8261  Economy / Speculation / Re: Won't people sell it ? on: June 07, 2018, 08:22:30 PM
As we know, Bitcoin had reached at it's peak of $19k during the end of the year and after that it went to a deep decline.
People are hoping that the same momentum will take place this year too. So if this happens, won't people be ready for buying at this price.
Or lets say if the price really goes high and when the year end comes, won't the people sell it before the decline arrives ?
If people start selling, don't you guys think that the decline will arrive much faster than the last year ?

P.S : My point is, we can't expect the price to rise and fall the same way as the last year.

Same scenario like last year will happened. Why would sell if the price is setting up a new all time high on literally within a short period of time.

On my own view, if the same price hype trend will happened this year, people will have a mindset that it will passed the established ATH last year, therefore majority will HODL. Expectations are really high that there will be another trip to the moon before year ends.

But since no one knows what will happened, just wait before yearend end to see what actually will happened.
8262  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Steam Games Sale BTC - choose game below 9 USD - I'll send first*! on: June 07, 2018, 08:04:34 PM

Limited offer! Buy now! Smiley

The NBA 2k18 is on-sale until June 12 so I want to purchase one. -84% discount is really awesome. But I have noticed that 2k16 and 2k17 still on original price. Can't see the difference.

Unfortunately, Steam only accepts Paypal, Visa and EClub payment method.

Can we do this on ETH instead to save fees? Will deal it now.
8263  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: June 07, 2018, 07:32:40 PM
How much more fall is possible in price of bitcoins?

Going back to $5,000 , $3,000 , $1,000 , $500 , $1 , 0..... who knows?

Anything is possible to happened but have different percentage of chances from the 100% to 0%. Even in a big trend, it can be spoiled by such event and that happened many times already.

Rather than to think of that, think of a way how to deal on that once it happened.
8264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of coin are you waiting for on the pump? on: June 07, 2018, 07:17:38 PM
Right now I am of the opinion that a lot of coins should rise especially POA and Waves. Bought alot of poa thinking that was the dip but it went further dip and now I don't think it will ever recover. Was really look to make some profit from POA but it went opposite to my thinking. You can't trust any coin in Crypto world.
Wave also need to rise for my sake.

Im actually holding several coins on my portfolio and of course, Im waiting for their good price movement. Will not mentioned any coins (well ETH and BTC is included obviously) so that people can research on their own based on their own analyzations.

Ups and downs are normal so don't be carried away if a certain coin goes into crazy pump.

a) Don't hesitate to dump during that mode because in most of the cases, crazy pumps for some of the alts only happened once or twice then will now established their correction price.

b) If you got carried away on the hype and you buy coins during the rise, then don't target high price too much to sold your coins.

P.S Different story if applied to BTC and ETH in some of the cases.
8265  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Competition ideas for crypto exchange on: June 07, 2018, 06:52:24 PM
Hi,  everyone!
What do you think is it worth to run such a competition on crypto exchange? Or maybe you can suggest something else?

What Ideas I have:

- the winner will get 70% of all crypto exchange trading fees  ( 0.5% per order) that were made in competition  time (1 winner or split between top 5 traders)

- make it transparent as possible (make all trading history viewable, downloadable and exported, provide all wallet info where funds were loaded, so people can check results at the end of the competition)

- the duration time of the competition is 4 weeks (more or less?)
- see the list of the best traders and their orders

- trading pair BTC/ETH (or choose something else?)

What do you think? Can you suggest some contest ideas?

People will think that you can rigged it even you don't have an intention. You have the full control over that.

If the purpose of competition is to promote your exchange then just continue with your plan with no doubts while at the same time spend money on advertising. Actively promote it by any means. Even there are lots of popular crypto exchanges today, there are some exchanges who able to reached the popularity because of strong marketing and advertising.

Anyways goodluck. If you are really eager to pushed that idea, just do it without hesitation.
8266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 07, 2018, 06:30:05 PM
That's how deadly Golden State Warriors is, even with the part of their main squad struggles there will be a backup. In Cleveland Cavaliers, most of them are not consistent like I mentioned before. That problem is way back the start of the season. The rotation of players is good (check the minutes played), I don't see a problem to that but the execution of most of their plays are not successful, same with their defense.

LeBron James played 47 minutes, that is almost a whole game. No other one is stepping up. Rodney Hood have a little help on that game but again inconsistent. Like James said, they can't just have mistakes while playing with the Warriors but what happened, most are mistakes.

