8261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We want to stop asking for bitcoin to be a p2p money and start asking for... on: April 28, 2016, 03:57:19 AM
Well the ideal money depends on where u stay and what is your need!

If you are looking for a loan then, fiat would be a better choice because, you can spend the loan directly from your bank account or use cash for purchase.

But, when it comes to a long term investment with limited risk, bitcoin  can be a better alternative. But again if your country make the bitcoin illegal, then u have to re-plan everything.
8262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized AirBnB and Uber -- somebody's really working on it! on: April 27, 2016, 03:01:11 PM
That's good if they start accepting bitcoin payments as well. This way bitcoin will become more mainstream.

However, I don't really understand how being decentralized will help them operating?? It will be a massacre if no central agency is operating their daily business and we, general people will be the worst sufferers.

Any business model they have published yet??
8263  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: April 27, 2016, 02:56:23 PM
how we could motivate women to use Bitcoin because I tried several times to explain what it is and how to use Bitcoin ...was very difficult and have not really managed only once ..

Lol!! What a question!

To make a lady turn to bitcoin, just let them know that they can buy few louis vuitton bags if they start accumulating bitcoin for future.

That's it, nothing else will be needed I guess.
8264  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: April 27, 2016, 02:54:08 PM
Nothing! Life will move on. Yes, I will be very disappointed as I have been saving bitcoin for future and wish to buy something very expensive probably 10 years from today.

Since I have a full time job, so my lifestyle won't be affected, but I won't be able to materialize my plan to add some extra spice in my future life.

Lets hope bitcoin price will rise only. For good!
8265  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does sending Bitcoins feel good? on: April 27, 2016, 02:51:26 PM
When sending out some Bitcoins from your wallet, does it feel good? Do you get a nice body high from it?

Ha ha ha ha!! LoL!!

If I am sending bitcoin for an investment purpose then it feels good because the investment will be mine unless the website scam me. Otherwise sending bitcoin doesn't feel good.

I am on an accumulation mode now and I have no plan to sell my bitcoins anytime soon. So instead of sending, it feels good receiving.
8266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AML & KYC on Bitcoin on: April 27, 2016, 07:44:50 AM
Hey guys,

what is your opinion on AML (Anit Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) on Bitcoin?

I know that some companies like Elliptic and Skry (former Coinanalytics) are working on this.

Thanks for some thougts on this Smiley

That will be the most horrible think to happen to the bitcoin earning community. The main attraction of bitcoin to some people is its anonymity.

If bitcoin is bounded by all these rules, fiat will have no difference with bitcoin. I think people should avoid such companies who are planning for these type of regulatory implications on general people.
8267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: April 25, 2016, 05:02:18 AM
I really appreciate the updates given by Dev about VAL.

I too is holding mine in the hope of getting profit in future.

I hope dev will intervene timely and let us know about more future goals.
8268  Economy / Economics / Re: Norway lowers interest rates by 0.25% on: April 17, 2016, 02:24:59 PM
That's good for their economy as the are badly hit by the low oil price. But being a small country, their rate cut will not be able to make any impact on the world economy.

Also I think bitcoin price will also remain unaffected by this matter. The good thing is, Norway still doesn't have negative interest rate.
8269  Economy / Economics / Re: Impressive growht of market cap since oct 2015 on: April 15, 2016, 02:51:01 PM
That's true and it is a very good sign for the crypto currency market. People are slowly coming to know about this new world and they are starting to buy the crypto currency they like.

Bitcoin was always the best, but the etherum and dash has become the another major players during last 6 months.

Hope this trend will continue, because the more the market cap will increase, the more the value will increase.
8270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: April 15, 2016, 02:44:53 PM
VAL is going down to drain and the hard work of dev is going in vain. (what a poetic start!!)

The prices are all time low in c-cex. No sign of increasing the price in near future. Dev should give us hope otherwise, people will start panic selling.

Dev where are you??? please come online and tell us about the roadmap.

This Valorbit Project is a long one, it can go as far as months basing on the current phase of the developer's status. If you cannot handle the length of the project then this one is not for you. You want to make a quick buck? , this is not the one mate. The Dev has already a solid roadmap and I do not think that he likes to post  here most of the time Smiley So if you want to sell now, so dump while you can.

Dear Bitworrior, please check my earlier posts on this thread.. I am holding my VAL and not selling anything.

