8201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: April 06, 2017, 11:04:59 PM
I don`t how, I see what people talking about specific site, that is all. How else we can know is some site is scam or not, or will turn into? You don`t know something is a scam before it happens, I have positive experience with bitcoin gambling site and I go to sites where others had good experience also, I don`t have some special norms about this matter.
8202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New cryptocurrency launched in India on: April 06, 2017, 06:51:55 AM
Where can I find this coin? Is it listed on any exchange yet? India is a big country, with this coin can have a lot of followers, I would like yo get more involved in this story.
Do anyone knows who is standing behind this coin, where can we buy it and how to inform more about this. I didn't notice here in forum any talking about this coin, I don't know how I missed it.
8203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what bet size do you start with when gambling dice? on: April 06, 2017, 05:11:21 AM
From 100-1000 satoshis is my starting bet in dices now. Before any serious bet I like to see what kind of numbers will I get in first throws. I play fast and push my betting on dices, one big change in my strategy is now when I make double or more on dices I withdraw money instantly. Before I could play dices for hours and lose a lot, now I'm trying to control myself and I'm doing much better.
8204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading? on: April 05, 2017, 06:40:27 PM
Actually here in the forum you can learn some strategies because there are some members sharing their knowledge on how to trade and I can say I'm really earning some bitcoins with their helps.

Here in the forum he will die from reading, trading is learned best with on trade sites, where you can see where it is all happening. Here on forum he can follow news, and opinions of other people, better here then on chat on trade site where a lot of spammers hang out. For following some good traders I think its smart, tips from more experienced people always helps in deciding where to look, on which coin to pay attention and try something.
8205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your game and why? on: April 05, 2017, 09:04:17 AM
My favorite gambling game is slot machine, there are so many different ones, with so good graphics and nice bonuses, great prizes. But I don't have enough to play them all the time, slots require big bankroll. In mean time I play poker, sports, dices, I like roulette also. All gambling games are good to me just depends how my bankroll is and I choose game by that.
8206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: April 05, 2017, 06:16:11 AM

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1854113.0
Looks there is something coming for litecoin, now its on 0.007 btc now, I think I will buy some just in case, I missed some good trains in past months, I wouldn`t like to miss this also.
8207  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: If you have 10 BTC = Approx $10,000, where would you invest for 1% monthly? on: April 04, 2017, 09:45:42 AM
Iv4n, when gambling you have nothing in hands, just some expectations based on your interpretation of some results in the past. When investing you have a share, i.e. an asset that has real value and can be exchanged for cash anytime.

Next, gambling is a Zero-Sum Game meaning that the amount of your gain is balanced by the amount of someone's loss. On the contrary, investing is a Positive-Sum situation, or like they say 'win-win', because companies create value over time and everyone wins. Thus, the essence of investing is opposite to gambling.

When you say "when gambling you have nothing in hands, just some expectations based on your interpretation of some results in the past." you are wrong, you have chips in your hand, and chips like stocks can be exchanged for cash in any time. Expectations and interpretations are descriptions of the man's character, you have that in stock markets, on your work, in gambling or in life, so that has nothing with the fact that you need to have money first and depending from amount you have you need to consider where to invest/put that money to make some profit.
You are also talking about "win-win" situation, my first opinion is that is a scam! I live in the world where there is no win-win situation, in that case all people would be rich, but look outside your window. Every investment is a gambling in a first place, because there is no risk free investment, at least not if you don`t have some scheme and you know the outcome, but that is cheating.

Bussybuddy you can consider it how ever do you like, but the facts are facts. You give and expect something in return, its an investment. You apply different strategies for different games and bankrolls, you need to evaluate everything before you run into something no matter is it poker or some company.
8208  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: If you have 10 BTC = Approx $10,000, where would you invest for 1% monthly? on: April 04, 2017, 07:30:32 AM
Well, taking risk is a job and profit is a salary. No job - no salary.
With investment, having money is practically a job.  All you need to do is put it in a few different things (they can all be the same group of investments e.g. Bitcoin casinos) and boom you're getting sometimes >3% monthly with minimal risk.