@2.6 odds for the Cavaliers next game is really tempting but on the other hand GSW odds is good too @1.5 with more chances of winning. I know the Warriors like to celebrate at the Oracle Arena but still it's a good record if they will sweep Cavaliers. What are they thinking.

Im thinking of betting next game at Cavs and took the low odds at Game 5 because surely GSW will finished it. Can't decide.
8267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Telegram chats or other platform for bountyHunters on: June 07, 2018, 06:06:23 PM
hello, does anyone know English chats that talk about bounty?

Some campaign managers have their own telegram bounty channels for their current bounties and future bounties as well.

In general, Im not really sure if that Telegram group exist. Maybe if your purpose is to help you find a good bounty then for let's say no such group existed, then try to hunt a bounty on your own, of course those that will reached your criteria, then joined their telegram bounty group and make discussions to others of what they are thinking of that said project. In that way, you will have time to think if you will joined. Hear also some of response at their ANN thread etc etc etc.

When joining bounty, it's really a mandatory thing to check every point as reference. Goodluck.
8268  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TRADE AGAINST THE TREND on: June 07, 2018, 05:38:26 PM
I spent a lot of effort on learning about trade. I have also experienced many psychological feelings, ups and downs, so I would like to share from the bottom of my heart  some tips for beginners or amateur traders:

1. Trade only 1 pair of currency: usdt and altcoin
2. Invest in good altcoins only  (1-5 crypto), focus will bring about higher chance of winning. Treat btc as an altcoin and make a speculation with it. Learn how to identify a good crypto in order to hold the coin whenever the storms come.
3. BUY ON RED- SELL ON GREEN. Spend only one third of your money on trading long down waves. Two-thirds of the money should be allocated in the downtrend cycle of this market.
3. Prepare yourself for the great crisis that may happen during 2019-2021. Before that time, you should be flexible to convert your money flow from cash, real estate to gold and valuable assets. During the crisis, we can hold diamond at junk price (for crypto and securities) and buy good real estate at low prices.

1. People have different preferences about it. If you find yourself comfortable that way and it brings you good result, then just continue. But also take time to study well how to reached the most advanced method out of it.

2. Again if you found yourself comfortable doing that way and it leads you into good result, just continue.

3. BUY LOW SELL HIGH system is easy to say but others didn't properly executed it. Why? Reasons are vary so people have to think of their own way how to deal on that properly.

4. No one knows what will happened to future. It's good to be prepared for a worst case scenario but for when it will happened, no one knows. Just have a set of strategy how will you deal on it if ever that will came. Thats your thinking so deal with it.
8269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 06, 2018, 09:45:35 PM
Andre Iguodala expected to play Game 3 of NBA finals

It's a game time decision and surely Andre Igoudala will be seen on warm up. If he will be on starting lineup, still not sure. But if does, Im seeing a limited game time for him or depends on what will he feel on the court. Warriors are now back to deadly lineup. Like I mentioned before, Igoudala doesn't have an impressive offensive stats this playoffs "but" he is good on some aspects like quick points, get away points, unexpected steals, surprised blocks and good defense.

For the Cavaliers, again the consistency of the players is a must and not just rely on LeBron's offensive board. They are playing at home so at least it should give them confidence or else they will be now on verge of going home next game.
8270  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tired of checking charts on: June 06, 2018, 08:41:43 PM
How come people get tired of checking the charts? Are they bored to their own coin list? But why? No price changed for a period of time? No volume? No good exchange? Holding for at least a year but still no progress?

Never did experienced getting tired checking on my coins list on my beloved portfolio since the thrilling part is there. I earned a lot from my lists so how come I will get tired checking them. Tiring yes but that's only applied to the coins on which I do short trades or those coins who are currently on a crazy pump or dump.

People just want to see a quick growth on their coins list that's why most of them are being tired watching on it.

Learn to balanced time and it will be fine.
8271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 06, 2018, 07:23:09 PM

Lebron going to the west, that is good, it will end it's dominance in the East.
Well, the warriors are really good this year but we do not expect the Rockets to have this kind of success, if Lebron will join, it will be a big threat
for the warriors but the reality is that the East will remain weak.

East competition last playoffs is tough. No dominance at all by a single team. Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers put Cavaliers on the verge of elimination. Celtics also suffered a tough game at Milwaukee Bucks during the first round which lasted 7 games. It showed that most East teams improved today.

Basically that is still a rumor even Chris Paul reportedly invite LeBron James recently. Houston Rockets doesn't have enough cap space for LeBron and if the management really want to pushed it, either James Harden or Chris Paul must be cut off their salary on which I doubt they will allow it.

