8281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Be ready for more rumors and fud from China on: September 20, 2017, 05:54:59 AM
Will it really happen again? They have already profited a lot from that fall.
I am thinking of whales doing this just so they could make a lot of profit. $1k up for every bitcoin they sold and then buying again at $2800. They really did it like it was nothing. It happened so fast that it was like scripted.
8282  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCBET.CC – Bitcoin price BETTING every 5 minute on: September 19, 2017, 05:53:38 PM
Looks like a good game since I have been seeing good feedbacks to this gambling site.
Will try it later.
Also good that they are hearing out their players and updating the website just like the language query.
This will be a big hit if can be advertised better since binaries are easy games and this one is just low and high and not much hurtful in your wallets.
Cant spam also which means you will be not much addicted because there is a waiting time.
8283  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is a bubble on: September 19, 2017, 04:21:59 PM
True that it cannot be compared with gold but not all people here are looking for a very long term asset.
Some of them just go with the waves then withdraw. Come back the next time, buy then do it all over again. It seems like this people are just talk and have never experience it yet. They better try it first before they talk non sense.
8284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Different betting strategies for dice games or similar on: September 19, 2017, 12:36:57 PM
I diced for a long time but didn't have an idea of what you said.  Grin
I just play it with default and do it over and over again since the beginning.
I bet small when I feel like the odds of losing are consecutive. Then I will bet back a higher amount after the consecutive loss.  Grin
8285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 19, 2017, 08:41:57 AM
Maybe for those who got addicted to it,
But for me who are only playing or gambling when I am bored,
It is not that hard specially if we could find something else that could make us busy.

I want to believe that too before. I started with just having fun and then it became something else.
I guess it depends on pride of each person.
I am not the person who wants to lose so I always want back what I have lost and maybe more after that. I found it out when I cant stop it until nothing is left in my account. Well it is really a gamble.
8286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: September 19, 2017, 07:21:18 AM
Better be safe because many website wallets are closing instantly.
Stay with the basics and just let it be in your computer where even if you are offline your bitcoin is there.
This should be a mandatory for every bitcoin holder to avoid the risk of getting hacked or robbed by a website wallet.
8287  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $ 4000 on: September 18, 2017, 06:09:08 PM
When I saw the news I felt light again. It was really been a heavy day and maybe many of us here are already doubting bitcoin's capability of gaining back its price. Now, it has proven its strength again. What is next for this? Are we going to see a $5000 value coin or it will still wave at the $3500 to $4000 mark. Congratulations to those who have gone with the flow and bought at $2800. Merry Christmas,
8288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 18, 2017, 04:11:40 PM
It will always be what I sold that made me regret it. I always imagine what if I didn't sell before then I might have a lot of USD now. But that is life. We gain then we use it for as long as it helps us live everyday then I am happy.
8289  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: September 18, 2017, 08:49:21 AM
Just imagine the regret of people who have sold their coin before up until now.
They may have a lot more than what they have withdrawn.
But I dont blame them, they may really need that money at that time for some reason.
8290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China will completely ban bitcoin on: September 18, 2017, 02:17:04 AM
First of all this is still unconfirmed, this may be an attempt to drive the price lower so that some whales can get some cheap bitcoins at discounted price.
I'm pretty sure China won't completely ban Bitcoin but will instead heavily regulate it. China is ain't dumb country, I'm sure that they know that blockchain technology is a promising future technology.

Whoa! Someone found a good answer here.
It may be this reason that is why they are spreading news like this. Whales looking for ways to buy back after they sold their coins. Since the news was spread there have been a lot of loss dollar in the bitcoin price? How can we explain that? Only a large amount of coins can make that big impact and that could be whales selling their coins because they know the fake news was already spread. Nice tactic.
8291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin reach $5000 again without China ? on: September 17, 2017, 07:27:48 PM
It is the ICO and the exchanges and not bitcoin. Miners will still continue to do what they do.
But if ever they will then sure it can stand up again because this will be a great opportunity for new buyers to buy at a cheaper price rather than 5000 dollars.
Look where it is again and it is proof that it can go back up in no time
8292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I'm a gambler - where can I sell bitcoin for USD? on: September 17, 2017, 05:44:20 PM
I'm a customer of betonline (tigergaming) and don't want to use coinbase, even through an intermediary wallet, because they can and will trace the account, so where can I sell my btc?

You can try localbitcoins, that is the usual go to of people that want to buy and sell bitcoins. Just beware of scammers though, there is a way that you still get scammed even if they deposited it on your bank account. Good luck.

Just curious though, why you do not want to use coinbase?

