Hello Here4Trades, Collateral will be hold on a cold wallet on a trusted third-party wallet provider and off-line wallets. Also we have on-line funds (mostly altcoins) in multiple locations in case we need to get some from there. That secures customers funds and provide multiple secure locations to make sure whenever you are, whatever you do, you'll be safe. No I didn't use credit card It is a gift from a pen friend. I have the in-app proof.. The number and pin is visible. No, not for higher rate I think you should try something else to get your BTC hence this try is not going to happen.