This homecourt advantage can tell it all. Then maybe the doubt of the fans will be out after they win 2 games in Cleveland. I am still hoping for a better bet. A fair one. I dont want handicaps and I want the fans of Cleveland to be as strong as Lebron when it comes to supporting him.  Grin

Sportsbooks opened a line of +4 handicap for Cavaliers for around @1.9 odds. Double the profit for hardcore Cavaliers fan "only" if the team won. On the other hand, -4 Handicap for Golden State Warriors with the same odds. It will attract more GSW enthusiasts since the offered odds is good and especially now that they are up by 2 games. What an offer.
8272  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2 Bitcoin Pumps and market going up: Beware! on: June 06, 2018, 06:43:15 PM
The Japanese sometimes sell BTC Mondays causing 300 USD Bitcoin price drops!
Buying in now is a gamble!

Buying at any price level always at risks. And besides what's new? People are used to this kind of situation so no worries at the end as long as they understand the risks. There are even much worst speculation compare to that. And $300 range of price movement won't harmed much.

If people's goal is to increase bitcoin in their stash and hodl it for long, then they can consider the current price as entry point since even the price goes up high or low the next day, still they will hodl it.

The Japanese sometimes sell BTC Mondays causing 300 USD Bitcoin price drops!
Buying in now is a gamble!

Care to share the source? So that we can determine the information if its legit or not or else this would just turn out to be a FUD and that is what most of us hates especially those people who are easily swayed by these kind of information.

No need for legit source. Again like I said, range $300 price movement won't harmed much and people are used to it nowadays.
8273  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I Buy Bitcoin Using Cash? on: June 06, 2018, 06:24:27 PM
In the past I've purchased Bitcoin by transferring funds from my checking account to Coinbase but that is taking 1 week. Can I buy Bitcoin using Cash? If so, how?

From what country you lived so that the community can give you a closed to specific answer.

There are your options:

a) At most of the cases, there are local crypto exchangers in a certain country which is way more easy and less hassle to used since it touches most of the local payment processor in your area.

b) Localbitcoins.com (as suggested above)

c) Bitcoin ATM (as suggested above)

d) Search for your local crypto group in social media and see if there are persons or group who have that kind of service. It's common now to save fees and minimize the risks of using third party exchanger. Of course as part of security measure, take a vouch for their legitimacy.

e) Continue to deal with Coinbase.
8274  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency should I invest in, in 2018? Why? on: June 06, 2018, 05:56:01 PM
-snipped-

-You able to struct your own analysis
-You able to choose your preferred coins
-You have your own reasoning for your actions

Just trust your analyzation and hope that the progress will be good on the way.

Also applied to other persons that looking for a good coins to put their money by getting a direct advice to others. Different people have different set of coins in their portfolio try to make an own lists. It's fun and thrilling to make our own analyzation. So again, put trust on whatever strategy we will plan to execute.
8275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price December 2018 on: June 06, 2018, 11:13:22 AM
Some analysts are of the view that Bitcoin Price could reach a peak in December that is double the price now?

Dec. 2015 - $400+ level
Dec. 2016 - $700+ level up to closed to $1,000 level
Dec. 2017 - ATH at $17,000 level
Dec. 2018 - Huh

No one knows what will happened so definitely, even how good the analyst is, still it's unpredictable. If you will believed on that, it's fine since you have lots of reasons to believed on that. But never take away the chances that it might not happened. You just have to wait until December to know what will be the price.

Trust the process.
8276  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Disable person on: June 06, 2018, 09:52:12 AM
This is a common thing happens in different countries where the government mandatory give assistance to there citizens with disability, and the sad truth is that the assistance from government is not enough.

This is the perfect time to introduce bitcoin to persons with disability by doing this they don't need to rely only on government assistance, because they are now started to earn there own money to support their needs.

Some people that is already not fitted to work physically are now having a home based job even prior to crypto existence. Of course, they will found a way to help themselves and their family and used their knowledge to found a work that will to them. I have known some persons personally who are like that and honestly some of them really have a decent income and profit.

Now with the commencement of operations of crypto in the online world, it became an another opportunity for them to treat that as one of their source of income. But again, those people I know is really having a decent income out from their current work so even they are aware of bitcoin they really not get hooked.
8277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 05, 2018, 08:38:59 PM

Yes I got the same problem.  Cheesy
Even now, they have the home court advantage and yet they still want the handicap of +10.  Grin
The hell!!!
They dont trust Lebron James?  Grin
I thought they are fans but I am guessing they are just those who goes against the winning team. More like underdog fans but cannot bet directly.
There is no profit in this. I wish there will be new teams that will be fighting for the Finals and then maybe we can have some good gambling game. Just like 2008 Finals of Boston against Lakers. Big three vs the great Kobe. It cannot be predicted that easily and both have been a favorite team.
Or that 2011 NBA finals where Dallas have been the underdog and still won the series against the big three of Miami.
Dirk literally became a monster at that time.

