821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 18, 2020, 05:04:43 PM
HODL isn't for the weak who will start raising their voices after few years of holding if the coin don't surge, to HODL you must be ready for a very long journey because bear market can take years to be alive more than bull market, holding coins is not meant for weak people

It is not for weak people, and now they are going to yield the result of their HODL, Bitcoin price is now hovering in the $17800 to $18000,  great profit for those who bought Bitcoin when the pandemic hit and still holding it, they have doubled their investment, this is one proof that there is a big profit to be made in the word HODL.
822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 16, 2020, 11:32:14 PM
Until we see that Bitcoin transaction is speed has improved and the transaction fee is lower, we will have no chance no chance to see Bitcoin being used in a real life casinos, and the possibility is very remote right now, there are so many Bitcoin transaction going on that some transactions takes longer than 10 hours to get confirm, something that is not acceptable in a real life gambling.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 16, 2020, 01:36:24 AM
It's not putting your money it's more like throwing away your money, you will lose all your money the moment you deposit your money in a Ponzi like site, we should not support Ponzi scheme even if people are posting their payment proof, these are early birds and the admin gave them so they can post their payment proof and invite other people to invest in their Ponzi scheme.
824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Kell Brook vs Terence Crawford November 14 on: November 16, 2020, 12:48:48 AM

Yeah, but once he has caught by Crawford, I don't know it looks like he quit. But after the fight he said that he didn't see the punch. But he made no excuses, and Crawford proved his doubters wrong again. Also Arum said that he is willing to set up a fight with Spence anytime.

The fight between Crawford and Spence should happen, the battle between who is the best welterweight is on between these two fighters
so they have to settle once and for all and who will remain undefeated and who will rule as the undisputed welterweight champion, both have the same characteristic, they analyze their opponents and are slow starter.

826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How will crypto behave during a Biden presidency? on: November 15, 2020, 10:02:23 AM
If there is positive regulation on crypto, the market will increase considering that other countries will also apply the same regulations.
Only countries that are friendly to the United States that does not have a regulation in place, other countries already set up their own regulations on Cryptocurrency, so if the United States create one of their own, it will not have impact on other countries which already have, maybe only those countries that are strict to Cryptocurrency, like in India.
827  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers are using the name of Airdrop to take the wallet's private key. on: November 14, 2020, 02:06:06 PM
You will just laugh at this attempt if you know and fully understand that your private is something that you only you own, and your mantra is not your key not your coin, they can use all the methods they can think as long as you not giving out your private key and your credentials, you are going to be safe.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YOUC a good example of project recovering from dump because of it's potential on: November 14, 2020, 01:09:07 PM
It seems mostly bounty and airdrop participants have sold their tokens that's why the price of YOUC is recovering anyways I wouldn't blame bounty participants for the price dump of youc it was youc team's fault they didn't made any strategy before distribution they should have listed their token on an exchange with higher liquidity to avoid price dump.

Binance listing will cost them a lot, but I know they can, they want to hit the small and decentralized exchange to test the water before going for the big exchange, it's hard to ignore the composition of the team they are top on the industry where they are in, which means they are capable to pull this thing to greater heights, it seems they are ok with the dumping they are not worried because they believe on it's potential it will eventually recover, only time can tell.

830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 12, 2020, 03:39:37 AM
It's rare for a gambler to come back and try to recover what he losses, you can't do that recovering your losses just happened it is not planned and can be planned sometimes you got lucky and you realized that, you are winning and you recovered your losses, the best thing to do when this things happen is to pack up stop and enjoy your winnings.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO! Which one do you want to return again? on: November 11, 2020, 02:51:04 PM
Creating new concepts means increasing the amount of scamming in new ways. I think i had to come back to invest in IEO.

We don't need other new ways to crowdfund projects, IEO is ok as long as the IEO is launching on exchanges like Binance and Kucoin, there are a lot of successful crowdfunding in IEO, that are launched on Binance, but IEO is good but we should still look on the potential of the projects, there are a lot fo successful IEO but failed to live to expectation.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ether Wallet Scam on: November 11, 2020, 01:48:35 PM

Don't ever synchronize your Google account with the email you use in registration on several websites.