I have 3 million VAL and holding it with a hope of increased price. I want to keep my faith on the dev, but I should know the roadmap to strengthen my faith.

Why don't you let us know the roadmap if you already know it??
8271  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: April 15, 2016, 04:11:04 AM
I disagree with your statement. Even if the bitcoin reaches $25k or more, it is impossible to replace fiat currency.

Because, to make bitcoin to your use, you have to convert it to fiat and then only you can have fun. Remember, fiat is a government backed and legal currency, no ways, I can see it's value will be decreased. Earn in bitcoins and convert to fiat and enjoy!

8273  Economy / Economics / Re: What is some of the best crypto technology to invest in on: April 14, 2016, 11:23:12 AM
The best crypto currency to invest in is still Bitcoin. The price and market cap of bitcoin is the best in the market.

Apart from bitcoin, I think these below mentioned altcoins can also become a good investment for the future.

1. Monero
2. Unobtenium
3. DASH

Also I have invested in litecoin and DOGE along with these coins.
8274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is killing Bitcoin, if anything is? on: April 14, 2016, 04:14:46 AM

I think bitcoin is fine as it is, as long as we find a solution to this blocksize cap soon. Because something needs do be done about it.

It's also the arrogance and stubbornness of bitcoin miners, thinking only of themselves (although that is what you would expect from a decentralised system)

We need to find the perfect balance of democracy and decentralization.

Apart for the technical nitty-gritties, I can say, the presence of around 650 altcoins is definitely killing the bitcoin. Even though the bitcoin is having the highest market cap, but the total investment, which should have been flowed in to the bitcoin market, is getting divided in to 600 odd altcoins.

This way the total market cap is decreasing and the price increasing is not happening as envisaged.

8275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2016, 04:05:28 AM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

Your question sounds to me as "why would people want to become rich?"

Bitcoin is a blessing of the technology which can make you rich in future, if you devote time to earn it. I myself is saving for my retire so that I can add some extra spices to my retired life. Also I have a plan to buy a superbike in next 2 years using bitcoin savings.

8276  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Illegal things to buy!! on: April 14, 2016, 04:02:05 AM
Well as we all know that whenever we transact it always go through blockchain first. So is it possible that blockchain can detect illegal trasanction such as buying drugs, guns, hitman etc., especially on deepweb. And where does bitcoin go when blockchain detects a illegal transaction?

It is technically impossible to detect illegal transactions for blockchain if you are sending your payment to another bitcoin address without any note or without using the API.

But if you are making API payment, then it can be proven that you have purchased some illegal things looking at the website. But in deepweb, your ass is hidden, so you can transact freely.
8277  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: April 12, 2016, 10:12:26 AM
Well, 10 BTC is equal to my four months pay. If I get 10 BTC, I will save 50% means 5 BTC for future because I believe that the price of bitcoin has a huge upside potential.

For the rest 5 BTC, I will start effective trading in market so that i can make huge out of it.

But, first please give me that!! Grin
8278  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 12, 2016, 04:13:21 AM
Yes certainly, what else it could be??

For most of the people, the price of the bitcoin matters the most, so as to me.

If the price of the bitcoin was similar to the DOGECOIN, how it will attract the people?? The pricing is the most attractive feature of bitcoin and hence people are interested in earning it. Simple math!
8279  Economy / Economics / Re: What plans do you have for your BTC stash? on: April 10, 2016, 07:28:05 AM
I think the only plan you should have is to accumulate bitcoin and nothing else. Otherwise, you can try trading sometimes, which can in turn earn you a decent amount of money.

I am now accumulating bitcoin from whatever sources I can and I have no plans to sell it in a near future. I trust, bitcoin price will go way higher than what it is standing now. Probably I will add some spices to my retired life using my bitcoin in future.
8280  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the banks dont give free money? Why they loan it? on: April 10, 2016, 07:25:01 AM
I think loan is a scam. An economy needs, only, free funding and a tax system and nothing else. Do you agree?

My question to you is, why would the bank give you free money?? Why are you expecting to receive free money??

Loan is an asset for the bank from where they earn interest and pays back the interest to the savings account holders. Banks make profit with the difference in interest rates. That's business for them and the whole banking system is using this model.

It's better to work for money instead of hoping to receive free money from banks.