Oh I remember that 2011 NBA finals and I got a decent profit back then although some didn't paid me whew. In that season, Miami's Big 3 was formed and there are lots of strong teams too aside from Miami Heat. During the finals, Dallas Mavericks not looked as the underdog because they destroyed Blazers (with prime LaMarcus Aldrdige and Brandon Roy) on 1st round, sweep Kobe Bryant and LA lakers in 2nd round and defeat the young and strong OKC in conference finals. Their season record is good.

But compare to that finals to the finals today, it's really unpredictable who will win so I put money on Mavericks. Hope things like that will happened again where finals is unpredictable. More gamblers = more opponents. Smiley
8278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The "Best" of these exchanges on: June 05, 2018, 08:04:17 PM
I've never been using exchanges that much, didn't have the need at all, so I have no idea which ones are somewhat good, so I figured someone has some experience with, at least, a couple.

I need to exchange BTX and the available ones are: bit-z, coinexchange, cryptobridge, cryptopia, exrates, HitBTC, trade satoshi, vebitcoin and Octaex.

It's really depend on user's experience. Other have good experienced on a certain exchange but others got bad on the same. Some even worst like missing deposits, missing withdrawals, unreflected amount on the wallet etc.

Contrary to poster above me, I have a good experienced with Crytopia and never did a problem in years using them. I currently have some numbers of altcoins playing there. For HitBTC, also the same but experienced a minor issue but that was way back ago and never did happened again. Coinexchange didn't give me a headache but I only played 2 altcoins there. My last activity to them was December last year.

That's the only 3 trading platforms I used for those you have mentioned. Didn't familiar with others. You really need to choose one and test it by yourself. All trading platforms have an associated negative feedbacks so Im hoping that you will not experienced one.

Thank you for the answers.

I'm using bread, but I want to put it on my site as payment option and It needs to be the same address as I can't change it live. That's why I asked.

Thanks again
Regards

If the only purpose of that address you are referring is to act as payment option address on your website then it's fine to do so.

Just used different addresses for other purposes e.g direct personal transactions or other services you will offer with payment. Not just for privacy reason but for you to have a properly sorted out address for different uses.

In that way, there are no mixed transactions for different purposes on a single address and you can easily track past transactions if necessary.
8280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 05, 2018, 07:14:25 PM

Who wants to do a direct bet on me? Let's just have some fun.

Bet: Just a small amount of BTC0.01.

a) Im for Cleveland Cavaliers for +10 handicap. Smiley

b) Im Golden State Warriors but I will only received BTC0.005 if this team won.

Deadline: 11:59pm Saturday Forum time.

That just says your not a real fan of Cleveland for wanting a handicap. Grin
I get it though because of the homecourt advantage and the crowd there is a non stop loud cheer. Grin

I may take this but I dont want handicaps. I love how GSW is playing now with all the good rotation of players.
I will pass and will try to bet to others who is a real fan of Cleveland. Grin
They are just hard to find and really in doubt. Maybe Game 3 they will have that strength to support Cleveland in betting games.

Who says Im a fan of Cavaliers Smiley .

There's no benefit for being a fan for me. Im a gambler as always and never did missed bets every year. Almost all are GSW fans so it's hard to find a direct bettor if I like to  bet on Warriors. And you won't find a 100% straight same bet for Cavaliers even for a die hard fan during Game 1 and 2. Just looks at the odds outside cryptos.

Odds outside cryptos.

Series = + 2 for Cavaliers
Game 1 = GSW bettors offer a +12 handicap
Game 2 = GSW bettors offer a +8 (around 1.5 for rewards) to +12 (no increase on reward) handicap (due to Lebron 51 pts)
Game 3 = Didn't find any offer maybe later..

Range of bet in bitcoin value : BTC0.13 to BTC0.26

It's difficult to find a 100% straight same bet for Cavaliers even for a die hard fan during Game 1 and 2. And to add for that, sports betting sites offers a good odds for Cavaliers ML but in 100% straight bet (direct) it will be not worth to bet on Cavaliers since the reward will be the same even if they won.

I should lost last Game 2. The offer is +12 to Cavaliers with same rewards. Good thing I hesitate as I feel LeBron will not go all out. Good thing Cheesy