When one holds money and doesn't invest it he actually loses the money, so I wouldn't consider having money is a job. Investing is.

Bitcoin casinos, games etc are not investments, it is gambling. There is huge difference between those: when you gamble, you own nothing. When you invest in a stock, or a stock index fund, you own a share of the company or companies in which you invested. If the company is successful, you benefit financially.

Congratulations tiptopfund,

You have explained exactly the reality about what is making the difference  between investments and gambling!

Best regards,

PS: try to read about our Digital Assets from https://bussybuddy.com/ads is true we have a gambling but the Prizes are Digital Assets what can be sell anytime at high price, for more info check out T&C from BussyBuddyAds Page

Tiptopfund didn`t explain nothing, he just explained how he define investment. When you buy a share of the company ( and just to point that successful company share worth a lot ) you also risk, cause some companies go down and that is a fact. From my angle you always bet on some cards, and against others, because companies have competition, companies can be robbed from inside. In the end you have your cards and you put money depending from how much you believe you are strong. If you have a good cards you will be successful.
Main point is difference in blinds, you can play poker for 0.01/0.02 dollars blinds, but if you wish to sit on stock table market you can`t sit with few dollars. With short words everything is investment when you expect money in return, no matter do you invest 1 dollars or 1 million dollars, more money bigger risk, more shaking.
8209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: April 03, 2017, 07:58:29 PM
Nice question, I bought many things I wanted with earning from my bitcoin gambling. More then that I had money to gamble like a pro in some moments when I had more then 2 bitcoins for gambling, that was a good moments. But recently I didn't have some great win on slots like I had before.
8210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Litecoin (The Ultimate Question) on: April 03, 2017, 02:47:08 PM
Both predictions are optimistic and probably non of this two predictions will come true in 2 years from now. Don`t get me wrong I have some litecoins and I would love ltc to cost much more then now, but its impossible. I would be satisfied if ltc come to 30-40 dollars in next couple years.
Btc is something else, but I wonder how OP find this 7500 dollars, from where? Like someone said that price in two years can be just some pump, and after few minutes of that price we can expect big crash.
8211  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: April 03, 2017, 09:14:33 AM
Because in a few years the popularity of bitcoin will become much higher. And if this happens, then we will see a price increase, directly proportional to the growth in demand for the Cryptocurrency.

Looking at the present growth in bitcoin we can easily assume that the future of bitcoin will be even brighter and it will be holding a higher price too and if truly happens then we would regret in future for not investing in bitcoins at the right time and this is that best time to invest in bitcoins.

You can look at the present or at the past, bitcoin is growing back then and now, there is no difference. Of course now when the price is high, everything is on higher level, more shops, more casinos, more sites that accept bitcoins, things are happening for bitcoin. And that is why bitcoin was and is good investment, because even on 2000 dollars for one bitcoin we will see more free space for bitcoin to worth even more then that, so buying and investing in bitcoins is always a good choice for people who are looking where to invest their money.
8212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: April 02, 2017, 07:26:45 PM
20 years from now bitcoin will rule the world probably, because this progress until now and plus 20 more years will be enough for bitcoin to make some miracles in global economy. Some people hear about bitcoins only now, and many more heard but they didn`t involve with bitcoins. I think this times are hard for many people, difference between rich and poor people is bigger then ever, and many people will see salvation in bitcoin or some other altcoin. Thats why this digital revolution will be on highest peak in 20 years from now, bitcoin started something big.
8213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: April 02, 2017, 04:40:30 PM
Do you gamble at land based casinos?

I gamble just with bitcoins, two years now, and I didn't go to any real casino in that time, except when I was on summer vocation, I was in some little casino club, bit I didn't have good internet there, I don't even have a desire to go in real casino, I have everything from home, and its more expensive to go in real casino to be honest, that's why I prefer online, I can gamble even with small bets. And I dont have expenses for trip to casino and back.
8214  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it possible for us to hack some gambling sites? on: April 02, 2017, 03:27:21 PM
Funny thing is you are wearing a gambling site signature and avatar while writing this  Undecided

You should close this thread now in my opinion.