He cant because it is from gambling. He will lose all his bitcoin in no time there. They will easily make it disappear. That is in the terms of service of coinbase.
The best way is like how everybody dealt with it. Localbitcoins is the best idea or you can tell where you are from then we might look for a service that deals with bitcoin. But if not you should start looking for buyers of bitcoins at localbitcoin.
8293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Small investors now is your time! on: September 17, 2017, 04:39:12 PM
And it just happened for a day. Looks like investors is not waiting for a long time and just bought back at the right time not giving anyone an opportunity to buy again.  Grin Looks like it is all looking well again. Perhaps the bashers are stuck now on what news will they bring again just so they could put bitcoin down. There will be no telling when they can create another FUD so I guess we should learn from this.
8294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: September 16, 2017, 07:28:42 PM
I always have that regret and will not go away.
I always tel myself if only I was there when bitcoin was still at $400 I could have been buying more. I dont about other people but that is what I think.
But there are circumstances that I do sell. So maybe when the price goes to $900 I could have been selling all my bitcoin also. Faith is really needed with this kind of crypto.
8295  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear trap or continuing upward trend?? on: September 16, 2017, 05:15:56 PM
It aint a bear trap.
If a lot of holders in China sold their bitcoins and this is why it went down then there will be much more for new buyers.
We know many people are out there are in the dark just waiting for a right time to buy and it did happen at $2800 so now look at how much they are getting just by simply buying. And I know they want more so they will stay and hold.
8296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: September 15, 2017, 01:22:35 PM
After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?
From today morning, the price dropped to 2900$ per coin and within one hour the price recovered back to like 3300$, if this doesn't answer your question and if you still cannot believe in bitcoin surviving ,then I don't know what will. Let me tell you this, bitcoin will not only just survive, it will break yet another record and you can believe that!

Yes within couple of hour it has recovered almost 350$ and given a sigh of relief for all the bitcoin holders. Its being a real bad few days which has being passed and this recovery will certainly give hopes that the price may be back again. Hope this does not start to fall back again form this level.

Yeah. Although it is really from $3800 so it needs more increase to recover all. $4k would still be the best time for me.
But it is not always Christmas that we will be profiting everyday. There are a lot of users that have wished for this price to come and now is a good time to buy for them. Maybe I will go with the flow to buy also. We all know it will go back to $4k so profits will come again.
8297  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: September 15, 2017, 10:06:03 AM
maybe next year or in 2019-2020 we will have a lot of sellers who accept payment by bitcoin, bitcoin is in the stage of slowly being famous around the world, lets just wait and everyone will notice it since the prediction next year with its value might rose up to 10k$ or even more.

I hope so. That is one og the major problem of bitcoin.
Lacking in merchants and also those shops that accepts bitcoin as a currency.
This should be changed fast. There have been many coins that are being created and they might see it as a better one in terms of payment rather than bitcoin.
It could be popular but after that users could be directed to another crypto like ETH, and LTC.
8298  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: September 15, 2017, 08:46:56 AM
Bitcoin nowadays is presented for a new campaign of future , it's the first crypto currency that was accepted all over the world. So many investors in the world own it and they want it to expand Bitcoin's power, so their invesment will be success making them profit.

Yes. It had become an asset and we all know every assets like commodities really grow in value.
Just a little push in advertising and Voila! a new invesment will come offering a better service unlike.any money transfer. Good definitions made it this strong but as time goes it all changed to just an investment. It will go back to being a currency but not for now.
8299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too much unconfirmed transactions suddenly on: September 14, 2017, 07:26:55 PM
A spam attack or just a spam withdrawal from those who want to get out of the China exchanges as quickly as possible? There might be limits to what they could withdraw or they are doing this on purpose?
If I am also in that cage of what China is doing then I might retaliate just so I could my coins back. This is not good, we are back to this problem then what? An increase in tx fees again? Ergh!
8300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC China closing down. End of bitcoin in China? on: September 14, 2017, 03:07:19 PM
Here is the news:
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-china-bitcoin-btcc/bitcoin-exchange-btcchina-to-stop-trading-from-sept-30-idUSKCN1BP1J8

BTCChina, which also runs an international exchange out of Hong Kong, also said on its official microblog that it would stop registration of new users from Thursday.
China has boomed as a cryptocurrency trading venue in recent years as its domestic exchanges had previously allowed users to conduct trades for free, attracting investors and speculators who boosted demand.

So, is this the beginning of the end of the so called chinese boom ?

I think we're in for a very long bear market. The Chinese can't stop cryptocurrency forever, but they can slow it down, and they will. The Chinese have never been fond of things they can't control. They do everything in their power to get the biggest piece of the pie they can possibly get, so if that means closing down their exchanges and banning ICO's, they will.

Looking at the future I'd say it looks really bright. Once the governments figure out how they can benefit from this market, they'll allow it again. I predict we'll end 2018 at a 250 billion dollar marketcap.

I do agree with that fact that they want everything under their own control. Perhaps before they have been looking for a way to do that and up until now they cant find one and just given up with it. So this is PLAN B for them. Just take it out of their country cause they cannot get something out of it.
