8221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best ways of making BTC Not trackable on: March 29, 2020, 01:58:13 AM
As quoted above from theymos' post. Using coinjoin requires you 0.1BTC as the minimum amount.

Many doesn't hold that much amount. Using an exchange might also track you as mentioned if you come up to the point that the government will coordinate with the exchange you have used.

Converting to Monero might be the most ideal if you don't think mixers are not good enough.
8222  Other / Off-topic / Re: Paris Blockchain Week Highlights on: March 29, 2020, 01:23:43 AM
Won't it get cancelled due to the recent health issues in Europe?
This is a nearly 1-year-old thread.

And from its picture, it's from the year 2019.
8223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: March 29, 2020, 12:13:57 AM
This thread has become more relevant in the situation that we are facing now, as the virus makes us stay at our home and most games are suspended, then I would think that we are having a break now. In our country, the initial lock down was 1 month but might be extended, so I would say I'm a big off in gambling now as due to lack of income, I need to conserve the money that I have now.
Yes, it became relative because everyone's been locked down at their homes.

I think it will be hard to be on break in gambling now because everyone is looking for a way to do something while at home. Gambling is one of the best choice to do something at these times.

I've read some good news lately for the Jazz.

8225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is a good time on: March 28, 2020, 09:59:48 PM
I'm done promoting it on my own.

It is not that I'm against on it or I don't want to do it but you will never know what's in the mind of the people these days. As long as you'll explain to them the essentials of bitcoin and what actually it is, they will never get wrong understanding it.
8226  Other / Off-topic / Re: When was the last time you checked your ETH Wallet on: March 28, 2020, 09:28:22 PM
Where did you get the job?

Is it from a certain platform or you found out about the opening on the forum? It's a nice side job if you actually get to earn bitcoin or ETH with a decent amount as long as the project is not a scam.
I am connected in some marketing and development company. Now im working with a very good blockchain project  https://ilcoincrypto.com/
Ok.

I'm hoping that the projects you're working with might not end up into a scam. Because many projects lately show themselves as a scam at the end of their sale.
8227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 28, 2020, 09:08:10 PM
Things have changed temporarily because of the situation.

Just be patient and fight this boredom along with the virus and do something that will enjoy yourself as we're waiting for the lifting of these lockdowns.

I would like to complain but I can't I need to choose right now, being bored or being unhealthy because I might go out to find something to enjoy.
Sometimes also, we are bored with just watching news and movies, we like to try new things, but actually it's only gambling that is not a boring game because it seems like it's challenging us every time we gamble,.. maybe I just miss gambling that's why I'm bored, just forgive, I just got used to making myself busy all the time, now I'm just stuck.  Sad
You can exercise while staying at home. And play into some casinos with the traditional games like on 777coin.

They're automated games and that would be much helpful to kill the boredom that you're feeling right now. It's also the time to rest yourself if you've been busy all of this time.
8228  Other / Off-topic / Re: When was the last time you checked your ETH Wallet on: March 28, 2020, 02:07:33 PM
I don't usually check my wallets these days.

I'm busy looking up to the prices of bitcoin and other cryptos from time to time.

Since they pay me in eth for my work done, so i checked my mew at least once a week.
What's your job? is it a side job? maybe you can recommend some if they need more workers.  Smiley
It's a side job, it's a 2 to 6 months contract basis as social media community admins for some crypto related projects such as ICO,IEO,STO,ETO etc.

8229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: March 28, 2020, 01:43:25 PM
I'm not an expert but with such questions, I'll definitely keep my bitcoin.

Why should I sell it at the wrong time? I don't have reason to sell and I'm still in the right thinking that will never sell during this crisis.

TBH, I am getting bored already, I miss my regular activity which is gambling in sports especially in our local sports, but it's just that we can't do anything but let our government do the right thing to keep us safe and we just have to cooperate. I also miss the gambling discussion on basketball, I always participate in sharing my opinion on certain games, but no games means no discussion.

What I am doing now,... since we can't go out, I have no choice but to watch the news and see some old movies.
All of us are being the boredom but we have no choice but to stay at home.

Once the lockdowns are gone, I'll do what I want to and sometimes I'm feeling paranoid because I'm not used to stay at home that much. It forced everyone to monitor the news and look at the situation.

We don't have a choice, to be honest.

I am also tired of betting online since I have that much of a time to bet unlike those normal days that I thought I could bet for hours and hours but right now that I can do it, I got tired of it. I think once this lockdown and quarantine are done, I would just be happy that the normal days started and I just hope that it would never happen again. 2020 is the worst year I have on my list right now.
Things have changed temporarily because of the situation.

I agree with this guy ^.

Learning some codes while staying at home but if you are an educator, op is right. You can teach things that you know online depends on how willing you are.

You can also offer it for cheap price.
8234  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 - The major reason for the current fall of Bitcoin on: March 28, 2020, 09:19:29 AM
They say that this one was the starter of the fall.

8235  Other / Off-topic / Re: Leave your comment on: March 28, 2020, 08:48:32 AM
So what if the pressure is increasing?

Cryptocurrency has always been this volatile. People avoid cash today but it doesn't mean they'll totally avoid it. They'll making themselves safe because of the virus but they need it to spend for their needs.
8236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Holders actually bought BTC during the crash? on: March 28, 2020, 02:42:41 AM
It this time that the majority is on their homes watching the markets. It's very essential that many holders will simply buy during the dips. I myself keep on accumulating a little by little as long as it's not affecting my survival budget.

I've got a tight budget but I don't forget to invest more before it finally make its run.
8237  Other / Off-topic / Re: PH: Help Flatten the Curve ;) on: March 27, 2020, 03:35:34 PM
It's trending to the YouTubers that I watch.

Btw, I'm not interested and won't open an account there but I hope the other enterprises that do offer premium membership for their contents will also do the same for everyone who's trying their best to stay at home.  Grin

Yeah, that's very much my hope too! I believe that many services will follow the same example and provide various premium services for free during this time of crisis. It would certainly benefit them to increase their customer base. #StayHome, #StayHomeSaveLives
I'll wait for those services and premiums that I'm interested in.

I'll get to update here too if I've found one and I hope others too will do the same.
8238  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S. Recession short term on: March 27, 2020, 03:09:16 PM
Their is a 2 trillion dollar stimulus package but I'm not entirely sure how that will help for the most part. Involves giving everyone around 1,200 USD and 500 USD a child.
It's said that the stimulus amounts to $6T which will be around $46k per family. There's another thread for this specific topic --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5235342.0

China appears to actually be ahead in the stock market for the month of March compared to all the other nations.
With what I have read, they've bought a lot of cheap stocks.
8239  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin last forever? on: March 27, 2020, 10:32:58 AM
It's here to stay.

Comparing to the position of Dogecoin and any other altcoins. They're alts and that's expected for them to happen and I think you should be asking if the top alts will remain at the top.

Bitcoin, no doubt it shall stay because it's the one that build the foundation of cryptocurrencies.
8240  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: March 27, 2020, 09:53:02 AM
I think we're about to see the end of this pandemic soon.

--> https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2020/03/27/coronavirus-latest-news/

There's no point on panic selling. What everyone must do is to buy, buying of goods and as well as investments like bitcoin.