Irony or something more? It's very irresponsible from him to do such thing, to ask about hacking casinos but in the same time to promote one online casino.

The owner of gambling site aware about the security, not many people can hack it, if there is one people can hack he wont do it..

Owners needs to secure funds, and they pay big money for that. Hacking casino is not easy, I believe they are more protected then banks probably, and we all saw what is happening with people who try to scam casinos and their owners, usually some mafia people. They are protected, only way to hack casino is from inside, like there was a case with online exchangers.
8215  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Send Bitcoins Without Fees [No Miner Fees] on: April 02, 2017, 06:21:36 AM
I use xapo, or better to say that xapo was my first wallet. In beginning xapo was ideal for me for all low amount transactions, from all the faucets and micro earnings. I still use that wallet for some micro transactions, their android app is also very good, I have it on my phone. All in all xapo is good wallet and they are here for a long time.
8216  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can break above $1,100 again? on: April 01, 2017, 04:10:04 PM
Here we go again, the cycle continues.  Grin Grin Grin

Hopefully this time it's not a trap.

There will be always traps with bitcoin price, do not doubt in that! I see some members here refer on history as a pointer for the future, and I noticed that in summer time prices are going down and recover after summer vocations. That is happening twice while I'm here on forum, so maybe there is truth that we can expect prices to go down again and only after summer to expect rise. Halving was last year, and maybe this price behavior was because of that, I don't know I will follow price movement carefully like I always do.
8217  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: April 01, 2017, 11:51:27 AM
What are the things to do to succeed in trade? What are you doing to make your business bigger?
How can we make more money?

There is no general rule for making your business bigger, and for making more profit. For each business you have specific rules that you need to follow, and only things that connects successful people is their character I think. You need to be smart and well informed about your specific business, you need to have knowledge and to know how to apply that in real life, invest a lot of time and effort and all the profit you make in first couple years put back into your business, no spending for stupid things.
8218  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The Return of Crypotocurrency Withdrawals? on: April 01, 2017, 09:14:17 AM
Huh TWO of the "big three" Chinese bitcoin exchanges Huobi and OKCoin are implementing video verification. Sure, it is so much better that on-site verification. If everything works out well, can we expect bitcoin withdrawals soon?

Probably soon.

And also i don't think that they're that much better than on-site verification. Usually they ask for your ID and you upload it and that's about it. But now they have to ask you for a live stream as well.

Another reason to store your bitcoins offline in a cold wallet.

Or just store it in whatever payment processor the currency you're trading with deals with, instead of holding it on an exchange.

Wait, you have to submit an identification AND do a live stream with them to verify you are who you say? This could be circumvented as well through fake IDs so don't really see the point.

I never heard about video verification until now, is there any existing service that use this sort of verification? I wonder will some people quit Huobi and OKCoin because of this. It will be very interesting to watch how this situation will develop in China, they are one of the first countries that will have some kind of regulations and we will see how will this affect on bitcoin users there, and how they will react on that. This will be a lesson to all of us, who knows will other exchange sites follow the same idea.
8219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It is not worth it, right? on: March 31, 2017, 01:16:49 PM
Everything that make you pleasure or entertain you on any way worth the money you pay for that. Gambling is the game and you need to understand that many of us find a pleasure in playing gambling games, so for us its worthy to spend some money on playing few quality rounds of some game, wheatear we won or lose, because we know it's a game, you can't win all the time, but you will come back next time and you will try to be better and win.
8220  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What places do you do your shopping online? on: March 31, 2017, 08:19:42 AM
My girlfriend is using AliExpress for years, and when I need something she order me that. But few games I bought with bitcoins on steam, and couple things here on forum. I also have couple sites here in my country that I use, but they are local and on local language kupindo and limundo.
