patience and maybe a successful signature campaign your site could of reached hundreds of thousands of gamblers and you would of been making great income, but the way you tried tricking Primedice web traffic into your website was very wrong.

I agree that the dev is talented and paradice is one of the few with a good mobile app.

But I should disagree that he can recover the reputation after phishing trials he make. For me the most logical choice will be a clean beginning under another brand. Without any connection to paradice.

The problem in my opinion with 99% of all the small bitcoin gambling sites is that they don't really make any money. They probably get deposits no bigger than 0.01BTC from a few people and those people once they lose the 0.01BTC they usually never make any more deposits.

Most of the casino revenue is from the top 5 big sites like PrimeDice, the rest are trying their hard to compete. Very rarely these days is there a new up and coming casino that actually ends up being successful or a big hit.

That is true, small time gambling sites don't profit at all. That is why we see a lot of them just closes down in the next few months.
Though the problem too is that this site is a scammer. They tried to scam users and even tried to scam people using a dirty little trick using a bug in google chrome.
They tried to steal people's money and primedice was able to prove their shitty scam. I am surprised this guys are still here.
837  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Arbitrage Opportunity for people based in the USA, 3 to 6 % daily profit on: August 11, 2017, 11:04:34 AM
I think OP ran back to Africa and try to cheat the cheetas for their food.
Sorry OP, you will really not get any interest here. People on the forum are way smarter than you think.
Try scamming the monkeys for peanuts and I think you will still fail at it miserably.

839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 11, 2017, 10:56:37 AM
There's nothing wrong in gambling unless it was banned or prohibited in your country, playing gambling should be for fun but if it will affect the financial status of the family then it can be wrong. Wr should know pur priority first.

The only thing wrong here is your point of view. If you think that you are only playing for fun then dont play at all because you are only going to waste your money. Simply try to go for android games which dont need any money at all, you dont even need to fear about losing any penny at all if you play this
Agree. People say if we gamble to make money it will only be a waste of money because there is no gap in the gamble to make money. Then what's the difference with gambling for fun? Is it gambling to have fun we will really get fun? Gambling but keep losing money is not fun at all.
Yeah, that is quite the difference. It is more on the mindset really. People who gamble and think they can profit from gambling are delusional and they will lose more money because they think they can get back what they lose by investing more money for their gambling "business." Which in truth will just drain their money. Compared to people who gamble for fun, who do not care if they lose their money. If they lose it, they forget about it and they just have fun with it, even in their minds the want to win they do not chase their losses.
840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fun seeking gamblers vs profit seeking gamblers on: August 11, 2017, 10:52:03 AM
gambling for fun, profit is only bonus and i rarely to get big win in gamble. spare a little of money and gamble. play game that we like, so we can get some fun with it. if win, take is as bonus and if lost we not regret it because we gambling for fun
but you should admit that everytime you lost , you never accept that. usually people prefer to chase that loss , at least to get back their capital , and instead they receive back the losing amount , it is always ended up badly with an addiction hit you , you can not quit to try.

so it is obviously never easy to apply that principle of "profit are only abonus!"
I like what you say chasing defeat sometimes not getting back but even add defeat,Culminating in an unhappy defeat. But if I have much capital I will not lose my money the gambling. Wink

Your sentences feel like they were copy pasted on google translate then translated to chinese (or whatever language) then translated back to english.
From what I understood, chasing losses would result to more losses also if you had money, you will not gamble.
That was what I understood from your sentence. Then why are you here on the gambling thread? :/
