What do you guys think about a "Stake Coin"?

It was recommended in the forum by a player: https://forum.stake.com/topic/19181-time-for-stakecoins/
I did hear something about it just today while reading on the telegram chat but it wasnt taken seriously.
But with other casino sites implementing a token pay to play scenario just like betking.io has done I cant see why it wouldnt be such a bad idea. If it means the player will be able to play the games longer with some kind of incentive bonus to use the tokens put in place. I cant see anybody complaining about it if it did show up all the sudden.

8246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin matured as a currency? on: March 10, 2019, 06:05:11 PM
After 10 years can it be considered as stable and reliable enough to be used as a purposeful currency?
If you compare it to the british pound and the younger united states dollar of the two then no.
But to the newer euro then you could agree to it being so compared to these two.
The blockchain makes it more technological savvy and one of the greatest inventions in the past decade.

You might see it this way because with cryptocurrencies as this forum caters to its users makes it easier to gamble with then lets say going to a casino in real life to gamble.
You need transportation to get there then pay for parking then eventually pay for something to eat outside your home.
These expenses do build up and most would want to use these funds to bet with instead of paying for these things.
Just my point of view of your reaction to the section of forum whose focusing towards the members who gamble here is all.
8249  Economy / Gambling / Re: New BetKing.io - New token - Hourly buybacks - Bet Mining - Hourly Leaderboard on: March 10, 2019, 05:20:52 PM
This is a revision of their website with the use of tokens and bet mining.
I would think they got the idea from tron and the tronbet site where their tokens are given in the form of ante and they call it mining where they have their sites own exchange.
It is quite successful since they dont need the use to run an ico using this sort of business model.

Was watching a few matches for indian wells tournament and noticed some favorites to win lost today.
Puig lost her match then right afterwards kyrios. Both in straight sets.
So this tournament is full of upsets for the higher ranking players.
8251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: March 10, 2019, 12:33:16 AM
After Anthony Davis, it's now Lebron James who should see limited playing time for the rest of the season.
That's what his coach Luke Walton announced on ESPN.
Now it's official, playoffs dreams are over for the Lakers.

https://www.slamonline.com/nba/weve-got-four-years-lakers-to-monitor-lebron-james-workload/

“I will be monitoring his workload from here on out,” Lakers coach Luke Walton told ESPN on Thursday.

The 34-year-old James played 31 minutes, nearly five less than his season average, in the Lakers’ loss to Denver on Wednesday. The Lakers (30-35) have lost four in a row and eight of their last 10.

“We’ve got four years,” Walton said during the preseason. “We want to make sure we’re not only playing at our best come the end of the season but that he’s fresh. And that’s a goal for us. And it’s a goal that we’re on a journey, and it’s not a one-year journey. We’re continuing to try to and be our best season by season, but also as each one goes on.”
Well thats good cause then their game against the celtics should be under on points tonight. Grin
Their starting lineup is unrecognizable from the start of the season.
Lonzo ball injured, Kuzma was out for the last game and not likely to return anytime soon as well for Brandon ingram
Who do they have left?
Wagner is their star center now. Cheesy
8252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: March 09, 2019, 10:31:52 PM
Just betting on one nba game today and that is the lakers game.
I am going for the under because in their last game they couldnt score worth a dime even with lebron playing. They have so many of their main starters on the bench it is not even funny. And from boston Irving sat out so he might as well sit out this one too since la will be push overs.
My main bet for basket ball is in the ncaa game duke vs north carolina tonight. Smiley
You can read about it here on a thread I made about how they moved the betting lines and why unc will win tonight. Grin

8255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Who is betting on North Carolina vs Duke - No zion williamson on: March 09, 2019, 07:46:33 PM
The blue devils are without zion williamson against the team to whom they lost the future superstar due to a bad shoe malfunction. Cheesy

So the news given about 2 hours has moved the lines quite a bit for betting on the game which starts in nearly 3.25 hours from now.
https://twitter.com/InsideCarolina/status/1104437658376421378
So who will be betting on this match considering now Duke are the underdogs and it is in North carolina Huh
8256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 09, 2019, 07:00:20 PM
Unbelievable game for tottenham. Southampton wins with two goals in the span of 4 minutes and wins their first premier league game this season. Cheesy

Now just to see what team shows up for manchester city in todays final game in the premier league. Grin

It's crazy match day, Everton also just blew a 2 nil lead to lose the match by 3 - 2, in the 2nd half of the match alone! I'm gutted! I just hope Man City doesn't follow the trend.
Nah!
They are up 3 - 1 and are in 90% to 10% possession of the ball against watford.
The match is theirs to win and watford doesnt have any answers left for them.
Their defense is crumbling and with 25 minutes left in the game you can expect someone on manchester city to put another one in. Wink

Eriksen was able to appear in this match after recovering from his injury, I loved the style of play from Eriksen who strongly supported the creation of opportunities for Kane to make a goal. I'm also sure Spurs will win the match. Tottenham : odd 1.83

Doubtful that Newcastle will get 3pts against Everton, I just don't want to take more risks. So in my opinion this match will be a draw. Bet for Double Chance I think still have good odds 1X : odd 1.46

I think Tottenham to win @ 1.83 is great deal, I think I'll go fully win Everton to win against Newcastle @ 2.88 and As well as West Ham to win against Cardiff City @ 2.34, Those games will be my parlay bet for the EPL today.

Half Time: Tottenham are 1 nil up, Everton are also 2 goals ahead, meanwhile West Ham are 1 goal behind, I really hope they can turn this match on its head, They are not playing up to expectations though.

Seems that the co-founder |who is still alive! Undecided| was using investors of the exchanges funds to use on bitmex.
https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/03/07/quadrigacx-co-founder-michael-patryn-allegedly-traded-large-positions-on-bitmex
So he was essentially gambling with customers funds by leveraging on this trading platform and then losing them? Angry