Don't synchronize it on anything, your main email should be separated from all the other emails that you are using from bounty campaign airdrop campaign and other sites where you have to sign up, and don't get into the habit of clicking any email that comes to you that are unfamiliar.
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUY 32 ETH on: November 10, 2020, 02:42:26 PM
Sure I would BUY 32 ETH if I have the money, which I don't have 14K laying around. This thing is getting expensive over the years. It's like $450 each already, man!

At the current price of $446 that's $14272 I don't think many of us here have that kind of amount of money especially those living in a third world the most I can come up is 3 Ethereum I guess I will have to be contented in just buying and HODLING I have no way to buy 32 worth of Eth at the current situation.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 09, 2020, 06:53:00 AM
scammers are everywhere even outside of the crypto space they scattered all over the world. What we need to do is, we should put on the full armor of knowledge and wisdom to avoid  all this kind of fraud or scam. If we have fallen victim to scam, has no one but ourselves to blame.

The only way not to get scammed is to be more knowledgeable than scammers we must know how they think, how they do their business, what I mean is awareness, if we are aware that we know how they work there will be fewer people who will get scammed and they will eventually stop scamming people as long we exposed them.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are new to crypto this is for you on: November 09, 2020, 04:02:08 AM

1. Learn to control your greed
2. Money making should come last, learning is the first thing to do
3. Do research on exchanges as there are many bad eggs among the good exchanges
4. Follow the crypto investment rule, don't invest more than you can afford to lose
5. Don't put all your eggs in one basket, diversity is the way of winners in crypto space

If only newbies will implement and remember all of these pointers we will have lesser or no scammed investors in the community, scammers can scam because of a lack of education and guidance from those people who know.
And if newbies give time to read everything about investing in Cryptocurrency and take to heart what he read and watch it will save him from all the scammers that are lurking everywhere.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Youengine (YOUC) failed on: November 08, 2020, 01:53:18 PM
They used a huge token supply for the bounty hunters which is not a good strategy. They can spend but not so much as they did. As a result, they got hunters and fake hype for their huge bounty support failed to get volume on the exchange. Maybe they will change their strategy before listing big exchange
I totally agree with you, they have allocated too many tokens for the bounty program. A couple of weeks ago I regretted not participating in the project and now I do not regret it

It's to early to tell if you really are going to regret or not regret, I've seen their site and the  way they create their new site they are targeting advertisers and they are going to launch the platform and the application, let's see what's going to happen after a few months, either the price will recover or the project will stop developing because of failure.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger owners lose 1.1 million XRP!! on: November 06, 2020, 09:51:27 AM
Ledger owners lose 1.1 million XRP to scam site.

After a major leak of email and personal information earlier this year, Ledger customers are experiencing a surge in phishing attempts.

Here is full details
https://cointelegraph.com/news/ledger-owners-lose-1-1-million-xrp-to-scam-site

It is ignorance and carelessness on the part of the owner that he losses that huge amount of XRP, Ledger wallet is still safe what's not safe is how the owner's ignorance of how hackers works and phishing email works, in the first place how he acquired that ledger without getting proper education on how it works and how scammers, the blame is on him.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 04, 2020, 01:34:24 PM

I would like to say to all professional managers that Escrowed is very important and all of you should follow it.

Just in my opinion
Otherwise
1. Hunter will decrease
2. Team cheating step will increase

Even if they do not escrow bounty hunters will still list themselves to be part of the project, they do not check the escrow even if it favorable to bounty hunters, they check if the project has potential in the market, if the project has potential or the developers are reputable, they don't care about the escrow thing, only questionable projects need escrow.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happens to those DeFi project now? on: November 04, 2020, 12:52:08 PM
DeFi projects are still good and some of them will have a long term potential it's the bad actors that people should weed up, right now so many scam reports are concentrated on DeFi and it's giving a bad reputation to the industry, it's saturated it's hard to tell who among these projects are true and legit, this is happening because there scammers and bad actors who'll try to pretend that they have legit projects.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: November 03, 2020, 05:18:43 PM
I don't have problem with anonymous team, I'm into most projects for quick gains, I've even witness some earning big from scam projects before they actually exit scam, it's all about the project use case itself, either anonymous or not you can still become a victim to scam.

But between anonymous and not anonymous you have an idea where these scammers are located and they can be reported in their respective countries, on anonymous its like giving your money to unknown people and hoping that they will not scam you, gone are the days that developers will come here and ask money and they will continue developing the project but now we have so many people acting like developers who really are not.
