What works for me might not work for you. I only buy a couple of bitcoins every now and then and just keep them and forget about it for about a few months or so. Afterwards, when I deem that the prices are ripe and the coins are already in profit, I sell them and I wait for another few good months and repeat the same process over and over again.

I think the price of bitcoin will not affect the fiat. Even the price of bitcoin reach $100,000, the fiat still the same. But itf the bitcoin price is $10,000 or more, it will attract more people to use bitcoin, because it's really high price for a coin and maybe fiat user will change into bitcoin.

Be prepared, a crash of the dollar would more than likely bring down other world currencies. The world economy would be in ruins. Commodities would be a nice safe haven if the dollar ever crashes.

The banks will not disappear because most of people in the world use bank credits. Like mortgage, vehicle loans, home loans, consumer loan or commercial loan. Maybe one day we can receive all these loans as a bitcoin but the place where we are going to receive all these loans is the banks.

You should not invest it at all because why should you, with holding it for a long term you can maybe become a rich man.

Not all countries are same and all of them don't have free outlook to their citizens. Money is power, so many countries don't want their citizens earn free money from the internet. Especially such type of money which can be generated through mining.
The more money people will have, the more power they will possess. I think that is the basic psychology behind some countries banning bitcoin.

ICO contributions are released once the contributor receives their coins. In other words, once you have a working wallet and the coins you paid for are under your control. Really the thing should be working fastly dev so that many people already have lot of faith in this project. It's right time for you to prove yourself as one of the legit person when you are doing all these. It's more better if the fund are with escrow so that more contributors will have an eye on this project. I agree with you escrow is really needed.
